Stayed here for about a week until my apartment was ready for move in. It was pretty clean and quiet considering it was right off Research. A lot of work crews stayed and they would grill in the grilling area. It smelled so good. Was invited a few times. If I was traveling I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my request. Nice location off major Hwy 183 inset in a quiet neighborhood. Dining is within walking distance. Plenty of parking in a park like area with BBQ areas. Studio room is cozy and manageable. Surroundings are clean and no rifraf around area from what I’ve seen.

Had reserved a 2-bed "accessible" room, that we were told had just been remodled. This place is definitely bare-bones. Although one could technically manuver a wheelchair in there, it was lacking basics like bedside tables or lamps (had to use the ironing board to set up my C-pap), there were only 2 small pillows per Dbl bed (and there were no spares) and the property had no ice machine. We just stayed for 1 night as we were passing through and although The staff were friendly and apologetic, but they said they cater to companies that book rooms for their temp workers. We were too tired to hunt down another hotel, but we were eager to move on the next morning.

Positive: we were given a goody bag upon arrival - waters snacks and candy. Excellent air conditioner - comfortable bed. Had a nice kitchenette, fridge, stove, microwave. Room was clean. Had a nice park area outside, with tables benches and a grill. Good location, close to everything. Negative: coffee machine was outdated, took a long time to perk no blow dryer in room. dresser drawers were broken and wouldn't open. only 2 hangers on the cloths rack. only given two pillows. strong smell of cleaning chemicals.

It was good. The cold water did not work. I could not take a showerit had scalding hot water. It was clean bed was comfortable. I couldn't get ice from the ice machine because they didn't have any. They told me there was ice trays in the freezer. There was no ice trays in the freezer in my room.

Property is quiet and parking was right by door. The rooms are good full size fridge, microwave, mini stove. Nice size TV with cable channels so I suggest marine updated renovations like smart TV but for the price no complaints.

Absolutely disgusting. We found hair all over the room and bathroom. Everything has once been broken and is now jimmy rigged. Room smells bad. The only good thing was the staff. They were friendly.

I requested a non smoking room and as soon as I opened the door it smelled like cigarettes. Had to spray deodorant all over the place to eliminate the smell. The floor was dirty and the ac was on 60 but felt warm in there.

AC Was not very powerful and took a while to cool or heat. But did get it cold and hot eventually. Inconvenient if you are planning on visiting and having family/friends stop in. All adults have to sign in if visiting even if just 15 minutes. Staff was accommodating enough to move me downstairs when asked. Water temperature in shower was very tricky. Either hot or cold. Bathroom sink came out like a pressure washer and soaked everything every time I forgot to not use it and ended up using kitchen sink. Stove and microwave and fridge/ freezer worked well and were nice. Plenty of outlets and lighting. Curtains did well to keep light out of room.

Seems like needs some upkeep. Faucet in restroom was all loose and my toilet seat broken. The shower dripped all night and only like two channels worked in the tv because the coaxial cable was broken. Room looked like they just gave it a quick make ready from previous guest.

Only thing I didn’t like was the bed was about 14” from the A/C. I didn’t use the kitchen but I noticed there were no pots, pans, kitchen tools, etc. I suppose you could rent some from the front desk.

Ari, Vivian and Susie are always kind to me. They have made my stay very good. They deserve a raise for keeping the place nice and friendly loke family. Shout out to maintenence and custofial services also. They work hard, they work fast and they are always keeping the property nice and always see them workhg hard to keep it that way. I've enjoyed being there and having peace and quiet.

At the time of check-in I had to wait for about 20mins until somebody came to the reception to help me with the check-in. It not usual that you wait when you arrive at any hotel. That was weird, the guy in the reception was like barely helping. The hotel provides what's convenient for a night, but just be aware of cockroaches or any other small bugs inside the room, since they don't clean the rooms so well, the bugs or insects you might find them near the fridge. I might not come back again, even thought its the second time I book that hotel.

It was so scary to stay here that I ended up leaving earlier. The place reeked of marijuana. I felt uncomfortable around other guests, a lady stood outside my door right out of camera view and just stayed staring at my door for about 10 minutes. I don’t know if she was a guest or what. But overall an unsafe and terrifying vibe. I will never come here again

Check in and the staff were fine. However the room was terrible. No coffee maker as pictured and promised. No ice trays in the freezer, and no ice machine on sight. No TV stations. The bathroom sink faucet did not work properly. There was NO hot water for showers. The 2 pillows on the bed were as flat as the sheets. The seal on the door was not adequate, so light and wind came through. I did mention all this to the front desk twice. The did bring 2 pillows. We bought our own coffee maker. The sent someone to look at the shower while we were gone. Whoever is was left our towels on the bathroom floor and didn’t have the courtesy to pick them up. I asked for the manager or owners name and number and they would not give it to me. I would not stay there again and do not recommend it either.
