Needed a place in Katy to be close to a surgery center for an early morning procedure. Property and room were clean and had a reasonable rate at $72. Arrived late so no first floor rooms were available. Was disappointed that the elevator was out of order since my wife has extreme difficulty climbing stairs, even too the second floor.

Walls and furniture in our room needed thorough cleaning, Cigarette butts ( supposed to be non smoking hotel ) were laying around the walkways and in staircases. Elevator was not in operation. Some of the Towels need discarding or updating ( some had holes and stains).Breakfast bar was sparse. Staff was the only positive .. friendly and accommodating. I would not stay there again though because of the conditions .. thankfully we only needed to shower and sleep a few hours otherwise, not at hotel much for our stay.

Was not pleased with stay at all. First room I was assigned to had dirty linen and towels, and curtains to room did not close. Moved to another room, a little cleaner but towels were very dingy, linen had what looked like makeup stains on them and there were holes in the curtains as well as the comforter on the bed. Language barrier between front desk staff and myself.

Got to room, one lamp had no lightbulb and until I raised my voice the desk clerk wasn’t going to fix this unsafe condition. The TV system used by Days Inn takes extra effort to get working. The WiFi in Katy has no password therefore it’s not secure.

Comfy bed and pillows. The king room was very spacious. I loved the fridge! It kept my drinks colder than expected. My opened can of soda froze, it was like a slushie! The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating and understading of my needs when I checked in. The property manager was delightfully cheerful during my morning breakfast visit to the fabulously trendy lobby. Will definitely return so I can walk over to Long Coffee after my dinner meal at Da Silva Steakhouse.

I booked 3 rooms here, and ended up adding a 4th room because beds are small. The “queen” beds are def not queens, they are “full”. No eggs or sausage breakfast available after 8:30. Business center computer doesn’t work, no paper in printer, pretty much useless. My room 210 smelled kinda moldy, but other rooms were fine. This is an open motel, not a hotel. Ambulance drivers regularly sleep here, and they have reserved parking signs for them, so several lovely reverse beeping noise at 10pm right at the hotel doors. The rooms were clean, staff was nice, but really close to roads, so traffic noise is loud.

Good location. I definately would disagree with the 8.2 rating that was given. The room smelled of stale smoke. The bedspread was torn and had cigarette burns. The person in the room above ours started pacing at 3am. I thought he was going to come through the ceiling. Breakfast was disappointing. Not many items to choose from.

The air conditioner sounded like ice dropping in a bucket when it turned off. Plugins under night stand did not work. Showerhead drips constantly making the floor wet all the time. Showerhead came completely off while adjusting spray. Towel rack kept falling apart everytime you dried your hands. Plugin receptacle was missing on wall by tv leaving open hole with exposed wires. Dead bugs on floor behind head of bed.

This hotel is clean and I would rate it higher but there is lots of street noise from the highway just outside all night long. If that sort of thing interferes with your sleep then this would not be the hotel for you. Otherwise it’s nice.

I paid for a room for two nights for an employee to stay in town for training. Due to a travel issue, he could not arrive at the hotel until early in the morning the day after check-in. He called Hotels.com to confirm this wouldn't be a problem as well as the hotel and he was told it would not be a problem. When he arrived at the hotel they said he couldn't check in as he was too late and that they did not have another room for him. He had to stay at another hotel. So the hotel took our money but did not let our employee stay and then rented the room out to someone else. I would call this theft and I want to talk with someone about this.

The Hotel refuse to provide service. I ended up having to go elsewhere and didn't find a place until 10:30 or so. I asked the Hotel.com customer service to cancel the booking, however, he was only interested on his agenda to delay my request again and again. He had enough time to cancel, but, he just kept asking question instead of acting immediately on my request. When I drove onto to the parking lot, I smelled the scent of maijuana (Weed), the place look like it belong in a low part of town with yellow window coverings, showing they had not been taking care of for years. I saw several guests one sees only in low parts of town where most people looking for a secure, clean, friendly place would not stay. The Hotel.com customer Service could have cancel the booking on time, but just delay my request.

Needed a simple room for one night. Area is a bit sketchy, and front desk and lobby so-so. But was pleased with the room. Clean and bed was very comfortable. Garbage being emptied at 4:45 am was a bit too early, but overall a good value.

I thought when I booked the room the website showed a pool, but when we got there, there was no pool…just in case you’re looking. It was pretty standard for a room, but one of the cleaner ones we’ve stayed at. Oh, and don’t eat the eggs on the breakfast, gross.

Staff was friendly & helpful on arrival thru checkout.Hotel was super clean, beds & pillows super comfy. This is a small cozy Hotel that’s convent to all, dinning, shopping and travel to major interstate but quiet enough not to notice with a super affordable price. Breakfast included to satisfy any diets,eggs,sausage, waffles, fruit, toast,cereal,yogurt,coffee,juice & milk. Price,connivence, Clean and friendly is a 10/10! Thanks for the stay!

For a motel, the rooms were really nice and comfortable. The TV was not working, but someone came to our room quickly to push the right buttons to get it working. Went to the breakfast kind of late, at 9 a.m., it closes at 9:30, so most of the items were gone at that point. But that is to be expected at most hotels. We were still able to get some fruit and a waffle and coffee.

Clean-room made up daily, easy access..ample parking. Breakfast is powdered eggs, turkey sausage & waffles. I stayed 3 nights. I DIDNT LIKE that the overhead light over the stairwell was not working & there was NO lighting in the corridor by my room. I did tell the front desk that i felt it unsafe...he offered to walk me to my room. I wonder what would happen in a fire? I wonder what the fire Marshall would say. Not safe in that area. If this hadnt happened? It would get excellent review
