Parking is limited, adjacent city parking garage was full but staff helped making a space in their 25 parking space garage. No modern USB outlet in room so make sure you have a charging block. Location is very convenient, the hotel and room was clean, the staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was lacking everything when we got there - no coffee, no water, etc. check-in had a long line at 5pm (4 check-ins ahead of ours and only 1 person working at front desk). Garage was not on premises had to move car to a different garage away from the hotel. Too many things different from what was advertised. Not worth the cost.

The gym is teeny tiny with 2 pieces of cardio equipment, really minimal but i was able to hop on treadmill for 40 minutes in early evening and get a little sweat in. It served its purpose.

Would equate to a mid tier Marriott in terms of facilities. Staff are friendly and responsive, rooms are clean but somewhat basic. Breakfast is ok but better options around the town. Park in the municipal car park and get it validated! Good value overall. Would stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located where I needed to be. Check in was smooth. The rooms were clean and well kept up. The bar located in the hotel was small, but served the purpose to get a drink. (However if you wanted to venture out on the town, there are several places to satisfy what you are looking for.) The breakfast was the usual complimentary meal you find in many hotels, but this was prepared exceptionally. My only issue would be the parking. There were no spots left in the small hotel parking, so I had to park in the municipal lot one block away. Overall, I had a nice stay and would definitely book it again when I’m in that town again.

We have stayed here several times and now use it exclusively when in the area. Clean comfortable upto date mid priced hotel with polite and helpful desk service in the heart of West Chester. Pleasant dining area overlooking the town with long breakfast hours. Convenient covered parking right outside the lobby door.

It was a nice stay. Our room was updated and clean. The hallways and lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. They are renovating and updating ,so hopefully the smell goes away with the old. Otherwise good stay, great location for downtown access to restaurants and bars.

I had a double queen room. Both beds had hair in the sheets. Got moved, then the tv didn't work. Got that fixed, then the next morning the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. I didn't know it was a smoking facility, so the smell of cigarette smoke was present on all floors that I went to. Lastly, person upstairs stomping around after 1am for 2 of my 5 nights.

Hotel needs renovation. Rooms and hallways felt outdated and need some updates. Bed was super comfy, though. The biggest issue was noise. We could hear the TV playing from the room above us all night long and could hear the person walking around from 6:30am through 8:30am, so we did not sleep well. Fantastic location and nice staff… so would stay there again. Hope they invest in themselves a bit before we do!

Well, if one minute it’s 60 degrees in your room and the next it’s 86, surprise! If you like a noisy heater. If there is no one from engineering but you can be moved for only a two-night stay! Your room overlooks a nasty apartment building next door. There is some sort of noisy late-night disturbance, although brief. Oh, yes, the refrigerator - it isn’t. It’s a freezer. There is no adjustment.

There was a sheer drape that spanned the entire room window that prevented people from the outside seeing in, but I could see out which is fine. However, there were no solid curtains in the window to close out the outside light before bedtime. The room was therefore in semi darkness all night long with light streaming in from buildings across the street. Therefore, I had much difficulty falling asleep. I'm accustomed at home to be able to close solid curtains for complete darkness to gain solid sleep which studies recommend. Aside from that, the hotel stay was fine. Great location. Breakfast options were good. I would have given a top rating, but no solid curtains was a big negative factor.

Great hotel right in the middle of downtown. Our room was great, newly renovated. I was a little worried about noise being so close to the elevator but I could barely hear anything from the room and the bed was so comfortable. One of the best night’s sleep in a hotel I ever had!

The room itself was lovely and the clerks were very helpful and friendly. However, the beds were uncomfortable/hard, and the cabinet for the TV kept swinging halfway open, making it impossible to watch TV (the doors obscured it) or walk by without moving them.

I was very impressed with this hotel. First, we were greeted so kindly and professionally. The front hostess Rachel was super helpful and informative. She made a lot of recommendations for us to try. The room and the hotel in general was very clean. The pool was warm, the room temperature is self-controlled and worked perfectly, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom and bathtub were spotless. Breakfast was delicious with so many options. The bar in the lobby is super convenient. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. 10/10 !

This was a nice hotel and most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I did call as we were going to be arriving sooner than expected and asked if we could check in early. I thought it was rather rude that would only let us check in early for a $50 fee and didn’t even offer to hold our bags or things for us. I understood that a room many not be available but I don’t think I have ever gotten a response so blunt and pushy.

Check in is at 3pm. We checked in at 250pm and were told our room would be ready in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later after watching several people checking in to their rooms, we still heard nothing. We had to go up and ask when our room would be ready. Thankfully another staff person, not the one who checked us in, said he would try and find us a room. He did eventually find us one and we got checked in. We also requested a hour late check out since we were checked in an hour late and were denied unless we wanted to pay. Excuses were they were sold out. After a long and heated discussion, we got 30 extra minutes for free. Front desk needs training. Noone told us we could park for free across the street. Noone told us we could work out at the YMCA across the street for free. Their fitness center is a closet with 2 pieces of equipment. Hotel itself is quaint and walkable to downtown and room was very nice and clean.

Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Housekeeping skipped room even though it was requested daily. One day they took the $10.00 tip but did not clean the room. Breakfast was average. People stomping on floor above till 2:00 am some nights. Requested king room was given 2 queen room. Average hotel, high price.

Laundry facilities really helpful when abroad. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast cereals or scrambled eggs and burgers. Waffle machine and variety of teas and fresh coffee.

It’s an old hotel in the middle of downtown. Clean, quiet, convenient. The towels are nice and thick. Parking in the garage is easy but significantly more than the public parking 2 minutes away ($26.50/night versus $5). The included breakfast is typical/average (bagels, cereal, make your own waffle).

The Warner has upgraded the room interiors and they are much nicer than they used to be. Rooms are clean & spacious. The free breakfast is a nice perk, except the coffee. The one upgrade they really need is coffee. The in-room coffee maker is awful. The breakfast room coffee is "warm" and weak. However, there are MANY coffee shops very close to the hotel to utilize. Overall good stay at a great price.
