It could have been a nice hotel. But it was not taken care of the flooring was coming up all over the ground.It was dirty. There was no staff at the desk There was no lobby. It took 15 minutes to find the girl to Check-in and it was already 830 at night. The room had a kitchenette absolutely nothing in it. So you couldn't have cooked anything or done anything. Had you wanted to. In a double room with 4 people. They gave me 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, and that was it, The mattresses sat on the squeakiest frames.I have ever heard.

Don't expect a typical lobby there isnt one. Room was simple some what dated, but cleaner than I expected. The walls were thin. Could hear cars driving outside & people walking the halls & in rooms above. The shades were also not blackout curtains.

I like the no hassle daily exchange with towels and resupply of toilet paper & soap. The office personnel have been polite & accommodating. The washers & driers are kept clean.

This was a horribel stay not that we ended up staying. You walk inside the hotel and you can already tell it is going to be dodgy. No lobby, the attendent in a seperate office that you have to try and navigate yourself and others making requests. Right away I knew something was off. We checked in okay were given keys and headed to our room. Entire hotel smells of old food. Open the door of our room and it is occupied. By this time I am looking for a new place to stay. Finally, get to our room and see that the beds are more like cots. I try to turn on the tv and it doesn't work, my husband decides to try a few things before we go to the front desk for a third time. He starts pulling out HDMI and power cords to see if that will help. As he is doing so roaches began to crawl out. Welp that was it for me we packed our stuff and were out. We asked about a refund and were told to call in the morning. Doubt we will see any money back.

Broke down vehicles all over the parking lot making it difficult to find a parking space. First room we were goven had a dirry bed and broken microwave. The 2nd room we were given had a cockroach smashed on the wall next to theblighr switch, broken toilet seat and broken stopper in the bathtub. 3rd room was better except there were people running up and down the stairs all night, where they had the door propped open for others to come in. Staff waa nice, but wont stay there again. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Didnt feel safe going out of the room or to the parking lot alone.

Wow! I dont even know where to start. Pulling up you see abandoned vehicles everywhere. Some on jack stands, some with flat tires, some wrecked and some with the hood popped open. Open the front door and heavy smell of weed. Front desk is hit or miss if its open. Wasnt open at 9am yet one morning. Our room didnt have towels so we went to the front desk multiple times and they wouldnt ever give us any. Kept saying afternoon but went at 1230 and still no towels. Beds smelled of cigarette smoke. Toilet leaks. Flooring ia pealed up everywhere. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

The staff was stellar and the best part of the experience. No incentive to come back: no breakfast or food in the area. It's not dirty, but it needs renovations asap, the parking lot is dark and sketchy, and the sheets in the bedroom were worn and had stains. If you desperately need a place to stay, it will do for only one night.

Towels seemed washed but there were hairs still imbedded in them. I went and bought my own towel. I spilled some water on the floor and went to wipe it up and it was nothing but black. There was mold on my ac vent. It Very dirty establishment.

The room fllor looked and felt like it hadnt been swept in weeks the fridge was not cleaned out Holes in the wall blind was broke, when i went to open blind slats the cover fell on my head so it was just sitting not secured. The toilet was super low the bed was way too high. I will never stay there again

I was in the room for 15-20 minutes when I seen 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchenette area!! The room had a unique smell like someone had some kind of pet prior. I was supposed to be there for 3 nights and decided to check out after the first night. The property is in an area isolated from other businesses. You definitely get what you pay for there!!

I didn’t like a gross refrigerator that had old cheese chunks and spilled juice, I didn’t like a gross dirty old rag left in a drawer, I didn’t like a gross floor with garbage like used QTips and toilet paper behind a dresser and I didn’t like a gross freezer that had old meat blood spillage, room was very stinky of old mold and cigarettes smoke , I’m a disabled veteran and would very much someone from Expedia to contact me considering a refund at my email DG299908@gmail.com

Phone to contact front desk didn’t even work pillows flat asked for more they had none. Blankets old as my grandmother and room was horribly humid. Had no toilet paper and waited almost 30 minutes at front desk to request toilet paper.

When I got to the hotel, I first went to the desk. This was about 1:00 am. The office was closed and there was no one around. There was a sign that said "Check in anytime" and one that said if no one available use the phone. I called and it rang and rang. I finally got ahold of someone who said he would call the workers. I waited and the employee and possible trainee walked up. They had not received a call and just happened to walk up. The check in process took 30 minutes. The employee told me good thing I showed up then because soon she wouldn't be able to check me in despite the sign saying "check in anytime". Thank goodness this was a short night and not one we came in around 3-4 am after a long drive! We got to the room and it was not at all like the pictures. It was also very noisy with the nearby train tracks/what sounded like a loading yard at 3:00 am. You could hear everyone walking around in the room above that were also awakened by this. This went on over an hour. All and all do not stay here.

