Arrived and our room was unfortunately dirty. Sheets were clearly dirty with hairs and dirt. Got moved to a new room (which was very nice of them) but this one was not very clean. There was stuff on the counter, floor, and smelled like garlic. Pool burned our skin. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

Very relaxing courtyard and pool with hot tub. Room was very comfortable and clean with small kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal with many choices. They even offered s social hour st 5:30 pm snd that was good as well.

Had a very nice courtyard with a waterfall and fire pit, but the igniter did not work for the fire pit so my husband had to use a lighter to light it. Not very safe. Also the door card readers on the outside doors of the building did not work well at all and we had to knock on the doors to be let in. Employees were all nice.

Our first room had some problems with the AC. They offered to switch us right away and made the process super easy. We loved our stay. The food options were great. Our only negative is that the pool area was extremely hot. Overall an amazing stay!

Lots to love about this spot. My favorite was the kitchenette, with a near-full-size fridge and two countertop electric burners. The shower had good pressure and heat, the courtyard was a lovely space to hang with folks, and breakfast was tasty. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Bismarck.

The hotel was o.k., overrall, however, after checking in, we realized that our room had not been properly cleaned, (coffee grounds in the coffee pot, crumbs, dirt, and hair on the floor, etc). We also found that the cross trainer in the fitness center didn't work- told the front desk about these things, and they said they'd credit our account, but we don't see a credit applied.

The grounds and exterior of this property are very nice and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio near the water feature. The dining area and pool were clean too. However, the room itself was NOT. The bathroom floor felt sticky(!?), there was a previous guest's sock under the couch and a pair of underwear on the floor behind the curtains. Also, the previously-used bedding on the pull-out couch was still on the mattress and we had to request fresh bedding. The room overall was tired and dreary and the age of the hotel was apparent in the room. Front desk clerk appeared quite disinterested in checking us in, but the clerk who was there during our stay and when we checked out was much friendlier. Breakfast was adequate: coffee was hot, yogurt station was pretty good, kids and husband enjoyed the cook-your-own waffles, the made-ahead omelettes on our first morning were disappointing/inedible; the bacon/eggs/hashbrowns the second morning were better. If the public areas were as dirty as our room and the food had been much worse (we don't expect too much at 3-star hotels with "breakfast included") my rating would be much lower.

We stayed at this hotel 4 months ago for the first time and had a great experience. We decided to come back and I’m not sure what happened in that time frame but … the bathroom was not cleaned, there was feces on the outside of the toilet, wall, floor and visibly stuck in the tabs that connect the toilet seat - so much so that when my husband walked into the bathroom initially, he thought one of our kids had already gone #2 because of the smell. The bathroom towels had not been restocked. There were food crumbs on the couch. Empty pop bottles in the cupboard. The room itself was spacious and we love the ability to close the bedroom door as one of our kids still naps but the lack of cleanliness made it feel so much less comfortable. When we addressed the feces with the front desk staff she seemed a bit annoyed and then told my husband she wasn’t sure that’s what it actually was. Overall disappointed in this hotel and not sure if we’ll be back again because of it.

We have stayed at other Staybridge hotels and loved it. Not this one. Our room was VERY dirty. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty, corners of the room were dirty, it looked like something had been spilled down the air conditioner and was not cleaned up, the couch had stains on it, the headboard had visible handprints all over it and was just gross! The list goes on. We were so disappointed! The rest of the hotel lobby areas, breakfast area etc seemed very well taken care of! We were really thrown off by the room. It was gross and if we hadn’t arrived so late we would have asked for a refund and stayed someplace else in the area!

Loved the 2 bedroom suite. Very clean and spacious. Two couples were traveling together. We thought it was a great deal until we found out that the pet fee is $75 PER PET! It was definitely a step up in everything to bed quality, cleanliness, features, and I might add that the breakfast was next level quality. But when it came to take a shower before we left…no water pressure…at least a minute for my lady to rinse her hair.

The overall experience was good. But, I wish the light switches were labeled. It took my kid messing with the switches in the living room to figure out that they turned on the bedroom lights. And I had to mess with the switches when I first entered the room to figure out the lighting. The switch also turns on the plugs so I had my phone plugged in and it was even charging because the switch was not on.

Well we were upgraded to a better room #333.... 3 tv's would not turn on, at all. So we were switched to another #230. Okay no problems, understanding lady at front desk, came to our aid, but couldnt get any tv to turn on.

We stayed here on vacation. We liked that each morning they had a different breakfast option. I would say they have one of the best breakfasts I have encountered. Most of the staff were friendly, sometimes the front desk weren’t as friendly as the other but overall it was a good experience. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel 4 months ago for the first time and had a great experience.
