Amazing space with TONS of things to do. Great location, parking, and pool. Host was very quick with responding. Only complaints were very small, and handled quickly. Hosted 14 people with more than enough space for everyone.

There were a lot of us who wanted to play pool, but the balls did not roll straight and some sticks and the bridge were damaged. Also, more chalk would have helped.

It’s a beautiful house and backyard but many maintenance issues. The ice maker didn’t work, dishwasher hard to start and quit altogether the last few days, one shower didn’t work, pool wouldn’t heat the first 5 days and there were about 30 remotes for ceiling fans and TVs but most had dead batteries. It’s really disappointing to arrive at a house you spent quite a bit on and find out you can’t enjoy it until all the maintenance issues are resolved. I would not stay here again. I do however have to compliment the management company for quickly responding to our many calls. I just feel we shouldn’t have had to deal with all the problems instead of enjoying our vacation.

We absolutely loved this property, there were so many fun things to do! The only small complaint we have is that the pool guy came right after we arrived and I’m assuming he shocked the pool. He never said anything to us so we weren’t quite sure until two of the guests went into the hot tub later that day. One of them broke out into a rash and lost most of the hair on his legs. The other had his trunks bleached to a new color. Otherwise we all fully enjoyed being here and hope to rebook this house next year!! Thanks for everything!!

This Villa is amazing! The narrative and pictures are spot on. There’s even more than they advertise like a bathroom outdoors by the pool and so many games. We kept busy all day and night. Inside and out. The resort like backyard is the star of the show. 9 tv’s, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house is updated and modern, beautifully decorated, well stocked and plenty of room. It's a perfect getaway!

Pros: This house has been fully remodeled and is absolutely gorgeous, we walked into a completely different looking house which was a great surprise. Pool and spa were amazing, as was the outdoor fire pit. For the typical pools seen in Arizona backyards this pool was a little larger than expected which was great. I was a bit concerned about the noise ordinance however there’s no neighbors behind so you have about 180 degrees of backyard without neighboring homes. Bedrooms are well spread out and the casita within the home is a great addition. I also liked that most bedrooms had TVs, some even had additional futons in addition to the beds. The showers are all amazing with great water pressure. The outdoor grilling set up was an added bonus. Poker table, shuffle board and pool table were awesome to have as well. Pool table needs updated sticks but we were able to play and have fun. This house is extremely spacious and plenty of room for multiple families. Cons: 1. Washing machine leaked, sounds like a jet literally taking off in the home and the dryer has a very loud squeak for the first 2-5 minutes of running. Do not do laundry at night if you’re trying to sleep. (Noted these issues to Oscar) 2. Smoke alarms started chirping around 1-2am the first night and I had to go to the store to get batteries. 2nd day while cooking (2 mins in) fire alarms started blaring and said carbon minoxide, unfortunately we didn’t get a response from vacation rental so we had the fire dept come out, all was good. 3rd day, Christmas, fire alarms went off literally every 3 minutes until we finally disconnected them. Our dogs were traumatized unfortunately.(Noted to rental company and maint Oscar) 3. The central heat went out so the house was super cold between 65-67 degrees. This would be living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms without separate units. The next day we were brought space heaters. Oscar (maintenance) was very accommodating and great to work with. He was super quick to deal with any issue and made sure we were taken care of. He has also updated me that the heating has been fixed as well as the fire alarms. I would definitely stay here again even after the hiccups as I’ve been informed that issues have been resolved. Since the remodel had just been finished literally when we arrived things like the washing machine leaking could just be from something not being tightened etc.

Lots of games for kids to play, we utilized shuffle board quite a bit. Beds we’re comfortable. Would likely stay again. Only slight negative for us was some road noise behind property, but didn’t bother us for the most part. We were two families and everyone thought the house was great.

Great vacay spot for large family, something for everyone! Pool and grounds were very nice. Layout of the house is perfect, better than the photos. Two quiet bedrooms away from the games/pool for little ones who need a nap and plenty of fun to keep teen's entertained. Few minor items need maintnenace upkeep but did not impact our stay. Hope to return again, love the interior design super fun!

The property was beautiful. There were few things I was concerned about, The refrigerator was not working properly. Some parts of the house water would not get hot.A fan went out in one of the bedrooms. Other than that our stay was great.

Casa Del Sol was the perfect summer getaway. The pool was perfect for the 115 degree summer heat. The home provided plenty of space. The putting greens allowed for hours of entertainment. Located close to the grocery store and walking distance to Dutch Bros and the park.

Our grown children and parents all had a great time staying at this property. The casita was perfect for the grandparents, so they could have their own space. The rest of the property was full of fun things to do during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great place for our multi family spring break. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great home layout and amenities.

I chose this house for my family’s 8-day Thanksgiving holiday because the photos make it look very inviting and colorful, however, it is nowhere near as cheery and inviting as the enhanced photos make it look. The first thing I discovered was the house backs on to a six lane road and the sound of cars whooshing by definitely does not make you feel happy or want to be outside. This is not disclosed in the description as I would not have booked this home had I known. Even sitting inside the house, you could hear the annoying sounds of constant traffic. The Casitas is so dismal and cold, we couldn’t stay in there at all except to sleep! The furniture is not comfortable and the atmosphere in there was depressing! The kitchen counter stools had been placed around the poker table, I was told the previous guests had broken the chairs, and they had not been replaced. Hard to play poker sitting on a bar stool. They replaced the chairs after I complained a few days later with card table chairs, then on Thanksgiving Day while we were eating dinner, they brought more chairs, on Thanksgiving Day! The house sleeps 14, so one would think the house would be well stocked for families and cooking. I checked out the kitchen and to my shock, I could find no serving bowls of any kind except for a well used red plastic bowl with a small green one inside of it. There were no chopping or serving boards except for a very small, again well used, board. There was no measuring jug, no measuring cups, no
