Toyoko Inn Busan Station No.1

Everything is perfect for this hotel except that the hotel only has 2 lifts to serve so many hotel guests of 22 floors. The wait can be very long.

２泊しましたが朝食も違うものがあり美味しかったです。エレベーターが1基工事中でかなり混みました。他は良かったです。

욕조가 있는 일본식 비지니스 호텔. 부산에서 일본여행 온 것 같은 느낌이 살짝 들었음. 시설도 깨끗하고 전체적으로 좋으나, 체크아웃 시간에 엘리베이터가 붐비는 문제는 해결이 필요해보임.

Better than expected, better than a typical Toyoko Inn! They provide all you need, a neat and clean room, free-to-take Holika Holika skincare, pyjamas, a breakfast buffet with substansive choices, and equiped with a WOW pass machine at the lobby by which you could change money and take cash anytime.

The hotel is located right at Busan train station, which well for me. One of the 3 elevators were under contruction, and it caused ridiculous congestion during breakfast hours. It took me 15 minutes to go from 19th floor to 2nd floor restaurant. Perhaps they shouldn't close their breakfast time so soon (9am) so spread out the traffic a bit. I got there at 8:15 and there was absolutely no room to sit. Other than that i enjoyed my stay here

Good budget hotel. Korean style breakfast was good. The elevators are the only bit of inconvenience as they are small and with 21 floors, you could wait a few minutes, especially around breakfast

駅から近く交通の便は大変良いです。 日本語での対応が可能、スタッフの方々も親切です。 日系のホテルなのに歯ブラシがないのが残念。 たまたまですがエレベーターが一基故障中で昇降する際、かなりの時間がかかりました。

コロナ禍以降より、常宿として利用しています！日系ホテル（バスタブ有）＋朝食付き＋駅徒歩1分にも関わらず値段も安く、とても助かっています。大型のスーツケースをホテルのコインロッカーに預けられるようになっており、更に便利になったと思います。スタッフの皆様も日本語を分かってくださるので、日本人にとっては安心感もあります。今後も利用させていただきたいと思います！

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Busan train station. Unlike other Toyoko Inns I've stayed at recently, check in was done with a front desk attendant, which I thought was nice since I was able to interact with a human. My room was similar to other Toyoko Inns I've stayed at - the layout is consistent with other similar properties. I had a nice view of the train station and the surroundings. The room was clean and wifi worked well. Amenities were available in the lobby, consistent with the other hotels in the chain. The elevator arrangement was admittedly inefficient. One elevator served all floors, one elevator served floors 1-11, and another elevator served floors 11 and above. The morning consistently saw long wait times at elevators, so budget your time accordingly. Complimentary breakfast was good, although finding a seat during peak times is sometimes challenging, and the queues for food would sometimes be long. Coffee was also available in the morning, but it would have been nice if it were available all day. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby as well as a water machine, both of which were helpful. The hotel was near convenience stores and restaurants, as well as the Busan metro station. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider staying at this property again.

釜山駅の近くでとても便利でした。利用しませんでしたが、ロビーにロッカーやランドリーがあったので、便利そうでした。

Washroom smell

오랜된 호텔의 느낌이 납니다.. 샤워실에서 쉰.. 냄새가 좀 났어요..

The location was convenient especially for a first timer like me. Price performance was fine but, I woke up to terrible food smell on my last two days early in the morning. It felt as if somebody was making curry in my room. Also the towels were really old. I guess they can make some improvements and may be increase the price a bit. The staff were extraordinary and the hotel was truly clean.

This hotel was very convenient for transportation, as it is located right beside the Busan Station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the mornings. The hotel room appeared to be a little dated, but this was not an issue for us. The bed was comfortable enough for our two night stay, but I would not want to sleep on it for any longer than that. We also felt like the bed could have used a little better cleaning... there was dried food (we are not actually sure what it was) on the headboard and the top of the comforter. The sheets were otherwise clean. We wanted to use the water boiler, but there was mold inside. We instead used the complementary water bottles which were provided in our room daily. I believe we received a hotel room equivalent to what we paid for. This was an inexpensive room for a brief stay, which is exactly what we needed. Most importantly, it was the closest to Busan Station. I would recommend this hotel for short stays on a budget.

Clean modern and a decent size room for a Japanese hotel room.

Der Check-out-Zeitpunkt um 10 Uhr morgens ist wirklich sehr unpraktisch und ich finde es echt ärgerlich. Ansonsten war das Zimmer super sauber und es gab keine Mängel. Leider gab es nachts einen extrem unangenehmen Geruch nach Kimchi, der durch die Lüftung ins Zimmer kam, was es wirklich schwer machte, zu schlafen.

