Love this property. We have stayed there multiple times. Clean rooms and nice pools. Hot tub was not hot.

Beautiful hotel with lush tropical landscaping, multiple chill out areas with epic views of the ocean. Superb pools (one infinity) and great pool bar. Honestly can’t fault this wonderful hotel and hope to return for a longer stay real soon

The amenities on this property were top notch, definitely one of the best Courtyard Marriott’s I have stayed in. The 2 pools, fitness center and bar/ restaurant were great. The decide was amazing, especially the bar tenders and Carlene at the breakfast bar worked so hard to make our stay great.

Hotel is maintained well, room was clean & spacious, food at Blue Waters was delicious. The only issue was both the pool & spa was closed by the State of Florida. I was actually in the spa & told I shouldn’t be in there. Next day we went to the beach.

We had such an amazing stay at this property! The grounds and amenities are amazing. We loved the fire pit, both pool areas and our favorite was the hot tub (although I agree the tub is not as hot as I prefer it). Also a favorite was the jetty area where there are 4 chairs. We sat there almost an entire day just feeling the ocean breezes, stalling the salty air, and connecting with each other. This was one of the most memorable experiences we have had at any resort ever (and we have been all over the caribbean and US as well as Europe). We thought the price point was an exceptional value for what you get, and we will definitely be back. Also, I had the best blackened Mahi sandwich I’ve ever had at the pool restaurant. Kudos to the chef!

I like that it had two pools but it did not have a place where you could walk into the ocean it had a sandy area next to ocean but a pier separated the actual beach, or also have to pay for car to stay over night, I like that they gave you coupons for drinks but have to only use them in the one hour of the sunset, all the food was very delicious and they had an in-house Starbucks

Outdoor facilities and public areas modern and clean. The rooms correspond to those of classic American hotel chains and could be adapted to the style of the public areas. The rooms also looked a bit dated. The grounds and outdoor areas are beautifully designed. Large car park, top fitness room and laundry room available. Very nice and helpful staff. Top!

The hotel was lovely and the staff was attentive. Lots of nice amenities like hammock swings, outdoor chess board, cornhole, 2 nice pools. Would stay there again!

There was still a cup partially full with food wrappers on top of the fridge when we got there. The a/c did not work properly and several hours into our stay we had to change rooms. I did appreciate them quickly getting us a different room.

Sticky smelly carpets and floors. Ine of the pools is not tempered. The worse part was that we were charged over 50 dollars for resorts and parkingfee fee, when there is no restrictions for non guest to come and use the pool and all the hotels areas for FREE. A lots of people just park theirs cars come through the unsupervised doors and enjoy all the amenities with out paying a penny. Very unfair. No wristband provided neither car tag. Very disappointed

Loved the view. Loved the very big room and the very big balcony. Enjoyed the heated pool, which is NOT the infinity pool. There are two pools and a fence with gates between them. The gates close with a CRASH that woke me up more than once. This would seem to be something easily fixed!

Our air-conditioning was very noisy

The property is very nice and the staff was excellent. However, I asked for a room with a balcony not by the parking lot and they gave one on the 1st floor by the parking lot. Was not happy about that. They also didn't replenish coffee, tea, sugar every day. I had to go and get extras every morning.

The air conditioner in our room was extremely noisy and kept breaking down. We had to call maintenance multiple times to fix it. Also, I was not warned about the $20 self parking fee. That's ridiculous

Enjoyed infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Room was spacious clean. Check in was easy and my room was ready early

My wife and I appreciated the upgraded room we were given at check in. The room was large and had a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom with a modern shower and a nice view of the property from the balcony. There were two pools and a very nice bar and grill on the premises. Thanks to all for the pleasant stay.

Lots of confusion at check in...waiting 5 hours with limited information. Staff was friendly but not very transparant.

