It was located well. The hotel was very very clean. My only problem was hard pillows and uncomfortable bed and a tv that had settings in Spanish so you couldn’t put subtitles on it

A brilliant experience overall, of which we will be returning... Every member of staff was helpful and kind.... The hotel is situated perfectly for anyone wanting to explore the Nothern Quarter... Good value for money, breakfast included with good variety and catered for everyone... Overall great experience, would recommend for couples, friends, families or bigger parties

I booked this hotel for my newlywed son and his bride as part of their honeymoon. They thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of their stay, from the comfort of the accommodation to the overall experience. They were so pleased with the hotel that they asked me to give it a 10/10 rating on their behalf. Based on their feedback, I can confidently say it was an excellent choice and a wonderful place for newlyweds to celebrate the start of their married life.

Someone had been smoking on that floor. They’d lit incense but you could still smell it and the windows don’t open so you couldn’t get any fresh air. We moved rooms but it must’ve been in the ventilation because when we had a shower the bathroom smelt really smoky and the steam and heat made it hard to breathe in there. We were back late and only staying the night so didn’t bother moving rooms again. We had sore throats and croaky voices the next day, which was annoying. It was a good location for nightlife and they give you breakfast, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
