Outstanding property, meticulously maintained and cared for. Excellent location, close to shops & beaches. Beautiful relaxing pool and older lanai for lounging!! Very spacious for 6 ppl!

My whole family enjoyed this stay. It was comfortable, clean, and had a great supply of beach gear. Gorgeous landscaping created privacy for the lanai, making a great living space. The location was great.

We had a fantastic stay during spring break. The property has a Viking grill and fully stocked kitchen. It was clean and quiet. Our son made friends with a local stray cat, which he lovingly named Mew Mew. Very close to the beach and all of the things needed to enjoy beach days.

As we walked into the Waikoloa Beach Villa I2 for the first time, I literally said aloud "This is wonderful!" And it was for the entire two weeks we staid. The parental suite is beautiful with ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom. I would be remise not to mention the bidet toilet (might be a weird thing to mention, but it was awesome). Note that this part of Hawaii has hard water, so be aware the soap lathers differently. Also, the shower head isn\'t detachable from the wall. For those of you of average height, this shouldn\'t be a problem. For those of us who are vertically challenged, it was still doable. The condo is equipped with everything you\'ll need for your stay. Lots of pots and pans and drip coffee maker in the kitchen, laundry detergent, dish detergent, soap, etc. Moreover, there is a convenient storage closet on the lanai where all the beach gear is kept. You\'ll find two beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, etc. We had morning coffee on the lanai each day and got to hear the birds, mongoose and the greenskeepers who sing as they drive by! They even wave at you and wish you a good morning. The Beach Villas are just across the street from shopping which has everything you might need: a high-end grocery store, shopping, cinema, restaurants, etc. It\'s also super close to beaches such as A-Bay, Kua Bay, Hapuna, Beach 69, Mauna Kea (which was our favourite). Also a close drive to Waimea for restaurants. A remarkable property and vacation! Thank you!

Very comfortable. Everything as advertised, clean, functional and up to date. Management folks were very helpful. We had a pkg. sent to them and they had it waiting for us in the unit when we checked in. Also had minor electrical problem fixed same day I told them about it. I love having the BBQ on the lanai.

Unit was very clean and nice and cool upon arrival with lights on and music playing. Plenty of towels and washer/dryer. Ground floor unit with great views of golf course. Pool is located right across the drive.

Loved this property; great location, wonderful pools, beautiful grounds. A couple suggestions would be to have luggage racks, as we had to place our suitcases on the ground, and to have kid friendly cups, plates, bowls. We have a three and five-year-old and did not want to give them glass cup ware. All in all, it was a beautiful trip and we were so thankful to stay in this very comfortable and lovey condo.

I came for a relaxing time away from the cold and enjoyed the condo very much. It is clean, well stocked, and very close to the pool as well as many shopping and eating places. I mostly walked all over Waikaloa Beach area from the condo.

Michelle with management was fantastic. She responded quickly and resolved any issues we had. 10 stars for her!!! Condo itself could have been cleaner but it was fine. Plan on buying your own toilet paper. Not nearly enough for 4 people for a 2 week stay. Overall a lovely vacation.

This was a beautiful property that was clean, well-kept, and had everything you needed to make you feel like you were in your home away from home in Hawaii. The location was great and is in easy walking distance from shops, dining, and the beach. We particularly enjoyed walking to the beach and watching the sun set each evening as we floated in the ocean. We will definitely be back! Aloha!

We loved the location. The condo is tired. The results of many renters has taken its toll. For instance mismatched plates, not enough silverware , ice dispenser did not work, closets were stuffed with extra bedding, dishwasher broke, dark bedrooms(poor lighting), controls for ceiling fans/lights were not functioning, mattresses in both rooms need to be replaced, the blinds for sliding door were mismatched and missing slats(need to be replaced) To be fair, everything that we spoke to Michelle from Kohala Coast Properties about was taken care of in a prompt manner. A new dishwasher was installed after week 1. The property manager was prompt and courteous. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and considerate.

Close to the pool and across the street from the Queen’s Marketplace, the condo location was super convenient. Easy access. Well appointed inside and out and comfortable.

This was a family vacation that was intended to be a chance to relax and experience warm, sunny weather. Our stay at this home met and exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautifully located in a pristine resort neighborhood, with meticulously maintained exotic foliage, backing up onto a beautiful gold course. The property management as well as the reservation staff were efficient and friendly. We'd recommend this property highly.

We were very happy with the accommodations and the location of this unit. Close to pool, and the complimentary start up supplies were much appreciated. Quick response anytime I called with any questions. Both before and after arrival.

The location was excellent. Price was reasonable and response to clogged drain was quick and resolved same day.

This condo couldn’t have been better - great location and completely outfitted with everything you’d need for a longer stay on the big island. We loved that it was equipped with beach gear as it made beach hopping much easier. The location is ideal. We barely had to drive as the shops were a quick walk. The condo itself was very well-appointed and communication with the property management company was easy and quick.

The property was fantastic!! We had one little issue with the tv cable not working however it was fixed within minutes!!!!! Kona coast was very good at communicating !!!! Super nice people !!! Highly recommend

We were two parents, 18yo and 11yo kids. Location was great. Walking to the beach was a bit off for us since it required walking on the shoulders of a busy road. We drove to Hāpuna beach which is only 7miles away. Two shopping centers nearby and a marketplace for all necessities (but greatly overpriced). Starbucks is just across the street. Gym is compact, but good. There was no AC in the gym which made it impossible to be in with intense heat outside, but when the evening breeze starts you can open all gym sliding doors and then it’s much better. Overall a good value for money. Recommended.

We loved the condo. Everything was in its place, as described, and very comfortable. The view of the golf course was amazing. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to the beach, the shops, and to restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.
