We stayed here end of October 2023 for 1 night. Highly would recommended as everything was clean and modern. We loved the; pillows, sheets, mattress, big amount of space in room, kitchenette, desk, wardrobe, closet, black out curtains, and desk chair. The desk chair and mattress were both super comfortable and would have loved to know where they got them! Tons of parking. We drove a big truck with a dumpster trailer on the back so we had to park in the parking lot one lot over since the parking was full and limited to oversized vehicles. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and the hotel had access cards to the entrance so no strangers could randomly come in. Would definitely stay here again!

We paid a fair amount to stay at a nicer motel. The hot tub and pool were closed. The fireplace outside our window had 5 unattended young children who were playing with the fire. Screaming so incredibly loud, pretending they were burnt. No parents. The lobby did nothing about it when called. It was so dangerous and we absolutely could not sleep, plus our concern for the kids. So so disappointed at a waste of a beautiful facility

We have stayed multple times and love the kitchen/suite and size of the room. Employees are always friendly and courteous. We were disappointed to see the pool was closed during our stay. People often choose a hotel for the indoor pool option, not being open for use is not good business. We will go back.

It’s a great hotel - especially if you need an extended stay, or to have some of the conveniences of home. Pretty and comfortable little patios, nice bbq, nice pool area, good breakfast spread, and the in room kitchen set-up and appliances are very nice.

Bathroom fan didn’t work, reported to maintenance and was told something on the roof was broken. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Pool wasn’t maintained during the day so there was standing water everywhere which made it unsafe

This place is fantastic. Fire pit is excellent, bed was comfy, nice big room with a great sink. I travel with my little boy and he loves to swim but hates cold water, the pool was easily 90 degrees, fabulous. Only complaint is the shower wasn’t that clean but they were nice when I let them know. Would stay here again 100 percent. Great location near lots of food and Walmart, Ross, target

The only thing bad about this facility is the pool. The floor is so slik, my kids kept sleeping and falling. I had to walk like I was 60 years old to not feel like I was going to fall. The tile is like a slip and slid.

Floors and couch were just shampooed and the room smelt like a wet dog. When I tried to change rooms I was sent a fan to help dry it out and the gentleman delivering it was not happy. He stated he shampooed over 6 rooms a day. After 2 days I checked out because it still smelt bad and was still wet. I lost 2 nights rent because I used a 3rd party to book it. They are more concerned about renting rooms then takimg care of the customers.

The upholstery in the breakfast area was soiled and dirty. Our room was noisy one night and I called down to the desk. He tried to call the neighbors no luck —they offered to move me at 11:30 at night. That was not a solution. They took $44 off my bill. I stayed 4 nights. That was not a lot off for the noise. Better insulation. Disappointing.

It's a basic hotel with lots of construction workers staying here. The room itself is fine, but the hallways smell and the carpet is gross. Luckily, the room itself has been remodeled so I stayed in most of the time, and away from the other people staying here. If you're a clean freak, you will not want to stay here. The bed is comfortable though and the A/C works well.

Great stay! All the amenities you would expect. On arrival, a lamp needed a new bulb. My wife called the desk. They said maintenance would fix it tomorrow. My wife had work to do and asked if it could be done that night. So, at 1:00 PM, they brought a whole new lamp. Great service.

We booked a room for 4 people for 3 days. our room was stocked with 3 bath towels and 2 washrags. I cant understand why there wouldnt have been at least 4 big towels for 4 people. I called the front desk to request more, he said sure I will bring them down. I never got them. I waited till the next day and asked the next front desk person for some extra towels. She did not seem happy about it. It seems like towels are a hot commodity . other than that I was perfectly happy with our stay

This hotel is relatively new. Breakfast was good, room was in good condition and bed was comfortable. Like many hotels, they try to act eco-friendly by not providing any lotion or conditioner with a sign stating "lotion, conditioner and other ammenities are available 24/7" by calling front desk. We called desk for conditioner, but no one ever showed up. There was no creamer for coffee in the room.

We arrived and went through the check in process only to find someone else staying in our room! Go back to reception desk and she says they are completely booked and can’t get us into another room! She said a guy checked out of that room two days ago and she thought it had been empty!! How does a hotel not know a guest hasn’t left?? Security issue red flag!! Receptionist feels bad for us and works with another hotel to get us a room and we have to wait over two hours in the lobby to get into a room. Drove 8 1/2 hours and have to wait two more hours to get a room!! Then this original hotel charges me for my stay that I didn’t get to use and sends me an email stating I’m a late cancellation 😳 I didn’t cancel you overbooked my room and couldn’t provide another room!! I feel completely ripped off this was not a good experience 😔

The staff was friendly and accommodating letting us check in early. Was in town for State fastpitch championship and it was nice to drop our stuff off early. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel was close to the ball fields. Thanks for a great stay!

Location of Home2 Suites in Richland WA is excellent. Breakfast is bad and coffee is horrible. I had to go out each morning to get a good cuppa coffee. I brought my own breakfast from home and made it in our room. Sheets on bed were clean but very old and thin. Staff is very friendly and pool is great. Location is our reason for staying here because it is located close to our grandchildren's home in Richland.
