La Fenice

Location was in a safe and quiet area of the city. Public transport on your doorstep. Breakfast was top class. Staff gave a 5 star service.

The staff was not courteous and early check in was not available even tho site said 11 to 2pm there was an absence of keys on the wall and seen no one check out as i had to wait multiple hours to gain entrance. the heat in the room did not work well so we where cold, i had asked if we could borrow 2 spoons and was denied rudly by the kitchen staff so i had to go buy some, you can hear the neighbors all around you making noise, i had seen a small white bug in the shower grawling on the wall i killed. We used the hotel because we needed to find one asap that was close to our air bnb cuz we chose the the wrong date for check out and needed a place to sleep so that checked our boxes, would we stay here again no probably not.

Nice part of town

The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday, the location is the best in town. Highly recommended.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to a variety of restaurants, a metro station, a tram stop, and a couple of supermarkets. The included breakfast was different every day, and we both found it tasty. I especially enjoyed the desserts. The room itself and bathroom were spacious. But they could use a bit refurbishing. The doors and floor were creaky. The space of the shower cabin was rather limited and there was no place for hand towels near the sink.
