It was great. No real complaints, I would stay again. The hot tub was so hot, no one could use it. I had to talk to maintenance about lowering the temperature. I have a decent tolerance for hot … it couldn’t have been legal how hot it was. The pool was also extremely warm, just wasn’t pleasant to be in, especially with the temperature outside. Those weren’t deal breakers for me but it is something that wasn’t pleasant. Other than that. Everything was great. I could recommend this place to friends and family.

Close to dining options, safe to walk around the chic, modern neighborhood! We rented electric scooters and drove them down to the seafood market for lunch! It’s a $15-$20 ride from Tocumen airport I on share ride and great service! The pool and spa were fantastic. Definitely recommend!

We were initially disappointed with this property. It has limited amenities, rooms are not large. But the bathrooms are very nice. The hot tub was not warm, the steam room did not work. There was no gift shop. It just didn’t seem like a luxury hotel. But the people who work there are exceptional. They are warm, friendly and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay special. They made me overlook some of my initial reaction. Because they were all 5 star. What the hotel lacked, the staff made up for. The spa was pretty special too. I had a wonderful massage in a very relaxing environment that smelled wonderful.

The hotel was in a good central location. Our room was clean. We enjoyed the pool every evening. The pool water was very warm a d the hot tub hot. We had to ask a few staff for towels but other than that the experience was nice. We were a group of 4– 2 adults and two young kids— ages 7 & 3.

The kitchen and dining staff were excellent for breakfast shout out to Mr. Will for making the special coffee in the morning. Room service was fantastic the food was very good you did have a limited menu but if you told them what you want they can pretty much take care of what you would like to have. Only negative was the pool looked a little green.

Customer service by the staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Oliver, who works in the lobby was wonderful. Great location. Common areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean. However, cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Carpets were stained and the room was not properly cleaned. Expected more from a Waldorf.

Staff was very nice however expected hotel to be more updated considering name. If you're looking for updated rooms and hotel I recommend Hilton Panama as 1st choice which is a 5 minute walk. Overall not a bad hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Waldorf. I have always wanted to stay at a Waldorf and finally got a chance while traveling with a friend to Panama. It’s centrally located within walking distance to various restaurants so you will have a variety of options. My room was spacious and had an amazing city skyline view. The food at Peacock Alley was delicious and the decor was lively. I enjoyed lounging by the pool on the hot days and sipping on a cocktail. The staff is wonderful at this location and they helped to make our stay lovely. Special thanks to Lille, Alejandro, Isabella and front desk team for being so helpful and hospitable. And we loved the Valentine’s Day cookies, they were very tasty! I would recommend staying here as it’s a beautiful hotel in the heart of the action, but enough distance to have quiet time to relax.

Almost the perfect hotel, but beware of events being held at this hotel. We were told after upgrading to a balcony room on the 9th floor that we would hear some noise from an event. Well it seemed like an event was in our rooms until very early in the morning. Loud bass centric music vibrated our room. I have been to many top tier hotels, and this is the first to up charge for a balcony then have events that literally shake those rooms.

This is an amazing property in Panama. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfy. The hotel is centrally located by a grocery store, coffee shops, and lots of really good restaurants.

The customer service was excellent. Everyone was so attentive and always with a smile. Hotel room was clean and there area a couple of food options in the hotel as well as room service available. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Panama. The area is a little run down but very safe.
