Free laundry instead of a crummy breakfast. Win! Everything was wonderful. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Just be careful if you have limited mobility. The first floor was a full step off the ground.

Excellent,friendly,helpful staff on reception and our two night stay was great .We were delighted with location,cleanliness of room,free laundry facilities,and little extras like Starbucks coffee and decaf green tea freely available and a bucket of ' dirty cloths'to clean your car ,boots etc with.

The service was great. We decided to stay another night. Maila was very friendly and provided great service. The maintenance man (Mark) was very knowledgeable of the area. He helped us plan our daily trips. Overall it was a five-star motel. I highly recommend.

I was sceptical of all the very positive reviews. However, after checking in, my scepticism evaporated. The staff was very friendly, even recommending places to dine. My room was very quiet, and I didn't need the earplugs that were supplied due to the closeness of traffic. I was impressed at the cleanliness, not only in my room, but the entire grounds. Supplying bike cleaning rags was an added bonus. I was on a 30 day motorcycle tour during my stay. Next time I stay in Moab, it will be at the Bowen

Great location just a few minutes drive from both Arches and Canyonlands National Park. The location was in downtown Moab with plenty shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and check in efficient. I was impressed they had a free laundry for customers and provided free washing powder at reception. Has easy onsite parking. I would absolutely stay here again.

The reception had a pleasant welcoming smell, and so did the room. There were small extra touches of green tea and ear plugs as the motel was close to the road and guests’ comfort was important. Quality Starbucks coffee, microwave and fridge were also in the room. The receptionists were very efficient. Highly recommend the Bowen Motel.

Right in downtown Moab with numerous shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking right next to room makes moving liggage easy. Free laundromat was very nice. Recliners great for watching tv. No free breakfast so had to forgo the fake eggs and mystery meat that all of the other hotels serve. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