I liked that there were two pools one near the bar and one more private which allowed me to relax without being bothered ! What I didn’t like was I was there for my birthday and my husband attempted to have something special set up for me upon our arrival and nothing was done. After he emailed the hotel and was told that they would try their best. Sadly nothing was done and when I mentioned to the front desk how Fargo Blanco went out of their way to leave a special message along with treats alcohol a coozie as well as a small cooler bag the last time my husband and I visited which was over 3years ago . The staff member said wow that sounds nice ! I guess I could mention it for another time. I went out of my way to tell her this because nothing was done I felt special when we visited previously! My husband and I assumed that since they are the same next to each other and the check-in area is the same that we would receive the same treatment. Sadly I didn’t nor did he with attempting to make my birthday special. It was an absolute bummer

tl;dr great front desk, but lots of problems The good: --front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful: I left my keys behind, but the gentleman behind the desk was kind enough to retrieve them so I can pick them up and make it back to the airport in time --housekeeping came every day --bikes for guest use The bad: --inconsistent/non-existent hot water (so much so that we had to switch rooms... but that scarcely helped the issue): it was cold to lukewarm the first few days, scalding hot the next and lukewarm the rest of the trip --malfunctioning laundry equipment (even after maintenance was called, the washer failed to spin and, after two hours, we gave up on the dryer: our clothes are now drying on the patio) --poorly-staffed restaurant: the staff was doing their very best, but they were so overwhelmed that orders came out incomplete and/or completely inaccurate... which leads to another issue: --language barrier: the staff was friendly but, aside from the front desk and coffee bar, few spoke English: it made communication about issues (like the problems we had with hot water, broken appliances, restaurant orders) very difficult. Nice people, especially at the restaurant, but we only visited once: the server was kind but could not understand basic English and our orders were way off. Had to send things back twice. I encountered more English-speaking staff in Mexico and Honduras than I did here in Florida --very slow wifi Despite the good folks up front, we had many issues.

Accommodations very comfortable, staff very attentive. Emma at check-in was very professional and helpful.

The check in was a bit bumpy and the front desk staff was not exactly warm and friendly especially the 1-3 days of our stay. Thursday - Saturday was a different person who was very nice and friendly. The Starbucks breakfast people were all very nice. The bartender at the pool on Monday was touting her “mixologist” title and felt it was appropriate to insult my cocktail order. In front of other guests. Interesting enough, we didn’t see her again the rest of our stay.

The pool and surrounding areas were nice. Great sunset view. Liked that it was close to the Turtle Hospital!

Marathon is a nice place to visit. The Hotel is close to everything. We went to Pigeon Key, The Turtle Hospital, Alder Residence, The Fishery and Sombrero Beach. We really liked all the pools.

This is the best Courtyard Marriott we've ever stayed at. It had an ideal location on the water and offered many amenities. Omar at the checkin was extremely helpful in switching us to a fabulous room overlooking the bay.

Had great clean rooms. The infinity pool has a amazing view and even though it was extremely hot, they were able to keep the pool very cool and refreshing. The view was awesome from everywhere. Food was very good. Not a huge menu but good. Overall we were very pleased with our stay

I was surprised with the cost of the restaurant located on property. The dinner was good but not for the cost. The breakfast was ala carte and again costly. They did not have a market to buy drinks or snacks but it would have been better with more options on property. The resort was great with the amenities and cleaniness.

I was expecting more for the money. It is very expensive. There is NO beach at this property so the pics are a bit deceptive. Pools were nice one was apparently topless fine for us but there are children on the property lots of them. Food was good but again $30 for a small chicken Cesar salad is a bit much. We were just a bit unhappy with what we got for paying over $500 a night to stay here. We were also aware of the. $15 parking fee and the resort fee of $30 added to the nightly rate. Breakfast was very good which we paid for in advance but there is an additional service fee charged to our room that the breakfast “coupon“ didn’t cover. Just be aware drinks are expensive and small, just seems everything was pricey.

I liked the service food was excellent also the staff was friendly everything was fresh and the movie night for my daughter was great!!! The view of the side were the pool was it was a beautiful view at night thank you for your hospitality!!!

Loved the resort, beds,checkin but quite disappointed that there was no kayaking available on site like nentioned online and at the front desk. Very slow service for breakfast. Could use 2+ workers working since they are also filling room service orders.

Beautiful hotel! The bonus is the infinity pool looking out over the ocean. Nice pool bar with friendly bartenders. We tried our first conch fritters and they were amazing. We will definitely come back.

Infinity pool and bar area were lovely. Breakfast options were very good and bar menu had many excellent choices.

The breakfast they offered was overpriced. We couldn't eat there. They also didn't have complimentary coffee for guest in the lobby. We had to leave early for the Keys and they had nothing available for guest other than 1 cup each of coffee in our rooms. It seems the niceness of staying at this hotel didn't exist. We ate at local places that were priced reasonable with excellent food and staff.
