The Rayon was a perfect crash pad for us during our week long stay in Negril. Staff was friendly, breakfast delicious and they had all the basic amenities for a beach or pool day. We enjoyed drinks at the bar and the game room one night too. I would recommend the Rayon to anyone looking to explore Negril and enjoy the local flair and flavors.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They treated us so special. The groundskeeper overheard my wife and I talking about our anniversary, and when we came back from the beach, they had decorated our room so nicely, including balloons, and also had a bottle of wine. One day it rained all day, So the Owner had them prepare a special dinner for us that night, and everyone ate together in the restaurant as an event. The facility is an older building, but very clean. It’s literally right across the street from the beach, so you can walk across the street and onto the beach, and walk up and down the beach, where all of the restaurants, bars, etc are accessible. You can also walk on the sidewalk in either direction, leaving the hotel, and find Jerk chicken stands and Homemade Patties,(plate-sized overstuffed meat pies) and desserts, and local stores. This Hotel is a great Value. In other places, and did not nearly receive excellent, thoughtful Setlist, that we received at this hotel. Hats off to Allison, Garrett, Jaikiara, Coreen, Crystal, and everyone at the Front Desk. The Owner is approachable, perceptive, and concerned about his Patrons. We definitely recommend this Hotel. Not Luxurious, but cozy, clean, comfortable, and affordable.

all good at the rayon, great breakfast ,great staff ,quiet ,overall a very nice place to stay no problem accessing seven mile beach great restaurants all around close to shopping and the bank nice pool overall a great value I would have no problem staying there again.Thumbs up

Staff is lovely. Beautiful landscaping and in spite of cat 5 hurricane staff quick to clean up and property is beautiful and lush. Free breakfast daily. Restaurant offers lunch and dinner as well. Cute bar beside pool. Room service . All the amenities provided even as staff are dealing with their personal post hurricane clean up. Rooms comfortable and staff always available. Just cross the street and walk down a short path to beautiful sun beach. Strongly recommend. Have stayed here several times. Jamaican owned.

Property is in a very good location. They keep it clean. Complimentary Breakfast is served and is not bad. I feel safe. It's quiet. Near various places to eat. The tv didn’t work fully all the channels had a bad connection with hardly installed. the bar had not many choices of drink and was always empty with no staff to assist the furniture looked old and dirty with a funny smell coming from it I stayed for 3 days and our room wasn’t cleaned once fridge was broken also loads of dust and not very hygienic

Clean rooms. Across the street from the beach but the hotel has an arrangement with Sun Beach Restaurant and Bar that has chairs. Hotel has included breakfast. Very nice! Our room had fridge, microwave and table and chairs. We had 2 queen beds and an outside patio with table and chairs!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Greeted us like family. Room was spotless and was cleaned every day. Air conditioning was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen staff friendly and breakfast was always excellent. I would highly recommend the Rayon to anyone who wants to go to Negril and be steps away from the beach. We’re hoping to go again next year. We had a wonderful stay at the Rayon Hotel. The staff was friendly, warm and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! We really appreciated the crossing guard and the beach connection across the street. We will definitely return to the Rayon Hotel.

To be honest, i was very apprehensive coming here but on recommendations of many, we tried. The place is far superior then the current pics, rooms and facility r incredibly clean, staff is beyond helpful and freindly. Hardest part of the trip is learning nothing happens fast and to simply slow down! Loved it and would gladly recommend to others!!!

Charming, locally owned property, across the street from the beach. We stayed in the villa; 2 adjoining bedrooms (and their own bathrooms), an eat-in kitchen and small sitting area. The accommodations were very clean and the beds, comfortable. There were some hiccups- they'd forgotten to turn on the water supply (quickly rectified), and one of the bathtubs leaked during showers. Several lightbulbs were burnt out, there were no batteries in the safe, and only enough dishes for two. The curtains fit tightly to the rods, so it wasn't easy to open them to let in light/air. One of the windows was missing a screen, and since we opted not to use the air conditioner, it got a little stuffy at times. But we spent little time in the rooms, opting to sit on the balcony when we were not on the beach. The included breakfast was a choice of Jamaican or American. Portions were generous, and included an appetizer of fresh fruit and cake. We had dinner at the restaurant once, and it was hearty and delicious (but be sure to order in advance). The staff was pleasant and helpful, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the bartender. Our arranged transportation was friendly and on-time. The friendly security guard helped us cross the road, several times, making it far less daunting! Once across the road, it's a short walk to the beach, the star of the show! Overall, the property could use a little refresh, but it was more than suitable for our family of four. We would gladly return.

Loved the pool.. The beds were too hard, like sleeping on an ironing board! Dining area was up a staircase that was too difficult for me to come down. Staff was excellent in every way!!!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Rayon Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and close to the beach, and the security guards kept us feeling very safe. The rooms were very outdated, but clean, and since we did not spend much time indoors it was just fine for us. We did not end up using the pool but the pool area was very beautiful. The only reason why I’m not giving it a five star review was the food: american brealfast was good, but we ordered dinner there on the first night, which took 1.5 hours to arrive and did not taste good. The food service was often quite slow at breakfast. Not a majpr issue, but factor it in when planning your meals! That said, it’s a great good value option and I would stay there again.

I had a comfortable 8 night stay in an apt with kitchen at this lovely hotel. It is centrally located with access to the beach across the street. I liked that the apt had a safe, and I enjoyed lounging on the back porch. The staff was very personable and the free breakfast was fantastic. I also liked the nice goodbye gift. Will return soon.

