From the outside the property looks old and run down but my room seemed brand new. Nice and clean and bright inside room. The laundry facilities were bright and clean too. The place was quiet and the people were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were great, but the outside looked like they were updating and hopefully they follow-up with that because it is very dated outside and the stairs are a bit scary. They look like they're one bolt from falling to the ground. It's a pretty long walk from the parking lot to the motel. Especially when you're carrying stuff.

The property is undergoing renovations and we stayed in one of the updated rooms, it was bright, welcoming and very comfortable. There was no construction noise but we arrived after 6pm and left by 7am. The coffee in reception is really good too. Very helpful and friendly staff. Pool wasn't open yet so if that is important you should call to confirm.

Pot smell outside most of the time. Smoke shop nearby might have been problem. Room had weird smell. Almost like it was a smoking room and couldn't get the smell totally out. Room appears clean but when we wiped up some water on the floor the cloth was black, so not sure they mop the floors.

We had a flea in our room and after walking barefoot in the room, my kids feet were black with dirt. The girl at the front desk was nice. The management was terrible. No coffee maker in the room, but you can get it in the office if you wait until 8am. Area is fine and close to river and food.

This is a cheap motel with a new coat of paint. The walls are thin and the traffic noise considerable. The bed was comfortable. The stairs looked like they might crumble into a pile of rust. The worst part for me was the stink of cleaning products. The lobby and my room reeked of nasty artificial scents.

I was skeptical at first due to all of the construction going on when I arrived. The room was very clean, I could have done without the type of air freshener that was used; it irritated my sinuses. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a coffee pot in the room, coffee was offered down stairs at 8am, I left at 6:30 am each day. That I was able to work around. I will recommend and return to that location in the future if needed.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. I wish I had them at home. The room was quite basic. No counterspace in the bathroom and no magnifying mirror. The room didn't have an iron, so my clothes that I thought I would be able to iron when I got there remained wrinkled from the flight. Light was visible around the entry door and there wasn't a safety mechanism for the door like most rooms. I propped a chair in front of the door. The room was very clean and it appeared to have been recently upgraded. The TV was not hooked up to cable, and I had to plug the cable line in myself which was really odd. I could hear the people next to me when they walked across the faux wood floors. Overall, it was okay but not worth the price I was charged.

Rooms are newly renovated. Exterior renovation is in process. Beds were new and comfortable. The office closes at nine. Phone number is provided to contact “security” if needed. Stove top, coffee maker and small fridge/freezer in room. No microwave or clock/radio. Nice sized flat screen tv in room. Not sure about available programming, but it was a smart tv with lots of channels. No breakfast. It’s not a Hampton Inn, but at half the price it was nice enough. We will probably stay there again.

The outside is a bit outdated but the rooms are very nice remodeled. They have a little stove, fridge, dining room, microwave and sink. Very nice rooms. The bathrooms were very nice. Outside of the property can be a little uncomfortable in the evening but overall safe.

The room was fine. The outside needs work. I had to renew my room key because they had me as checked out after 1 night instead of the 2 that I booked and paid for. The day after i checked out, my credit card was charged $60. When i called about it, they couldn't tell me why. They said someone else would call me back. The next day, i called again because nobody had called. This time I was told that it was because of an oil stained sheet. That is bogus! They said they have a picture. They told me they would have the manager call me. That was 2 days ago. Even if i did see the picture, I know it wasnt me. I think they do this to scam their customers. For the price I paid, this was not what i was expecting. Watch your credit cards after checkout!

It is obvious that the owners/managers are working hard to remodel and upgrade this property. The room was simple and clean and had everything we needed. The front desk employees were very friendly and accommodating. There were materials around the property indicating they are working on rooms and other parts of the property but nothing was in the way or dangerous.

My biggest problem was hidden fees here. Was not told there would be a $100 extra charge which would be returned when I checked out. People need to know these thinks to plan their budget. Convenient location to Howard Amon Park. Big rooms. Phone don’t work when I got there (don’t they check for this when they prepare for new guests?) Bathtub bottom made arrangements noises. No breakfast or coffee in the room but coffee and muffins in the office. Biggest concern was poor value. Way too expensive fir a motel with no amenities.

The staff was polite and attentive. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Comfortable bed. The refrigerator had a decent freezer with it. Not much for in-room amenities but they were in the lobby. There were some sketchy people out in front of the hotel when i arrived but i was able to not worry able that too much. It was the 3 drive by shootings on my second night between 10-11 that unnerved me. Seeing the police patio the area helped a little but....

Don't let the facade fool you. They are currently renovating the property. We were recently there on a road trip to see family. The room we stayed in was great with modern fixtures. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of and you were about five-minute drive to grocery stores. Would stay again if in the area.

This is a reasonably priced, clean, fairly quiet place along the main drag near everything in Richland. I was given a "handicapped" room but had to make coffee on the floor because no outlets available near refrigerator and microwave. And no hooks to hang tote bags (except in bathroom). No shelf near sink in bathroom either.

The property is undergoing renovations and we stayed in one of the updated rooms, it was bright, welcoming and very comfortable. There was no construction noise but we arrived after 6pm and left by 7am. The coffee in reception is really good too. Very helpful and friendly staff. Pool wasn't open yet so if that is important you should call to confirm.

The girl at the the check-in was very nice. Our room was clean....for the most part. The floor in the room we stayed was a little dirty but very tilted. I mean fun house sensation tilted. The box springs had stains all along the bottoms. I mean maybe they were clean but they didn't look good. There was no coffee maker in the room. I have never stayed in a hotel room before without a coffee maker. The heater/AC unit was making a horrible sound so we just turned it off. The vent in the roof was banging very loudly. It was windy but the vent itself just needs to be replaced. No security lock on the inside, which I thought was odd.
