Okay stay for one night while driving to FL. Breakfast selection was minimal and the gym equipment did not work (as a traveling bride to my wedding, I was hoping to get a work out in!) overall rooms were basic but clean and comfortable.

The booking process was simple and easy; however, the reviews were deceiving. Upon arrival, there were people outside listening to music, drinking, and smoking. At check in, I was told that the elevator was broken. I decided to check-in anyway despite that being the 2nd red flag. I then parked near the entrance recommended by the front desk clerk. There were men at the entrance drinking and smoking. I unlocked the door to find trash overflowing the trash can onto the floor and beer cans on the stairs. I decided to ask to be checked back out at that point. The desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful so kuddos to her. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very adequate for one night passing thru. Very clean tho dusty. Pet friendly, but beware alligators in lake in back of property. Adjacent to Outlets with shopping and many restaurant choices. Right off 95, very convenient. Would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The words Premier Suites are a bit of stretch. The rooms should have been supplied before hand with all the kitchen necessities. The ice machine on the first floor was not working and never got fixed while we were there (3 nights). For 2 quests in a room there should have been a couch or loveseat so sitting could be a comfortable experience. Also an extra chair so 2 people could sit at the table and eat.

I definitely really this place to stay. Pros: Pet friendly, lakeside area to walk your dog. Clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, laundry facility availabe. Affordable. Cons: no coffee/tea other then during breakfast time 6am to 9:30am. Breakfast - sucks , you will get bad foffee with power bar.

New facility. Near a mall in a newer area of Pooler Georgia. Near Savannah. Rooms are quaint. Clean. Breakfast is boiled eggs, breakfast bars, coffee tea. Sitting area outside contains metal picnic benches Ample free parking Nearby Publix and other stores.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through. Maybe an extended stay is better for multiple nights. Loved the location and most times the staff was very helpful and friendly. I believe they must be understaffed because there were times I did not see anyone. I was disappointed that none of the equipment in the exercise room worked well. We were disappointed in the breakfast options. We do not expect much but juice would have been nice to go with coffee, granola and cereal bars. There was also oranges (a big mess so, we skipped them) instant oatmeal and packaged hard boiled eggs. I will have to think if the location outweighs everything else the next time we pass through.

At check in the desk clerk mentioned the one elevator in the new-looking building is broken. I mention that our room is on the third floor and my wife has a sore knee. No rooms are available on lower floors. The stairwell is not air conditioned, has not been swept for days, and someone has been smoking something foul in it. And there are five or six guys drinking beer in the shade of the building about twenty feet from the door to the stairwell. They did not cause us any problem—perhaps they were fellow guests enjoying a few cold ones after a hard day’s work—but I would have preferred they do that elsewhere.

Drove 12 hours to wait at the desk for 30 minutes and nobody came to check us in. As we waited we were walking around and it was dirty in the common areas with trash cans overflowing. Went to the Drury down the street and that was perfect all around.

I have stayed at other locations of this Hotel, which have been great. This location was very dirty and could have used some repairs. The floor in the room seem dirty, no clean shine just residue and footprints. Soap Dish in the bathroom had soap residue in the dish with a new wrapped bar in it. Tiny hair shampoo, no conditioner. Sprinkler head was exposed no cover around it, just a hole in the ceiling. Only positive the staff was nice

Pooler is about a 25 minute drive via highway from Savannah's historic district. The rooms are big, somewhat spare. Floor was pretty dirty.

This place is in a good spot, but when we arrived at our room, the room had a horrible smell, as if they hadn't cleaned the filters in the place or the AC unit. There was hair in the shower as if they didn't clean it and old stains on the sheets. Overall, I felt nasty laying my head here and will never stay here again.

Clean a large sized rooms, home sized fridge with freezer, stove top, microwave, stainless sink. Nothing fancy but a solid and useful and clean choice. No restaurant or lounge since the design is obviously for in-room cooking and there are plenty of walking-distance food choices. I'd have no problem staying again.

room clean bed comfortable. Room is pretty bare bones no coffee maker, no utensils in kitchen. you have to ask for them apparently. towels are kid size not very big for adults. great that it’s dog friendly. grounds are clean. close to lots of retail, a Wegmans grocery store, and restaurants. breakfast is sparse. coffee, granola bars, oatmeal packets, yogurt, and hand fruit. hotel was pretty quiet overall.

Upon arrival staff was very helpful, even helped moving baggage to room. However, the cable TV system was not working properly, and upon report the person was clearly disinterested, said they had reported it but had no idea when it would be restored. She just didn't care. Proper operation was not restored at any time during our 3 day stay.

Amazing front desk service!, the room was very nice but bathroom shower was a little half cleaned, kitchen type area and full sized fridge makes you at home and the wood floor finish makes you feel luxurious, could be better with keeping the non-staying individuals in check ran into a few people asking for money, lighters etc but its a hotel so nothing you shouldn’t expect, the area being right night to tanger outlets is extremely convenient. Overall I’d give a 7.5/10 would stay again!

We ran an errand.. Came back to the room at 9:30 am to find two maids in our room cleaning and our two cats gone. The maid said we had checked out and was told to clean room. She took one downstairs and the other cat was gone. The manager came up and said we had checked out at 6:45. I asked who checked us out because we were still asleep at that time. He just kept making excuses and no solutions. We still had one cat missing, finally found her underneath the chair. We were in a car accident the day before and we were already stressed. Including the cats and we stayed there because it was pet friendly. Never again

Brand new hotel with opportunities for improvement. The room was noisy, you could hear the steps from the floor above. The tube was not perfectly clean, there was some trails of soap on it. We were assigned occupied rooms at checking in…twice… On the positive side, the bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious

I always stay here when visiting my grandson and each clerk has been the most welcoming and helpful except last night the front desk clerk was not polite or helpful. My son asked if he could use rest room as we were traveling over 5 hrs and she said there’s a bathroom in room as she took her time checking us in. Not pleased at all with her!

Everything was great. I rated the staff a little lower as they were very cold and unengaging. Had to wait 15 minutes at the front desk for the person to come and check us in. No apology or thanking us for waiting, very quiet (almost couldn't hear what they were saying spoke so softly) and very distant. Otherwise, the room was great, clean, quiet, comfortable. We had our dog and it was a great room hotel for her. Would stay there again.

I think they should not advertise breakfast being included. Granola bars and yogurt are not really considered a breakfast. Most hotels advertise and offer, pancakes, waffles, bacon or sausage, biscuits, cereal etc. normal breakfast foods. Breakfast did include an envelope of oatmeal however, very disappointing.

We liked this hotel because it was convenient on our trip to Florida. Many places to eat. Convenient to shopping and the movies. It was clean and we felt very comfortable. The only negative was there was absolutely nothing for breakfast except coffee.

First off, couldn’t get into hotel to check in without a key. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but air conditioning didn’t work correctly. They should not advertise breakfast. When we went down. No coffee was made. No hot water for oatmeal. We just left.

Nice stay. Confortable bed and shower and a/c was working properly and quiet. Non smoking room was great ! Pet fee was super fair (usd 26.75) Dont count on breakfast. Ultra processed pre packed muffin and bars. Quacker oatmeal with tons of sugar. Coffe itself was passable. No real milk or cream (just coffee "companion").
