The only complaint I have is a total of 2 luggage carts for the amount of rooms is despicable!! Customers were hoarding the 2 which left me, handicapped without anything to haul all my things. I think these hotels make enough to buy more carts!

Very clean property but our room was located right across from the elevator and people came in at 1,2 and 3 and were extremely noisy so would recommend a room away from the elevator. Otherwise a great place to stay

Staff was very nice, elevator a bit shaky but everything else was very nice. We had a very clean and nice smelling room and had no issues with anything! Would definitely stay again!

Ac was broke, front desk clerk at check in was rude, only 1 person spoke english and she was working at check out, she was also the only person that was friendly. Elevator made sounds and made jerking movements like it was going to break. Walls were dirty, carpet had holes in them. I booked 2 rooms here on a long road trip and need 2 rooms to sleep so we could continue driving and the hotel had jigh scores on hotels.com. The ratings i saw were misleading!

I would have rated Excellent except that I walked around the room both with socks and then barefoot and both my socks and my feet got dirty. Not sure if it was the carpeting or the bathroom tile, but the white towels on the bathroom floor didn't get dirty so I'm leaning toward the carpeting.

There was no water pressure. I called the front desk and she stated no one else had called to complain and she has 40 other rooms booked. I have a video of the water coming out of the faucet. I was severely upset to not have a halfway decent shower and an employee who didn’t care.

Bugs on the walls in the room. Bugs in the bag with the extra sheets in blanket in them. 2 tvs in room with only 1 remote and the one remote didn’t even control either tv. Had a friend stay in the same type of room as we did right down the hall and didn’t have any issues except the ac didn’t work the first night. Cleanliness was ok except the fact of the bugs on the wall and in the bag.

The front desk person was incredibly kind. The rooms on the other hand were disappointing to say the least. The first room we checked into smelled like a combination of urine and mildew, room 206. The front desk lady promptly changed our room and went to investigate and left a write up for housekeeping. The next room was significantly better yet there was a wet spot on the floor near the air conditioning, room 111. Overall, doable for a 1 night stay. I wouldn't stay longer though.

Our stay was pleasant, we did get off 2 exiys prior and found other areas in Lafayette did not feel safe. This area was nice and clean,

Overall it wasn’t terrible but if the AC in the room was not set on 69 or lower there was a wet smell in the room. The carpet felt damp but overall it wasn’t bad.

The hotel looked new to me, don't know if it was. Everything was clean and in good operating order. The breakfast food was fine with some hot entrees. The only quirky thing was how high the beds were. My 5' tall wife had definite problems climbing into bed. Oddly enough, the hotel had footstools they offered for those vertically challenged. Other than that, we stayed at the hotel twice on our way to Florida and back because it was such a nice hotel. Apr 2025

I initially chose the property because the many comments about the comfort of the bedding. While the bedding was as comfortable as mentioned, the property still has a few flaws. Its last remodel was likely 2002 when all things were shades of brown and to top it off the hallways and rooms are all SO DARK !! There was lighting provided thoroughout but the bulbs couldnt have been more than 40 watt. Even in the middle of the day the hotel os just so dark. I ended up going outside to the front of the hotel to read my book as that was the onlynplace to find enough light ro do so. The breakfast was available but basic. Staff was kind and helpful. Everything was clean enough for the night but needs an update fairly badly.

Comfort Inn lived up to expectations except this am. Breakfast bar poorly stocked at 8 am and no one to attend to it. Stock or clean. I stood at front desk for 10 minutes before anyone came. Just wanted to report that our room 205 had a damp carpet around the cooling/heating unit. She really didn’t seem to care. Not the best for your reputation which otherwise would have been great. Sorry

Our stay at Comfort is usually great. This time the A/Cole in our room the 1st night did not work. They did move me they next night and it would have been nice to have received some kind of compensation, but the front desk said the manager handled that and did not offer, nor pursue on my behalf. Overall, the location and stay is great. Would have liked to see a little more customer service in regard to the issue of the A/C.

Smaller property in Scott, LA. Close to several well known boudin shops. Also food options for breakfast and dinner within a 2 minute drive. The staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was a great addition. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lafayette is less than 10 minutes away. It’s very close to the interstate. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels throughout Lafayette and this was one of my favorites. I’ll definitely stay here again!

This hotel was great! The room had everything from an iron & ironing board, safe, microwave, fridge with freezer and comfortable beds and pillows. It was super clean and comes with a good, hot breakfast. The location is great also- just a few minutes from some great restaurants like Uncle T’s, Don’s Seafood, and Little Big Cup! It was safe and the staff was friendly!

It was very confident to get either on Hwy. 90 or interstate 10. I have stayed here in the past three years at least twice each year. Their breakfast is something else. Need improvement done on the eggs and sausage. Add more so they will be a variety to offer.

we were advised the morning of arrival the room wasn't ready, then it was...asked if renovations were going on, manager said no! Trying to refresh. but be honest! Breakfast is repetitive, a lot of coming and going at odd hours. Breakfast, eggs not "cooked" equally, no spray for waffles so everything was stuck to the cooker.
