Check-in was smooth. Walkable to everything we wanted to see. Our room has a nice balcony with beautiful view. Bed is comfortable. If you have a car, you can park inside the plaza with a gate, very safe. Only complaint is that hot water in the shower was barely warm. Otherwise great stay!

It was a great property and surprisingly offered private parking in the middle of the busy city! (There isn’t real clear signage on the street, be aware you have to look for a big black metal gate to enter the property.) We were able to walk everywhere and the piazza and sights were SO close. We had a big jacuzzi tub, beautifully painted high ceilings, and the bed was comfortable. We definitely recommend, especially if you’re coming off a long flight into the Catania airport.

The location was very central to the main areas of Catania. Access to the accommodation was via an old lift or four flights of stairs. The size of the room was huge, as was the spa bath, which was also very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and responsive. An air conditioning issue we encountered on a Sunday was fixed immediately. I would recommend this accommodation.

We were a little leery arriving after hours but the instructions we received were fantastic and we appreciated the communication before, during and after our stay. This place is a hidden gem with its fountain the courtyard and amazing views. We appreciated the elevator as we had heavy luggage. Our room was very nice and extremely clean. Large beautiful white doors opened to a balcony overlooking the square. It was very conveniently located to many restaurants. We appreciated our one night stay before we headed out for an early flight. I especially appreciated the hair dryer and toiletries provided.

Unterkunft soll es nicht dabei gewesen sein, sie hat es dann aber trotzdem “offeriert”. ~ Es ist ja ein „B&B“, das Frühstück gibt’s aber in einer “fremden” Bar etwas entfernt, wofür man dann eigentlich auch noch jeden Morgen an der Reception einen Voucher abholen muss.

The gate getting into the property was not so obvious from the street took some time to find it . Getting into the gate was fine once you located it . The entrance into the building was sketchy to say the least , once you get over that part of it and get upstairs to the apt it was fine . The girl was sitting at the desk as you enter the B and B. There are approx . 6 rooms and each room is for other guests . The room was fairly clean but the worst was the mattresses they literally had huge indents in them and very difficult to sleep . I recommend the owners change the mattresses if they don't want complaints . The bottom left side of the shower had a leak and the water has damaged the trim around the door , it was black and mouldy . Other then these couple of things the place was adequate for the 1 nite stay that I had to stay in Catania. Its location is very close to the Main Street which is convenient.

The location of hotel is in great spot! The room was very clean and beautiful with decor. Staff were very kind and helpful. They assisted us in getting taxi for early check out to airport. By far was the best stay we had visiting Europe and would 100% recommend and stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. We never had a chance to sleep over night due to our plane issues. However we arrived at 10:00 a.m. the day we were scheduled to check out. The man at the desk was very gracious to allow us to shower and take a nap until noon. It was clean and had a nice large window to the street to view the culture. The same man made us espresso on our way out!! Thank you!

tiny room, tiny shower that leaks to the floor like hell, internet was slow or non existing at times; terrible bed, terrible sheets and blankets, ac was not functional very well, the room was smelly, access to the hotel was through a smelly (piss) court yard. The room was smelly also... yuk... all around terrible... The only positive side is the staff. They were very nice and helpful..

We have arrived the hotel and checked in around 1:30pm. Afterwards, we went out for sightseeing. When we backed to hotel at around 8pm, we wanted to take shower but found that there was no water supply in the room. We texted to the hotel staff and wanted to know what had happened. They replied that there was water interruption and they were now working to fix the problem. Later, they said that it was not their fault as the water suspension was not their responsibility. They said the water would resume for next hours. However, there was no water supply all during the night and even not resumed in the next morning when we checked out at 10 am. The staff actually just excused their responsibility and nothing to comfort their customers. We didn’t have water to wash our face and brushed our teeth! I thought they should let us have some bottles of water but no one care about our needs. You may see their response in the text they responded to my worries!!!

la salle de bains et les toilettes ne sont pas dans la chambre. il faut traverser le couloir. Plus pénible encore: l'hôtel propose un service de "Navettes" pour l'aéroport... C'est une arnaque. La navette est un particulier qui n'a pas le statut de taxi et qui m'a demandé 35 euros en cash, alors que le taxi patenté ne prendrait que 15 à 20euros !

The staff at the Palazzo Bruca were incredible! They were very accommodating for an earlier check in and to assist with securing me transport for a very early morning flight to Rome. The room was clean and comfortable. Access in felt safe after hours. The location was perfect in the town centre with easy access to all the historical sights and tour companies. Highly recommend!

La struttura è all'interno di un palazzo storico di Catania a pochi passi da piazza duomo. All'interno del cortile potrete parcheggiare la vostra auto al costo di 10 euro / giorno. Abbiamo soggiornato qui due volte durante il nostro viaggio e potuto vedere due camere differenti. Entrambe accomunate da ampia metratura, ma una risultava un po' più piacevole ed in qualche modo meno sinistra. Anche il bagno di una delle due era un po' più ampio e funzionale. Nel suo insieme è una buona soluzione per chi vuole passare una notte a Catania ed avere la comodità del parcheggio. Manca il servizio colazione. Se lo acquistate vi troverete comunque a dover prendere un voucher e recarvi al bar con loro convenzionato. Consiglio di recarvi in via Etnea al Prestipino per un ottimo cornetto mattutino ed un ottimo caffé. Anche i luoghi di maggior interesse turistico sono vicini. Tutto sommato ci possiamo ritenere soddisfatti.

We stayed for 2 nights because of the airport. The hotel is in the center of Catania, it is clean good value for the money Did not have breakfast many restaurants and shopping around the hotel. the center is dirty and full of graffiti, we did get an upgrade to the second floor because they could not find our reservation (much bigger room) . This is more like and bed and breakfast.
