The rooms in the inner square have the green space patio right outside the door. There was plenty of patio tables and chairs to use. It was a nice shaded area to relax in. Shade is hard to find in Moab. Very relaxing area to sit in. That was our favorite thing about the property.

We love the location of this motel & each room has own parking spot, also an area to hang out/bbq. We missed the convenient continental breakfast, looks like new owners since our last visit so now only coffee.

The room was good, and blankets warm. Had assigned parking which was nice except mine was not in front of room like most rooms. Mine was in the back of the hotel, staff should ask if I need a spot in front of room, which is why I stayed at this motel. Also there was a mini fridge which was fine but no freezer. How do I keep my ice packs frozen? So no chilled drinks while on the road.

The check--in process was odd because it was handled by someone virtually - we interacted with someone via a video screen and a kiosk. Guest laundry worked fine but be prepared to pay $3.50 for both wash and dry loads. Seems odd since they are 100% solar and shouldn't be covering high electric bills. In-room air conditioner units were LOUD. There is a good sized sitting area on grass with tables, chairs, couches for informal gatherings. The main downtown area with shops and restaurants is a .5 - 1.5 mile walk on well-lit sidewalks.

It was a super close and convenient drive to Arches. The front desk person was very accommodating and gave me a different room with a parking spot that would accommodate my huge rental vehicle, which I really appreciated. There’s a cute lawn area in front with trees and grass and tables where I sat and played ukulele and enjoyed myself during the evening. Would stay here overnight again.

I liked that we could park right outside of our room. The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Arun was very nice and even upgraded my room! I highly recommend Adventure Inn!

This is actually a nice spacious spot and I was impressed until I realized how dirty the floors were. It makes me wonder then how clean was the room. I got the impression it was spot checked nothing more. When we first entered it had a strong cleaning chemical Oder so we had to vent the place. I would have brought this to managements attention but no one was available when we checked out. Other then that I might book again if something else wasn’t available.

Absolutely disgusting. We ended up checking out early due to the condition of the room we were staying in. It had not been cleaned prior to our stay there, when we checked in we had to ask the man at the front desk for a bathroom cleaning spray. It was covered in dry urine and there was a pubic hair on the seat, the area around the toilet also looked like it had not been cleaned and there looked to be urine on the floor, the floor generally didn’t seem like it had been cleaned, and there appeared to be blood splatters above the sink, there was no body wash in the room, the top blanket was so dirty we couldn’t even use it. We were very unhappy with the condition of the room seeing as we paid $110 a night after taxes and fees. And now they refuse to refund us the money for the rest of our reservation. Really disappointed!

The AC unit sat right above the bed, and was on and off all night. Very noisy. The room was costly for its size (small) but was clean. The closeness to Arches NP was a plus. Breakfast was ok.

This is a motel 6 like place..one night max. The good: Shower, bed The not so good: Road noise - could hear every car on busy main street. The heater/ac cycles on and off every 2 mins and blows on the bed and in our faces. The virtual check in. Not a fan of talking to a human via video and having to scan documents. Hire a local please. TV wasn't great. Fyi- friends were 'upgraded' to a nicer room in the back, so there are different options. We just got a bad one.

1. We stayed in two rooms that were supposed to have queen beds. The beds are double beds. I measured them. 2. The heating/air conditioning units are so noisy that you can't sleep. 3. We were in Unit 111 and the water pressure in the shower was so bad that the just water trickled out. 4. We were booked until Monday morning but we left on Sunday because it was so uncomfortable.

I appreciate the remodeled rooms on this old inn, however, it smelt really weird and the old air-conditioning unit was super loud. It was clean. The bed was too soft for me. But it was one of the less expensive motels in Moab. It definitely showed its age with the slanting floor in the bathroom. If I had to stay there again, I would, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

"Economy" in every respect. 'The beds listed as "single queen" are in reality full-sized (54" wide, not 60"). That extra 6" makes a huge difference when two people want to sleep comfortably! Parking spaces are very narrow and angled in. Overall, clean but not what we would call comfortable.

Room was tiny. No room for two of us to have suitcases open at the same time. The photos of the room looked MUCH bigger. About 12 inches of room between the bed and the walls on either side. Paid for two night and left after one night.

If you check in after 10pm then you have to use a kiosk that connects you with a person somewhere offsite. It was beyond painful to spend almost 40-minutes trying to check in at midnight.

