Nice quiet and comfortable accommodations. No frills, but a very nice hotel that I would stay in again. This hotel rates very high on the cleanliness scale, which is for-most. Property is in a convenient location but hidden from the main traffic flow. It also has excellent water pressure for the showers.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly. The original room we were to stay in had a broken air conditioning unit. They sent someone up to check it out, determined it didn’t work and kindly gave us a new room. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. It is a “no frills” hotel with just the basics, which we were ok with. We would definitely stay again.

I had a really good stay. The hotel was clean and pretty quiet. The front desk staff were very attentive and quick to assist me every time I needed something. Their credit card reader on the pop machine wasn’t working and I didn’t have cash. One of the front desk ladies ran right over to her purse and grabbed some cash and bought my soda so I didn’t have to go somewhere else. Just all around a great stay. The one thing I didn’t like is the room has a motion sensor and when I quit moving around and fell asleep, the ac shut off and I woke up drenched in sweat one night. But otherwise, it was a great stay.

If you’re looking for a place to lay your head this is a good place. The front desk was super friendly even though I didn’t check in until after midnight. I had a puppy and that wasn’t a problem. There wasn’t a breakfast but that wasn’t a big deal for me since I was just looking for a place to sleep for a couple of hours. Definitely worth the money. Shower was hot, bed was comfortable. If I’m just stopping for the night, I would stay again.

The hotel was in a terrible location. Had to go behind Lowe's and Wal-Mart and it was located at the bottom of hill from Lowe"s yard. Very dark and seemed unsafe. Front desk very pleasant. Beds only had a single sheet to cover up with. Blankets folded on shelf were dirty. Dirty washcloth hanging over shower. Every surface sticky and had crumbs over it. I had to clean the filth off just to sit anything down. No kleenex. Crumbs all over floor. Beds were comfortable, but would never stay here again.

Was put in a handicap room a/c wouldn’t blow enough to cool the room , shower head wouldn’t stay in place . We booked for 2 nights because we were at a 2 day event only to get a call the next morning telling us we were supposed to check out and when my wife tried to talk to the lady at the front desk about the mix up the lady hung up on her ! This was our second time to stay at this hotel and the first time was great but because of this experience we will never go back !!

I picked this hotel because the reviews were good. The bed was broken, the AC didn't work, the curtain was broken and there was trash under the beds. They need to clean the rooms better and make needed repairs.

We drive to Texas from Wisconsin every year. This year we decided to go through Oklahoma instead of Arkansas. WE LOVED this hotel. We arrived after 18 hours of travel by car and literally, we all said WOAH! My husband has a disability with his leg so we always do accessibility rooms for the shower ease. This room was VERY spacious. 2 queen beds, a seating area, and nicely designed access to a sink, shower, and toilet. I also work in special education and so I wanted to make sure I pointed these things out for people who maybe in a wheelchair or also need a bit of extra assistance when not in their homes. **It is worth pointing out, we arrived in the middle of the night so it was harder for us to recognize. The hotel is directly behind the Walmart. Your GPS did not take you crazily to the middle of the parking lot.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and have no complaints. I leave a lot reviews and always try to find something that might be a negative. The one negative I would have to say is the AC was good but not great. The days were in the upper 90s and our room was ADA so I would attribute that to art of it. I always base my stay on location, hot water, comfortable bed/pillows, price and AC/Heat. This property is tucked away off the service road and behind a Lowes. Even locals weren't aware of the tucked away location; we definitely felt safe. We had plenty of hot water, the beds/pillows were comfortable and it was a great price. The AC was the only thing I could come up that was anything close to being negative. Definitely a property I will look up again when I am back in town.

The hotel seems clean but we walked in our room to see that there were no blankets on the bed just sheets. Had to ask for blankets. I have never been to a hotel where there is no bedspread or comforter. Also there is this strange little box in the upper corner of the room not sure what it is.

Booked my room before arriving through hotels.com Arrived and the girl working the front desk told me my card had declined and needed another card for payment. I told her the payment had processed and I had a receipt from hotels.com For 30 minutes I stood in the lobby while she called 3 different people trying to figure out how to process our room without having to charge me twice. After I asked her to just cancel the room completely so I could go somewhere else she activated a key and said she would get it figured out. She was very nice and apologetic but no one seemed to know how to do anything.

Decent place, but extremely difficult to find. They need a sign that is more visible from the main road. Needs updating, but clean for the most part. Found some food crumbs around the chair, just really didn’t like the carpet because you couldn’t tell if it was clean. For the most part, we got what we paid for and it was adequate for our purposes.

the front desk was helpful but seemed exhausted and not well. they were cleaning rooms at 11pm which seemed very odd. the facility was old, run down and I felt unsafe due to the building being behind a home depot and we had to drive through a rode to get there that had zero street lights. While I was driving back there, there was a homeless man walking on that unlit road...and as a single woman I felt unsafe to get out of my car once arriving at the hotel due to very little outdoor lighting and strange location. I would have not booked my stay at the facility if I had known all of this. A particial refund would be appreciated.

We needed a last minute stay on a road trip as we were too tired to continue driving. The price was great but that is about where the positives end. The hotel was hard to find. It is tucked behind a Lowe’s. The interior has damp musty smell. The air conditioner works exceptionally well which normally would be great except the beds only have a top sheet. Absolutely no blankets! Had to resort to using towels as blankets. I certainly hope this was just an oversight from the cleaning staff and not the norm.
