This is just a bare bones, no frills property. We stayed here while having work done in Los Algodnes. The staff is friendly. The room is fine. Bathrooms have been remodeled. The furniture is older. The floor is Vinyl. Beds were fine. I like that there is a counter outside the bathroom with a big mirror to get ready at. The toilet, shower and sink is in another room with a door. Plenty to eat around the motel. Like that I can park in front of our room

We had a room that was renovated and it was nice. The bathroom had the toilet and shower(with a window) then outside the bathroom was a nice counter with a microwave on it but also lots of space for a gal to get ready there if someone wanted to take a shower. I liked that we were able to park right outside our door. Very comfortable room. The grounds have no plants at all. Just pavement and concrete. It would look nicer if there was greenery. A word on the WIFI, we didn't connect to the 5G at first and the internet was the WORST. I then connected to the 5G and it was so much better. We will be staying here again when we come back in a few weeks.

Very convenient to downtown and interstate, lots of restaurants in walking distance. The room was average. Ice machine was broken . The owner gave me some ice in a torn plastic shopping bag. No coffee maker in the room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the HVAC unit worked well.

This is the second or third time I have stayed at the Hacienda Motel in Yuma. This is an older property in pretty good condition, The rooms are clean and the one I stayed in was remodeled recently. There is a swimming pool, but the weather was too cold for me to try it. Check in was easy and fast.. Overall a good value for the money, clean with basic services.

room was obviously NOT reserved, but assigned at check in. The reservation was for 2 beds but there was only one bath towel, and for 2 days they then did make the beds but did not replace the used bath towels. My next trip I WILL deal directly with the provider-- this one did not have a phone number so it will be eliminated for that.

Owner Mike was very friendly very nice, very conscientious. Seems he's been remodeling, has done a very nice job. New tile and fixtures in bathroom, fresh paint, nice furniture. Room #2 - Two things, the AC unit made an unusually loud amount of noise, Interrupted my sleep many times. Room had a musty smell as if it had been wet at some time in the past. New king size bed was great very firm, very comfy. TV worked great.

Our motel room was very clean and in very good condition. The decor was nice. Sure the area as you drive up may concern you a little bit but management was great and room wonderful. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Don’t let their low price or their current 2-star rating affect you so stay their to save some money.

This is a very old motel but the owners have done a great job of modernizing the rooms. All new sink, toilet and tub/shower. Bedding is also all new. Excellent pillows. AC/Heater is new. Nice tile floor. Very clean. We were very pleased with our stay and the price is much lower than comparable rooms. Unit also has a fridge and microwave.

I really liked this little motel and plan on staying here again. The outside doesn't have great curb appeal and I can't comment on the pool since I didn't use it, but the room was recently remodeled and besides a slightly loud air conditioning unit (they all are) everything was in great shape.

Night staff a little off but but morning staff very happy and friendly. Site a little dated but everything was clean and tidy. Room was clean too. Only downside was a very noisy air conditioner unit. It sounded like an aircraft engine.

When we checked in there was one other vehicle in the parking lot, yet the front desk clerk did not want to let us check in early. We had a small dog WITH us when we checked into the hotel. we even took him with us each time we left the hotel, and often enough to ensure he did his business outside and did not have any accidents in the room. When we took him out at midnight, before tucking in for the last time, the night clerk instructed us pets were not allowed and we would have to immediately check out and deart the hotel.

We had a reservation, but the AC and the fridge were turned off, so had to wait for them to get up to speed. We were told there was ice (there was none). No coffee in room or lobby available at any time. While there is a microwave, no m/wave-safe cups available. I didn't like the old-style key, hanging from a plastic piece that encouraged a finder to deposit in a mailbox, and included the name, address, AND the room number! If someone found it on the ground, would they try the key in the lock on the room, noted on the holder?!? It was impossible to sit at the desk and work, read, eat, etc.; AC is inches away and blowing directly on you. At 9:10am on checkout day, spouse was out helping someone with a car problem. I had the key and (still in my nightgown) was in the bed reading. When a knock came, I assumed it was my spouse. I untangled myself, put my shoes on, and started to the door when it burst open! The front-desk guy (owner?) was there. He asked when we were leaving! There WAS a dirty "Do Not Disturb" hanger on the outside knob that I'd put there. I said we'd leave at checkout time (11am). There was NO apology or anything; just as if it was a normal thing to do! Would definitely not stay here again or recommend.

