Very pet friendly; disappointing breakfast offerings; room was not very clean. We asked twice to have the floor washed but it was still dirty. The lookout over the water was lovely and we enjoyed morning coffee watching the boats but were disappointed that there was no water access other than the boat launch for which we had to pay extra.

Free parking on site, staff was friendly, rooms were very clean just outdated. Love the marina, tiki bar and restaurant on the property! Located close to shops and restaurants.

Our room was pretty spartan and tired. But the bed was comfortable and we slept well. Nice staff. Great view from our rooms patio over Kings Bay. Convenient location.