There is nobody working the front desk. This place uses a “aavgo” check in kiosk. It takes forever. The guy checking in in front of me got a key to a room that already had someone sleeping in it.

Reserved queen beds they were double. Bathroom fan didnt work. Fridge was very loud. No comfortable chairs to sit in. No one in office most if the time. You check in with kiosk if problem it will call manager. Just nit a good experience.

This property was awful overall. The grounds are badly maintained. During our stay of over a week, they didn't clean our room, replace our towels, etc., except on one single day. We asked and asked for help but nothing ever was done except the CLEANING STAFF KEPT PUTTING A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON OUR DOOR! We will be back to Moab, but will avoid this hotel. The worst issue is that these folks own more than one hotel in this town. We will avoid all ofvtheir properties. Ugh. The breakfast was good for a couple of days, but is redundant, the same things every single day. The kiosk check in is hit and miss. The cleaning isn't done, not ever! The ice maker works, some of the machines in the laundry room work, the picnic area isn't kept very well, and the landscaping is jacked up. If they would clean andcrefresh the rooms that would be great, but they don't.

The kiosk check-in/out was fine with me, I don’t t need an actual person to check me in/out. However our room was double booked and another incoming resident was given a key and walked right in on us! Trying to resolve this issue with the kiosk person was difficult because he couldn’t locate the manager. Also, the grass area where people sit needs to be mowed desperately, and the front walk up area to the office is dirty, the “manager” parks his bike there, and there’s an old broken down water feature. It’s a small area and could easily be spruced up. First impressions and curbside appeal matter, and that would be a cheap fix.

Had a solid stay there. One thing to mention, the Location ist quite good located at the end of Moab but directly next to a busy street. Therefore, it can bei quite loud.

Clean and felt like i was in a nice motor lodge and refreshing to stay in something not "big corporation". Free breakfast wasnt just a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast. Eggs, sausage, fresh bagels, cereal if you did want it, fresh juice and coffee. Coffee in the room.

Folks were friendly at the check-in. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent for a small lobby. My only complaint would be the comforters on the beds are kind of nonexistent. Also, they have an EV charger you can access through the Blink App. I kind of wish they would just make it complementary for guests but they charge for electricity and parking.

Shower was hot for about a minute and was luke warm for the rest of the time. Windows are old and you can hear lots of road noise through them. The heater was so loud that you couldn't hear the TV over it. There was no breakfast provided despite hot breakfast advertised at the time of booking on Expedia.

The room served our purposes, we were outdoors all day and just slept there. It was disappointing after booking, we received an email from hotel management with check in instructions and stating there was "a free HOT breakfast in the lobby from 7-9:30am" Upon check in we learned this was not true.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights while visiting the National Parks. We enjoyed the location and the daily breakfast was very good with hot items and baked goods. It was a good place to use as a base for our sightseeing. The only comment I would make is that the air conditioner was a bit loud.

When I booked one year in advance fully paid upon booking non refundable for Easter Jeep Safari it says free breakfast. When we checked in they stopped giving free breakfast with room. The laundry cost $3.50 for washer and dryer and machine broken. Problem with shower hot water. I’m not going back here bad experience. We checked out one day early and called Expedia for refund mainly for no breakfast that’s why we left early to move to another hotel. No money back… this hotel only wants to get my money.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk each time I went into the office, from the first time to check in and every time I went to get ice because the ice machine wasn't working. The breakfast wasn't good. The juice machine wasn't working and the bagels tasted like cardboard. The AC in the room was very loud and didn't work well. The shower curtain didn't reach the rim of the shower floor and we had to move it down ourselves or there would be water all over the bathroom floor. I'll look for a different place if I were to return to Moab, UT.

Small room and smaller bathroom but more than decent price so no complaints. Cold AC, close to highway so can hear traffic...quiets overnight. Great location - 5 min drive Arches and 45 min drive to Canyonland! Minutes to downtown shopping and great restaurants! Antica Forma pizza was my favorite!

Easy to find. Easy check in. Close to dining. Maverik gas station right across the street. It is one of the "park at the door" Motels that I really like when touring on a motorcycle. Parking was good, AC worked great, room was clean, nothing broken, missing or not working. Beds were comfortable, price was very reasonable. This will be my first pick the next time I'm in Moab!