I like to try and support the independent owners of local business and this is a great example of a locally owned and operated motel. It has the character of a by-gone area that has been refurbished and is clean and comfortable. It's nice to be met by the friendly owner and provided a very reasonable price for the convenience of a motel. My trip originally involved a one-night stay, but as it happened on my return drive hime, it was late so I decided to stay another night in Yuma and never thought twice about where I would stay. And I would stay again and again. The property is easy to access, has plenty of dining options around it, and I love the motel style of drive up to your room and unload. Nothing fancy, but a good value for friendly service which is often missing in the big chain hotels.

This place was very clean and at a reasonable price. The staff was very helpful giving us places to go etc. The room was cleaned daily even though we stayed 2 nights. That is unusual any more. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was fine, clean "enough". Wasn\'t too loud, but it didn\'t feel very safe to walk anywhere. Room didn\'t have any way to make hot water for tea/coffee (there was a microwave, but no mug to microwave, only flimsy plastic cups). I mainly took issue with the guy checking me in who viewed me with suspicion and interrogated me to make sure I wasn\'t a "troublemaker" I guess. I get it, meth abuse is rampant, but I don\'t need to be put on trial for access to a cheap room that I already paid for. For a random pin on Google maps, it\'s fine.

Night staff a little off but but morning staff very happy and friendly. Site a little dated but everything was clean and tidy. Room was clean too. Only downside was a very noisy air conditioner unit. It sounded like an aircraft engine.

This is just a bare bones, no frills property. We stayed here while having work done in Los Algodnes. The staff is friendly. The room is fine. Bathrooms have been remodeled. The furniture is older. The floor is Vinyl. Beds were fine. I like that there is a counter outside the bathroom with a big mirror to get ready at. The toilet, shower and sink is in another room with a door. Plenty to eat around the motel. Like that I can park in front of our room

I like to try and support the independent owners of local business and this is a great example of a locally owned and operated motel. It has the character of a by-gone area that has been refurbished and is clean and comfortable. It's nice to be met by the friendly owner and provided a very reasonable price for the convenience of a motel. My trip originally involved a one-night stay, but as it happened on my return drive hime, it was late so I decided to stay another night in Yuma and never thought twice about where I would stay. And I would stay again and again. The property is easy to access, has plenty of dining options around it, and I love the motel style of drive up to your room and unload. Nothing fancy, but a good value for friendly service which is often missing in the big chain hotels.

Very convenient to downtown and interstate, lots of restaurants in walking distance. The room was average. Ice machine was broken . The owner gave me some ice in a torn plastic shopping bag. No coffee maker in the room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the HVAC unit worked well.

They were recommended by friends. We were apprehensive when we pulled up, due mainly to the age of the property. When we checked in we were so pleasantly surprised and impressed by the newly renovated rooms, the local selection of restaurants and shops. That night we were again impressed with the quietness. We will definitely recommend to anyone interested in a stay in Yuma, and will stay there again for next year’s annual visit to Mexico.

We had a reservation, but the AC and the fridge were turned off, so had to wait for them to get up to speed. We were told there was ice (there was none). No coffee in room or lobby available at any time. While there is a microwave, no m/wave-safe cups available. I didn't like the old-style key, hanging from a plastic piece that encouraged a finder to deposit in a mailbox, and included the name, address, AND the room number! If someone found it on the ground, would they try the key in the lock on the room, noted on the holder?!? It was impossible to sit at the desk and work, read, eat, etc.; AC is inches away and blowing directly on you. At 9:10am on checkout day, spouse was out helping someone with a car problem. I had the key and (still in my nightgown) was in the bed reading. When a knock came, I assumed it was my spouse. I untangled myself, put my shoes on, and started to the door when it burst open! The front-desk guy (owner?) was there. He asked when we were leaving! There WAS a dirty "Do Not Disturb" hanger on the outside knob that I'd put there. I said we'd leave at checkout time (11am). There was NO apology or anything; just as if it was a normal thing to do! Would definitely not stay here again or recommend.

Room was fine, clean "enough". Wasn\'t too loud, but it didn\'t feel very safe to walk anywhere. Room didn\'t have any way to make hot water for tea/coffee (there was a microwave, but no mug to microwave, only flimsy plastic cups). I mainly took issue with the guy checking me in who viewed me with suspicion and interrogated me to make sure I wasn\'t a "troublemaker" I guess.