スタッフの対応は丁寧で良かったです。 部屋は決してきれいとは評価できず、お風呂場には誰かの毛が残っていたり、トイレットペーパーのカバーが埃でザラザラしていたりしました。あとは、宿泊客数に対してエレベーターが足りないのか、毎回長く待たされました。

場所は駅前なので良かったです。 掃除をお願いしても3泊中1度もしてくれませでした。残念でした。

Perfect location in Pusan KTX station in 3 minutes. Good free breakfast with local food etc. It’s just small size a room but reasonable price.

Bathroom was extremely small, reminded me of an airplane bathroom set up just with an added shower. Convenient location for public transportation.

部屋の設備はバスタブが有り良かったです。しかし夜遅くまで何かしら騒がしいので良く眠れなかったです。多分もう宿泊しないと思います。

방이 깨끗하고 직원분들이 아주 친절합니다. 그렇지만 주변이 소란스러운데 차음이 잘 안되어서 시끄러웠습니다. 바깥 뿐 아니라 벽간, 층간 소음도 심했습니다.

Location is just outside Busan station, easy to go around. Lots of eateries around. The room is clean but space is small to move around between 2 people. Free amenities to pick up from the lobby. Breakfast is absolutely worth it. It’s a 9/10 just because of the room size.

This place is fairly good for budget-saving 2 star hotel. As most Japanese style hotel, you need to expect a very low height SINK. If you are taller than 175 cm, you may feel very inconvient to use the sink for face washing. Other than that it looks fine. The breakfirst is also reasonably good. Becaue it is located right next to the BUSAN station, it is quite convenient for tavel, but it is relatively noisy.

Great hotel with delicious breakfast. They are strict with 4 pm check in.

We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free! I will say that it is not a normal American buffet breakfast, but the food was really delicious, and the environment was perfect for getting ready to go out and experience Busan. We would most certainly stay here again!

Right beside the KTX which was a huge bonus. Lots of cafes and stores near by. Room was clean and quite spacious. The included breakfast was a very nice bonus and the menu changed daily which I thought was outstanding - kudos to the kitchen staff! Only con was very limited staff who understood English, but it was manageable.

日本語に対応いただけたため、助かりました。 チェックイン前後の荷物預けはフロントロッカーにて預かっていただき、荷物の煩わしさから解放された。 朝ごはんはキムチ、カレー、釜山おでん、トースト、サラダ、コーヒー、オレンジジュース等がありバリエーション豊富。 部屋についてもかなり清潔に保たれており、非常に気持ちよく過ごせた。

文句なしの東横です！日本人も安心して使えます。コンセントが100Vも備えてあったのは感動しました！

2층 식당 아주머니들의 친절이나 전반적인 직원은 훌륭합니다. 리셉션 남자직원의 불친절로 다시 가고 싶지 않은 숙소로 느껴집니다.

I dont like the late check in and early check out, most of the hotel check in are 3:00 pm and not 4:00 pm, and check out are 11:00 am or 12:00 pm not 10:00 am on these hotel

最初に案内された部屋に入ったら他の人の荷物があってびっくりしました。 受付に言ったら、ホテル側も初めてのことらしく、他の部屋に案内してくれました。 キャリバッグ持って18階まで行ったり来たり大変でした。

とにかく便利です。船も地下鉄もKTXも目の前です。スーツケースを持っての移動も周りの歩道が綺麗でとても楽にできました。釜山中央、西面も泊まりましたが、この３つの東横インの中では、立地の良さでは一番です。朝食のテーブルの数も1番多かった気がします。

釜山駅の真横で大変便利です｡シティーツアーバス乗場も道路を挟んだ前に有ります｡釜山駅周辺は釜山港へも陸橋歩きで行けるし地下鉄の入口も路線バスもKTXもとても分かりやすかったので､初めての釜山が便利なホテルで良かったです｡

Hotel is right outside KTX Busan station. There are many cafes around and they are open late at night. The bus station is also right across the main road.

朝食に韓国おでんなど韓国の味も楽しめ、日本の東横インより品数豊富だと思います。 綺麗で清潔です。 受付で日本語が通じるのは助かりました。 韓国のコンセントの他に、100Vコンセント1つあったので日本のものが使えたのはありがたかったです。駅近なので電車やバスにすぐ乗れるし食事にも困らない場所でした。

The hotel is just a short walk to busan station. The breakfast provide everyday has wide variety of choices. You dony need to bring your pajama it is provided for you. I like that they have skin care provided in the amenities
