Really great hotel- big rooms and big bathrooms that look nice and modern, blackout curtains, everything was clean, lots of amenities, free breakfast, laundry facilities and it felt very safe.

Very nice Hotel for the price. Very simple and plain but very clean. I would recommend. No pool so if you are wanting to swim this is not the one.

When booking the hotel I wanted a kitchenette but it did not have one. The room I was in was very humid and has a weird smell. when checking in I was not told that the room did not have a kitchenette even though I booked one and the person at the counter told me that they over booked it and I had booked the hotel ending of January.

No one speak English causes communication barriers they don’t clean rooms if you stay more than 1 day the breakfast nasty room has strong order of dog book a room with kitchen paid for it the told me they didn’t have that room available even tho they advertise it the communication is horrible

We were on the third floor. It was constant noise above us the entire night until 6am. Almost impossible to sleep due to the noise. The entire hotel had a bad odor.

Hotel was clean however the air freshener used in the AC filters was a little overwhelming and the room felt kind of humid. Staff was friendly and attentive. This is the second time staying here because it was clean, affordable and good location

The place is very attractive, bright, and clean. The clerk was friendly and prompt. The room, though new and spotlessly clean, was not attractive. The walls were bare and the tall ceilings made that even more apparent. No painting, no design, just plain white walls. There were no lamps on the bed side tables, but bright, harsh overhead lights could be operated from the bed. The shower doors, clean and new (still had instruction labels on them) wouldn't stay closed. The shower was not level, so the doors rolled back until l put a wash rag under the wheels. The bed was comfortable, and the ac worked great. Excellently located by the Katy Mills Mall area. I'll say, though, that this hotel was about $40/night less expensive than others in this area. I had a comfortable night's rest.

Quick overnight trip, clean hotel, check in was easy. Room had no carpet which I thought was great, bed was fine, bathroom was clean. Only thing was the window did not have any curtains, just a blind and we had light coming in from the parking lot that was bright. Other than that, good stay for a quick trip.

Check in was good. But the fridge was leaking all over the floor when I checked in and I was given towels to soak it up . Sadly in room 101 right next to a side exit door which was open and slammed all through the night . People also smoking and talking outside said door and you hear everything.

Check in was at 2pm. We arrived at 230, checked in and went up to the room. Room was not ready and had 2 people in it cleaning. Went back down to the lobby from the 3rd floor with Wife, Kids, and all luggage. Waited 10 mins and was given another room. Went up to that room, and the exact same thing was taking place as it to was still being cleaned and not ready. Went to the lobby again frustrated but did not get any response or apology. Other rooms around us were making noise and we could hear a lot of stuff. Decide. Just to check out and drive the few hrs back home and cut or losses. Do not reckoned staying here at all!

Front desk clerk was extremely rude. She sent us to an occupied room, then sent us to a room that did not have a kitchenette which is what we reserved. Finally upon arriving at the correct room it was not correctly cleaned at all. The restroom had hairs all over the floor, mirrors were foggy, & the kitchenette was dirty. By this time it was just too much to even bother going back down and trying to explain the situation. However I did take pictures of the kitchenette.

The facility did not have the actual hotel name I rented. It was supposed to an Americas Best but the outside was labeled Red Lion. I drove around for 30 minutes trying to locate the facility. Finally called and figured it out. The bed was hard, towels were very thin. AC wasn’t consistent. No bed cover. Just sheets. Shower head was dirty and no sealant around pipe. I’m sure there is mold in the hole. Customer service was non existent

After a couple of bad Hotel experiences in the area, this place was a breath of fresh air. I really wish I would have found it in the first place. The location is excellent because it's in Katy near the Katy Mills mall and it's along the Energy Corridor. There's plenty to do in the local area. The hotel is right next door to 7-Eleven so shopping was easy. Also there was a Walgreens right across the street. The price was right so I took a chance and I was glad I did.

Property was clean and the kitchen and serving area was spotless. The address that Expedia had for the location in Katy was wrong and it took about 30 minutes to find the property. The signage on the building was not great especially trying to find it at night.

Pretty good , It’s in the center of Katy where all the action is at so everything is pretty close if you want to go out and explore Katy , 5min drive from katy mills mall type of close. stores are extremely convenient and it’s a safe area 👍

Looked and felt like not one square inch of flooring had been mopped throughout the entire property! Room floor was dirty, stairwell was DISGUSTING, towels are as cheap as could be. The best part of the breakfast was leaving! I’ve never been to a continental breakfast that shared a gallon of milk!