Loved this property! Easy to walk to the beach, dining options and shopping. If a taxi was needed, very easy and accessible. The staff was amazing and breakfast was delicious!! Will definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Rayon Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and close to the beach, and the security guards kept us feeling very safe. The rooms were very outdated, but clean, and since we did not spend much time indoors it was just fine for us. We did not end up using the pool but the pool area was very beautiful. The only reason why I’m not giving it a five star review was the food: american brealfast was good, but we ordered dinner there on the first night, which took 1.5 hours to arrive and did not taste good. The food service was often quite slow at breakfast. Not a majpr issue, but factor it in when planning your meals! That said, it’s a great good value option and I would stay there again.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They treated us so special. The groundskeeper overheard my wife and I talking about our anniversary, and when we came back from the beach, they had decorated our room so nicely, including balloons, and also had a bottle of wine. One day it rained all day, So the Owner had them prepare a special dinner for us that night, and everyone ate together in the restaurant as an event. The facility is an older building, but very clean. It’s literally right across the street from the beach, so you can walk across the street and onto the beach, and walk up and down the beach, where all of the restaurants, bars, etc are accessible. You can also walk on the sidewalk in either direction, leaving the hotel, and find Jerk chicken stands and Homemade Patties,(plate-sized overstuffed meat pies) and desserts, and local stores. This Hotel is a great Value. In other places, and did not nearly receive excellent, thoughtful Setlist, that we received at this hotel. Hats off to Allison, Garrett, Jaikiara, Coreen, Crystal, and everyone at the Front Desk. The Owner is approachable, perceptive, and concerned about his Patrons. We definitely recommend this Hotel. Not Luxurious, but cozy, clean, comfortable, and affordable.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Greeted us like family. Room was spotless and was cleaned every day. Air conditioning was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen staff friendly and breakfast was always excellent. I would highly recommend the Rayon to anyone who wants to go to Negril and be steps away from the beach. We’re hoping to go again next year. Proximity to the beach and restaurants nearby was a plus! Staff was very nice and friendly. I took off a star only cause there were times it was hard getting someone at the front desk by phone. Breakfast was definitely on point! Overall I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Negril!

We had a wonderful stay at the Rayon Hotel. The staff was friendly, warm and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! We really appreciated the crossing guard and the beach connection across the street. We will definitely return to the Rayon Hotel.

Charming, locally owned property, across the street from the beach. We stayed in the villa; 2 adjoining bedrooms (and their own bathrooms), an eat-in kitchen and small sitting area. The accommodations were very clean and the beds, comfortable. There were some hiccups- they'd forgotten to turn on the water supply (quickly rectified), and one of the bathtubs leaked during showers. Several lightbulbs were burnt out, there were no batteries in the safe, and only enough dishes for two. The curtains fit tightly to the rods, so it wasn't easy to open them to let in light/air. One of the windows was missing a screen, and since we opted not to use the air conditioner, it got a little stuffy at times. But we spent little time in the rooms, opting to sit on the balcony when we were not on the beach. The included breakfast was a choice of Jamaican or American. Portions were generous, and included an appetizer of fresh fruit and cake. We had dinner at the restaurant once, and it was hearty and delicious (but be sure to order in advance). The staff was pleasant and helpful, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the bartender. Our arranged transportation was friendly and on-time. The friendly security guard helped us cross the road, several times, making it far less daunting! Once across the road, it's a short walk to the beach, the star of the show! This was a peaceful oasis. Crystal greeted us and checked us in. Everyone from the chef to the security team was super welcoming. The hotel is in close proximity to so many things the beach is a 4 minute walk. The best in the west restaurant is a quick 3 minute walk. There is a shopping center about a 7 minute walk. Margaritaville is a few minutes walk. There are cab drivers right in front ready to take you anywhere for a reasonable price. The free breakfast is also a great bonus! The pool was great and it was so relaxing. A special shout out to Noreen, Sky, Alison, Odane, everyone was great!

Staff is lovely. Beautiful landscaping and in spite of cat 5 hurricane staff quick to clean up and property is beautiful and lush. Free breakfast daily. Restaurant offers lunch and dinner as well. Cute bar beside pool. Room service . All the amenities provided even as staff are dealing with their personal post hurricane clean up. Rooms comfortable and staff always available. Just cross the street and walk down a short path to beautiful sun beach. Strongly recommend. Have stayed here several times. Jamaican owned.

What a cute place! We stayed for 2 nights before moving to an all inclusive for the week. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. The property was clean and quiet. While not beachfront, it was a very easy walk across the street to the beach area. The dining area was good, but when they say cook to order, they mean it, so be prepared to wait. Having breakfast included was a nice touch and it was delicious! We will definitely be back!

This gem of a hotel is an excellent place to stay. The staff are friendly (Thank you, Krystal!), the beds are really comfortable and we enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. The hotel is well laid out and clean. We would love to come back with a group of friends so that we could use the seating areas and enjoy the services of the hotel bar. There is great beach access, and the guard (Shout out to Miller!) stops traffic so you can cross to the beach. The hotel is located near good restaurants (ask for Jada at Coco La Palm restaurant for excellent service!), bars and shopping. One of the best places we've stayed in Negril.

The hotel is well laid out and clean. We would love to come back with a group of friends so that we could use the seating areas and enjoy the services of the hotel bar. There is great beach access, and the guard (Shout out to Miller!) stops traffic so you can cross to the beach. The hotel is located near good restaurants (ask for Jada at Coco La Palm restaurant for excellent service!), bars and shopping. One of the best places we've stayed in Negril.
