AC vent and surrounding wall were both covered in black mold. Room was generally dusty. Two of the windows in the room had aluminum foil covering damaged wind panes. Windows were dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken out of the wall and only partially repaired. The elevator was non functioning.

One night stay, close to downtown and many restaurants. Very nice courtyard to sit and relax.Basic room setup, but with a historic feel.

Plenty of parking the lady running the counter was all over the place taking care of things she apologized for the wait we had, and she took care of quickly (showed us where our room was and said if the key sticks she would help us! The property is beautiful (its older and has the creepy creeks) but it was safe and quiet! Ac worked wonderfully! 2 thumbs up