The TV and toilet did not work properly. There was a kitchen but no pots, pans, dishes, or utensils. Who travels with their own cookware and place settings. It currently shows that I have been tripled charged for the stay. The hallway smelled of smoke and the hotel lost power during the stay. I would not recommend ever staying there. Also half the time you cannot reach the front desk.

No lobby, the attendent in a seperate office that you have to try and navigate yourself and others making requests. Right away I knew something was off. We checked in okay were given keys and headed to our room. Entire hotel smells of old food. Open the door of our room and it is occupied. By this time I am looking for a new place to stay. I had a very late check-in. The clerk was kind and courteous. I've had late check-ins at other motels and the night clerk is usually quite surly and has acted like i was interrupting their day. When I got to my room the AC was running so I didn't have to wait for the room to cool down. The room was very clean and comfortable. A cursory check of the bathroom showed there was barely enough toilet paper on the roll to last through till morning. I called the front desk and they delivered a full roll to me immediately. I got a good night's sleep and when I went to check out, the morning clerk was also friendly. Check out was easy and when I was asked how my stay was, I felt like the clerk genuinely wanted to know and wasn't just asking me because they were supposed to. I would gladly stay there again.

This property was HORRIBLE and I do not recommend anyone ever book. The property is dirty, poorly maintained, poorly staffed and unsafe. Staff was next to impossible to locate and when found (only by using a wall phone at front door) was extremely RUDE. Checked in and given keys to an occupied room which we entered unknowingly. When given a new room it was never cleaned, had used towels (dirty and long pieces of hair strewn across), hair in shower, stained toilet etc. Went back downstairs because there is no working phone in room and manager/security on call refused to get clean towels and told us "it was not in his job description" and to come back next day after 10am. Unacceptable and absolutely worst service I\'ve ever experienced. And to make it worse the sign out front says $65/night (which makes more sense but I still would never stay here for even $65) but I paid $210 a night on Expedia!

When I got to the hotel, I first went to the desk. This was about 1:00 am. The office was closed and there was no one around. There was a sign that said "Check in anytime" and one that said if no one available use the phone. I called and it rang and rang. I finally got ahold of someone who said he would call the workers. I waited and the employee and possible trainee walked up. They had not received a call and just happened to walk up. The check in process took 30 minutes. The employee told me good thing I showed up then because soon she wouldn't be able to check me in despite the sign saying "check in anytime". Thank goodness this was a short night and not one we came in around 3-4 am after a long drive! We got to the room and it was not at all like the pictures. It was also very noisy with the nearby train tracks/what sounded like a loading yard at 3:00 am. You could hear everyone walking around in the room above that were also awakened by this. This went on over an hour. All and all do not stay here.

I made reservations through Expedia and drove 12 minutes to the hotel. Once there I felt unsafe for many reasons which I explained to management and Expedia via email. The hotel refused to return my money. I had to travel to another hotel and thus paid two hotel fees for my one night stay. Also look before booking’

I love that this hotel is pet friendly! Also the bed was very comfortable and check-in was fast and friendly. The area around the property could use a little clean-up. I didn't love walking my dog around the beer cans and broken beer bottles left by other guests.

This is an extended stay facility take what you want from that. Not much of a hotel. It’s easy to get on the interstate from this location but it is hidden back in what seems like an area filled with construction and truck stops.

It could have been a nice hotel. But it was not taken care of the flooring was coming up all over the ground.It was dirty. There was no staff at the desk There was no lobby. It took 15 minutes to find the girl to Check-in and it was already 830 at night. The room had a kitchenette absolutely nothing in it. So you couldn't have cooked anything or done anything. Had you wanted to. In a double room with 4 people. They gave me 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, and that was it, The mattresses sat on the squeakiest frames.I have ever heard.

It was okay, I didn’t realize when I booked there was not a lobby with coffee and other items. Had I have known there wasn’t complimentary coffee or any type of breakfast offered, I likely would have chosen another location. The staff were nice. Although my room was clean. But it needed curtains over the blinds to darken it a bit more for my liking.

Check in was a complete hassle but the front desk gentleman was nice while he worked through the issue. The room was nice and clean and the place was organized and quiet. They do not, however, offer complementary coffee or tea as is stated on the Expedia website.

It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were a bunch of people there who were there for the college World Series, many who said they wouldn’t stay here again.

They have newly renovated and it was great ideas implemented. Sturdy beds for larger guests,full fridge and two electric glass top burners. I would stay again. The room was clean and had plenty of space for your things everywhere, even space under the beds for storing.
