The fact that the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional from the get go.I showed up and apparently the phone call was more important then waiting on an arriving guest. The employee was in an office with a personal call. Then the fact the elevator was out of service leaving one in operation. Once i got to the room, the room had existing trash. Overall, the place is very dirty. Would not recommend it

Horrible stay. Most uncomfortable bed i’ve ever tried to sleep in. Rooms are hot, hallways are musty and overall not very clean. Elevators smelled like Bob Marley spent the night in there smoking it up. Oh - and their listing says they have a restaurant…. They don’t. It’s like a snack room you can buy stuff. Save your money, sanity, and prevent back pain and don’t stay here.

Lots of construction going on around the property. Fire alarm went off at 11:30 PM. No mirror in bathroom. Had an odd vibe. Hotel is mostly cut off from the other businesses in area due to road layouts and traffic volume. Can't walk anywhere safely from this location. Staff was helpful during fire alarm.

The property was actually very nice and the room was excellent. The only problem was the ice machine was broken, but they made up for it with no hot water in the shower.

Staff was very friendly. Room carpet is getting very old. It was very stretched out in places where it rippled. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit tricky through no fault of the hotel due to construction along the highway. But overall a pleasant hotel at a budget price.

The overall experience was nice, but there was no parking at the front of building; very tight area. Also, the room I had was connected to another which I did not like. I would have like to be told that my room would have been like that before getting the key and going up.

We were there for one night. Easy off expressway. People were friendly. Were told When we checked time of breakfast there was none. Room was musty, stained and ripped carpet. Bed was comfortable, curtains blocked out light. Price was too high for what you got.

The facility smelled like cigarette smoke through out the entire hotel. It smelled like mildew and people were hanging out through the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to no one. This hotel needs to be renovated with an entire overhaul.

We woke up the next morning and my wife noticed a roach. I told her if its just one its okay. Seconds later I saw the Initial roach and several others coming out of the cabinet and from on top of the refrigerator. We went downstairs to request a new room and we were able to change. Just to realize there were baby roaches on the a/c unit, on the walls, in the bathroom and still in the kitchen. What made it even worse as we were leaving the room to go back downstairs to the front desk there was a roach crawling on the wall in the hallway. We notified 2 of the front desk receptionists so they both were tracking each incident through there shifts andwe were told if weleft when we left we would get a full return due to the incident. And later found out the general manager was not aware and said she would issue a refund and we have yet to see it.

Loacation was a little difficult to access. Room were VERY damp and musty. Woke up the next morning and everything had a wet feel. Hallways had a strong odor of cooked food.

We stayed here for about 6 weeks while waiting to be able to move into our new place, it was really nice for those who need temporary housing. They had a lot of things most hotels don't, like pots and pans, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. In general, it was probably a better place for us to be than a more expensive hotel would have been just for all these extras. My one big complaint is that the floors are always so sticky, I believe it's due to how they clean the rooms but we always had to wear shoes and even then the shoes would stick to the floor. Regardless, I would stay here again if I was in the same situation.

Paid for the hotel on the hotels.com app. When checking in they took my credit card for incidentals and also charged it for the room. Have called 4-5 times and spoken with several people. They all told me it would be refunded and put back on my credit card. 2 months later, still not refunded back.

When I got there to check in the receptionist was very rude and said they did not have me with a reservation. She then found me was very rude. when we got to our room my husband turned the tv on and it said no signal. I called them and they said that TV does not work so there is nothing I can do there is no technician. I called the following day and they said I told you it does not work no care in the world to make us comfortable. Again very rude and confrontational. I would not recomend staying there.

I booked and paid online. When I arrived at the property they said that I had to pay for my room. When I told them that I booked through a third party they stated that they only received a room request and not payment. So I was charged again so they could assign me a room. Thus is completely unacceptable. Next ti.e I will just book with the property.

We were told that the system was down for third party reservations so we waited nearly an hour for the receptionist to be on the phone with someone while they walk them through on how to process the reservation. The people ahead of us waited even longer. We were told that they would make it up to us but never said how and of course nothing was done.

Great hotel in a terrible location. Trying to get in & out of the property is a pain in the ass. Have to make a U turn when exciting off of 95 to get back to it. Overall placement is just not convenient.

There were cops in the hotel due to roudy guests. Not a safe area. The manager was very supportive and even called around other hotels for me. Thanks to that manager I was able to stay in a safer property.
