This is a sweet little family friendly spot very close to Allbrook. The beds were comfy, wifi good, pool perfect for the kids. Im they did our Landry in 2 hours. The staff was lovely. I will gladly stay here again.

Clean and comfortable, in an excellent area for a quick morning or afternoon birdwatching walk. The back garden area is lovely and surrounded by forest. It's also centrally located and easy to get to the Albrook Airport or city by Uber. I only ate at the restaurant once, but the sancocho was excellent and the Cerveza Panama was bien fria! My only complaint is that there is a very bright light in the parking area which is not blocked out by the curtain. Bring an eye mask! Also, there was no luggage rack or other surface in the room for a suitcase. The wifi was weak and intermittent. But otherwise, the staff were polite, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the price was good.

Mi hospedaje me gustó porque está cerca de la naturaleza. Sin embargo , la humedad en las habitaciones si se percibe de forma importante , habitación pequeña, limpia pero hacía falta un escritorio y una silla así como un taburete para colocar la maleta y poder abrirla . Solo las dos camas muy grandes y casi no había espacio entre ellas . La comida regular , desayuno típico . La alberca muy pequeñita. El baño de la habitación bien . Las personas de la administración y restaurante amables y atentas , olvidé unas cosas en la caja de seguridad y me localizaron vía celular y por correo , pudo regresar al otro día a recogerlas antes de salir del país , honestas no se me perdió nada . Loved this little hotel just wished my flight wasn’t 7 hrs late so I could enjoy it more. Bonus the office is open 24 hrs. Double room was perfect for one person for the night. Super clean, hot shower and AC. Breakfast was quick and easy in the morning before flying out. Definitely recommend it.

The room was dirty, the furniture was dirty, the shower was very dirty and still wet from somebody using it. The mattress had mildew on it and the whole room had a terrible odor. You could see inside the room through the window because the curtains were too small for the window so there was no privacy. My wife was traveling along and she called after checking and we got her an Uber to another hotel.

Friendly Staff, Alba who's one of the ladies at reception was extremely helpful. The room we had was basic, a simple bed, washroom and closet, needs serious improvement ie a coffee table and mini fridge would have brought us back. What might take us back to that Inn is the people.

Maybe it was removed by mistake, but it was very uncomfortable to browse my computer sitting on the bed. The other negative is the walls are very thin and I could hear anytime the people in the next room knocked on a wall or table in normal activities.

Nice neighborhood location, quiet/safe. Comfortable bed. However the accommodation was very simple, not attractive… and important details/amenities for overall comfort, not attended/considered. honestly not a warm welcome into the property. The staff was always on the phone and we needed to wait literally every time we went to the office. the rooms are old, the amenities are poor at best. when the hotel was priced reasonably it was acceptable but now at the same price as other hotels nearby I just can't stay here.

Terrible customer service, the receptionist didn’t communicate. I have to ask her for the WIFI. The bathrooms was dirty, the toilet seat was wet. I think the hand towel and one of the bath towel was used because looked dirty and flat. Two of the soaps were used and one had hair. The tray that hold the soaps and shampoo/conditioning was dirty. Sink was not cleaned. Shower can use some bleach and scrub. There were not table or desk to do any work or eat, and outlet didn’t work. Breakfast was boring. I paid $89+ for each night x 2 nights but left the next day. Too expensive for the quality.
