The concierge upon arriving was extremely rude especially in front of my kid, and the remote to the tv looked as if it had never been cleaned since bought for the hotel, had dried up food etc in the crevices I refused to touch it. Shower was dirty, fitness room was hot.

Hotel is in an easy to access place at Katy Freeway at Katy Mills Mall. It is currently undergoing a renovation of the hotel. It's exterior and first floor is under construction. The room itself was in alright condition. There was water in the bathroom on the floor when we arrived. Additionally, the sofa bed looked like it needed some help and was worn. The bed and sleeping area were no issue. AC unit was running as it should and was quiet. Staff was nice. Overall, no big issues.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in multiple occasions and every thing is always great. The only thing I wasn’t happy about this time was the fact that the elevator was broken for several hours and I was traveling with my mom and aunt who is older and they had to go up and down the stairs . Other than that my stay was great as usual.

Can’t access lobby without your key at night. Ok…cool…good safety feature. However the card keys they give you tend to stop working. Had to drop my daughters off at the airport only up return at 5am with a key not working and nobody at the front desk to let me in. Rang the bell 4 times and kept calling the front desk for a good 10-15 minutes until the front desk girl rudely let me know she was in the bathroom and I hadn’t been out there that long.

Hotel is great and check in was smooth. Rates are very reasonable. Management should do something though about trash behind the building. It's not on Comfort Suites property, but right next door, there's an old mattress beside trash bin, with trash scattered all around the building next door. There's a nice restaurant in that building and I can't figure out why they don't pick up major litter on two sides of the building.

So the first room they gave me, it was in renovation so I had to request another one … they were really friendly and gave me one with apology The problem is that next to the hotel they are making some construction so it was really noisy from 6am ..

Breakfast hours are so limited, starts at 6 and ends at 9!! This place is undergoing construction and that is not appealing at all. Limited parking space and at times over crowded parking lot.

Cleanliness seems important to the staff and staff were friendly although most did not speak English. The breakfast was decent. My husband did find some mold spores in the AC unit. It was cleaned by house keeping right away (there was no compensation for that 😕). The room was humid even with the AC/Heat on.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, they ran out of towels. When I asked for fresh ones, they told me I had to bring the dirty ones down myself—they wouldn’t bring anything to the room. Then, while lying on the bed, I noticed a bunch of black specks crawling on the white comforter… it was ants. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I later pulled the covers apart and found old, dried blood on the comforter. I had been sleeping on top of it (I usually don’t sleep under hotel comforters), which is why I didn’t notice it right away. Completely disgusting. I reported everything to the front desk the next morning and asked for the room to be cleaned. When we came back later that day, the room had been tidied up—but they left the same bloody comforter on the bed. Between the bugs, the blood, and the lack of basic service, this hotel is absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay at a Comfort Suites again.

Made a complaint 2 nights of the stay about strangers knocking on my door early in the morning (5am Thursday 30th of November) and covering my peephole. The lady working the front desk hung up on me because I was upset about it and did not feel safe. I went down at 6am and talked to some other patrons who had the same problem and told the lady I was going to talk to the manager and would like a refund because of the way she handled the situation. I was going to have them check the cameras to find out who was causing the problems. The lady called the police to have me removed before I could talk to her manager to protect her inability to handle a safety/security concern of a customer. I work as an Azure Cloud Engineer for a prominent company here in Houston and at 54 have never been asked to leave a hotel. However, I did get a refund but I think I should have been refunded for the entire stay. Want to feel safe and secure, do not stay here.

The room was a regular hotel room, so no issues there. My only issue was the customer service. I paid for a Wednesday check-in and we were checking out on Friday. I spoke to the hotel staff 4 times before our stay so that they could make a note on my file that I was actually arriving on Thursday morning. I paid for Wednesday so I could check-in before the actual check in time of 3 o'clock on Thursday (Thanksgiving). I'm not sure why this was so difficult for them to understand. I do this on most of the trips I take with no issue. I was listed as a no show and the staff tried to speak to me as if I was an idiot and told me that I could not get a refund for Wednesday even though I never asked for one. They need to do better.

Horrible customer service from evening/overnight employee. If I was running the place she would have been fired last week. Side entrances around 12am were open without key access if safety is your priority. Room was clean (bed/restroom) but floors were dirty. The morning employee made up for it and was very polite. Noticed that A/C wasn’t the coldest but experienced another room from a family member and it was colder. Overall it’s a decent hotel for the price.

We left to go get something and when we returned at around nine am the staff had cleaned out our room and took our items out and left them at the front desk. It was not even time to check out and we left a do not disturb sign on our room. A very horrible experience especially since we were planning to stay another day or two.

A great place to stay. It is close the everything by the Katy Mills mall and surrounding area. I had a room by the highway and there was a bit of noise. The rooms are great and well cleaned. The staff is very friendly.

Location is very convenient right off of the interstate end right behind a Walmart Supercenter. Easy to get gas in the morning and take off. Breakfast was delicious. App says buffet breakfast and I would not go that far but there was a good variety and everything was very tasty. Beds were super comfortable and I don't know what pillows hotels use but I sure would like to find them

Beds are extra firm. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast was exactly the same thing every day. (We were there a week). A few service issue where room was missed or cleaned but no clean wash cloths left. Night clerk not very friendly. Sat in chair on phone, didn’t greet you when you came in or out.
