From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed. A warm welcome from Lewis at check in who was friendly and informative. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a decent TV, fridge, good shower, Aircon and opening windows. There were plenty of power outlets (though I would have like to have seen some USBs as well). Kettle and coffee machine. Most importantly, the bed was was comfortable allowing for a much needed good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety of food and drink was on offer to cater for most tastes. In the bar, the service was friendly and efficient. Although the beer choice was limited. The hotel itself is closed to the main shopping area, museums, metro, trams and the main railway station is about 10 minutes walk (add another five or so to walk through the station for the airport express bus). Another feature in the bar is a free pool table, table football and even a free photo machine. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

Hotel and staff were excellent. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice if the bar area was more inviting. The bar was always quiet. Maybe it would be good if there was some form of entertainment in the evening. This way maybe people would stay in the hotel and utilise the bar. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again.

Der Hauptvorteil des Hotel ist sein Lage. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Hotel ist modern, aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht auch nicht auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Eine wirkliche Erklärung gab es dafür nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch kann man abends noch entspannt an der Bar einen Cocktail trinken. Gerade der Barkeeper war sehr umsichtig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Hauptkritikpunkt ist, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat, ist es fast nicht auszuhalten. Die Straßenbahn fahren gefühlt im Minuten Takt die ganze Nacht durch und durch die alten Fenster, die wahrscheinlich aus bauhistorischen Gründen keine modernen Fenster sein durften, es sind alte Fenster aus Holz in doppelter Ausführung. Leider hilft es nicht ansatzweise den Lärmpegel der Straßenbahn zu verhindern. Also für einen Kurztripp kann ich das Hotel wirklich empfehlen nur unbedingt ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof buchen.

Fint hotell med sentral beliggenhet. God frokost og god seng. Det var umulig å dusje uten at det fløt vann utover badegulvet, så der er det forbedringspotensiale. Ellers helt topp. Kommer til å velge samme hotell igjen hvis jeg skal til Praha en annen gang.

Very nice hotel, excellent morning buffet and an amazing staff. Found out my flight home was cancelled 20 min before check out, the staff was very kind and understanding and let me stay in my room for an aditional 3 hours to figure things out. Only minus was that my room was towards the tram, which was quite noisy during the night.

Hotel and staff were excellent. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice if the bar area was more inviting. The bar was always quiet. My room was tiny and has an air extract system open in the room which came on between 7am to 9pm. I asked to move rooms and was told it’s the same in every room, it’s not as my mates rooms didn’t have open extract ventilation pipes. Was like sitting inside a generator. The front desk staff were prepared with their generic response to my complaint and wouldn’t do anything about it. The only positive to his hotel was George behind the bar, great guy.

Really good location. Close to everything and lots of Restaurants close by. Nice and helpful staff. It was about 30 degrees in town, while we were there but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The breakfast was good. We had a room for three and it was just big enough for us. Two people in the room would have been comfortable. I can highly recommend the hotel and if I come back to Prague I will book this hotel again.
