I don’t think I’ve written a review in my life, but the Lodge at Columbia Point is just that good — my husband, stepdaughter, and I stayed here last weekend for my 30th, and this may be the best hotel experience I’ve had in the entirety of Washington state (including some of the more well-known luxury options in and around Seattle). I cannot recommend them enough! The Lodge at Columbia Point is beautiful, welcoming, comfortable, calming, and full of the kindest staff you will ever meet. I purchased the birthday package, and was delighted by a door bow, balloons, candy, and the sweetest notes from housekeeping & hotel management when we arrived. I asked for a red velvet cake with raspberry filling and a particular message on top, as well as a preferred color scheme, and they went above and beyond!! Honestly the best cake I’ve ever had. Still dreaming about it. The only pain-point I had was the limited availability of their spa services. It was partially my fault for not attempting to book ahead, but they are currently down to one masseuse and she was not in at all on the Friday I tried to book. The woman I spoke with (Amy, I believe) was super helpful, though, and I was happy enough just hanging out by the (saltwater) pool, reading, & relaxing. Major bonus points for having 24/7 hot coffee in the lobby, and for the books, games, and library areas. Genuinely already conjuring an excuse for another trip. Book it!! You won’t regret a moment here.

Beautiful property! There was a delay in our check-in, but professional, attentive staff made it right. Spacious, comfortable suite. Excellent pool and workout facilities with open views of water. Lovely walking trail for views of sunset! Excellent breakfast and happy hour!

Staff was very friendly, room was clean & nice, bed was comfortable and food was really good. Disappointed that the hot tub and pool weren’t available and nothing was mentioned beforehand. Tried to book a massage and no one available so I booked a facial instead. When I went to the spa for my appt the person for that wasn’t available as apparently there wasn’t enough between my booking at 3:00 & the appt at 6:00. She did call and say she could later in the evening but that didn’t work on my end. Disappointed about the spa as that’s why I chose that spot but I learned to book ahead for spa services. Disappointed about the hot tub and wish that would have been mentioned at check in. It was a great hotel and I will try again in the future to hope for a better experience.

Fun views of the marina and nice rooms inside but the patio chairs are very uncomfortable need cushions that would help a lot, and the first floor is not ideal no privacy the curtain on the patio area in-between rooms are sheer, and the public walkway is right in front of your area. If I stay again, I will request 2nd floor at least. I asked to be move to the 2nd floor as I checked in fairly early, but the staff would not move me. The pool/hot tub area was a big disappointment small and dirty not kept clean throughout the day and no adult only time so packed with kids and their toys also overly chlorinated the smell was awful. The pictures on the website of the pool are misleading.

Nice property with river views. Quiet and within walking distance of many restaurants. Hot tub was not available which was a negative for the stay. The pool is also outdoors which would be fine but n the summer.

The staff was nice, room was clean with plenty of towels. We especially enjoyed the covered but outdoor pool and hot tub. We did not have time to enjoy the outdoor fireplace by the pool but it looked very inviting.

The room (we stayed in 303) was overpriced. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The split unit mounted on the wall near the bed was VERY loud and had a tone that keep you on edge and alert, so we couldn't relax until we turned it off. At night, the flickering light on the front of the unit was a strobe. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep.

we really enjoyed our 2-day stay at the Lodge at Columbia Point. The hotel space and grounds are very pleasant and cozy. There are plenty of dining options nearby to choose from. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable but the only thing we didn't like was the lack of comforter - they provide a thin blanket tucked between two sheets

The hotel was beautiful, and all of the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our room, which (Lance) fixed immediately. Thanks (Lance for getting us into the correct room. We stayed in one of the premium river king rooms, and it did not disappoint! The room had a generous size soaking tub, personal robes, fireplace, soft king bed and was spacious, clean with a lovely view of the river from the private balcony. The riverwalk was nice and the views outstanding. The river dock however maintained a pretty lively crowd through the weekend which came with a bit of unexpected noise and extremely loud boat horns, which mostly ceased by nightfall. The food from the Drumheller restaurant on the property was also outstanding. Our food was fresh, flavorful and served in a timely manner, both in room and in the person dining. Prices could be a bit spendy for larger families but there are several other local restaurants and fast-food places close by. The pool was enjoyable and for the Five days & 4 nights we were there, it was never overcrowded. Both the pool and hot tub were a generous size although the pool is only 4ft 12in deep. The pool area remained clean and fully stock with fresh towels. Because the pool area offered both covered and open seating, this allowed for extended use for an outdoor lunch or games while enjoying the beautiful weather. Needless to say, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely visit again!

Check in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. The hotel is gorgeous and the view was amazing from our room. The cons were that the air unit in the room was extremely loud. We stayed a Saturday to Sunday and room service started vacuuming at 8 in the room next door. If you are looking for a quiet night sleep, this is not the hotel.

First time at this place and arrived really early but being first time customer I thought they would at least try to get us in sooner. Nope and were rude inconsiderate and passive aggressive. Trying to explain the rules instead of trying f to please the customer. The whole front staff except for Chris needs more customer service training The food was fabulous and so was housekeeping.

The staff were wonderful. We were a little early for check in (3) and were able to get in our room in 15 minutes. It was very warm outside so that courtesy was very helpful. And the restaurant staff were also very welcoming since it was our anniversary. Thank-you Colleen Wartelle We love the noon check out as well.

We enjoyed our visit overall. BUT we drove from Seattle with two hungry young girls and had to be an event at 5 pm. We called on the drive to ask about the possibility of an early check in. We were told by Candace that our rooms would be ready in 30 min or so, approximately 2:45 to 3 pm. This was great news and we made plans to get checked in and cleaned up before the event. However when we got there we were told check in was not in fact available until after 4 and we would have to wait. The manager who informed us of this was not polite honestly. I was disappointed she didn't even apologize to us for the miscommunication. Instead she pretty much threw Candace under the bus. I am sure she could have handled it better and hope in the future she recognizes her attitude was less than stellar.

This was a lovely place to stop and stay, very nicely situated on the river. We had a nice walk in the morning and coffee on our little patio. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in the tri-cities.

I was there to do Ironman WA 70.3 race weekend. The entire staff adopted the mindset of athlete support for all of the guests who were racing. They had snacks and coffee available at 4am ready to go for us when we left for the race, and they had race swag bags. The food was awesome for fueling our racing. I could even eat at the restaurant safely without stress (am celiac). We have our reservations for next year and will stay even longer!

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly with any questions we had! The room and bedding smelled clean and fresh, making it a perfect stay. Having Drumheller’s on the main level was a truly wonderful treat and the food was fantastic! Would highly recommend, as there are few hotels where I’ve been able to sleep in peace, know that a good meal is just a call (or elevator ride!) away and where the staff that are truly dedicated to their customers!

This is a truly wonderful, special, hotel. So many small touches that made staying there delightful. Dining experience was also excellent. The onsite baker should not be missed! We have stayed in the Marriot next door, which is a perfectly good hotel, but The Lodge pays attention to all the details and just makes it an extra special experience.

The property was clean and comfortable. Loved the area!!! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The only negative thing was we sat down for dinner in the hotel restaurant and after no one acknowledging us after 15 minutes we left and went next door to Anthony’s for dinner.
