Decent hostel at decent enough price. Has plethora of room options which was nice. the staff are super friendly and are helpful with questions and enquiries. They have their own bar which is a good hanging out spot in the evenings to meet other people staying in the hostel. Their location is pretty convenient and close by to the downtown area.

This facility was very comfortable to stay in. However, the experience depends on the roommate. The staff and services were excellent, and they even stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out. I was able to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk. The kitchen was well-equipped, so I would love to use it next time I stay.

First time staying at a hostel and it was great! Staff was really nice, and the beds were clean. The plug, lamp and small shelf at each bed was very convenient. they also have a luggage room for your stuff. The locker in the room is very small though, can barely fit my laptop bag. I’d recommend bringing a luggage with a lock for your clothes so you don’t have to go to the luggage room all the time. But otherwise, location is great, very walkable to a lot of places, felt safe when I was walking around and they always had events going on to meet other guests. Breakfast was decent, they had Montreal bagels, toast, cereal and coffee. I would stay here again.

Location was ok, I had breakfast only once during my 7 nite stay and it was basic continental breakfast . I don’t think my room was cleaned during my stay nor did I get a change of sheets . This place was ok

The hostel seems to be good as far as hostels go. Everything was as advirtised. Clean. The only issue i encountered was that the bunk bed is transferring movement and when another person turns and tosses it wakes me up.

Sometimes it's loud in the hallways making it really hard to fall asleep when people are moving around out there. I hope Saint Lo finds a way to fix that. But otherwise 10/10 on everything else. Food is good. Proximity to Concordia and St. Catherine's street is good. Amenities are good and the staff is helpful. I would stay there again.

Very convenient location. A lot of cool places to see and eat nearby. Very walkable, and close to downtown. But if you to want to go to other places, the metro stations are nearby. I stayed in a womens only room with 4 beds, and it was great. Good space, comfortable, and with a bathroom attached. But as like any other hostel, make sure you bring an eye mask to block out the morning light, and they provide ear plugs if you need them.

Bonjour, j'aime beaucoup m'héberger à Saintlo de Montréal, j'y vais assez régulièrement de 1 à 3 jours. Sauf qu'il est arrivé un petit incident avec une petite employée au comptoir. Je parlais avec une préposée pour lui demander comment c'était les chambres seules - si les salles de bain étaient privées à cette chambre. C'est l'autre demoiselle assis à côté qui m'a répondu en m'infantilisant - elle m'a parlé comme si j'étais un enfant. Elle m'a dit: ''Ici c'est une auberge de jeunesse, pas un hôtel''. Je lui ai répondu:'' Tu es mauvaise toi'' - bien gentillement. Je ne m'étais pas adressée à elle, je parlais avec l'autre fille. Il arrive souvent au comptoir, c'est toujours l'autre qui répond à la place de l'autre. J'ai 58 ans et je suis toujours assis au salon à l'entrée de votre auberge. Pour les autres services, c'est excellent. Mais j'espère ne pas avoir affaire avec 2 à 4 personnes en même temps lorsque je demande une information. Merci beaucoup et passez de joyeuses fêtes!

The stay was pleasant. The first room that was assigned to me was not cleaned so I went down to reception and the staff apologized and assigned a different. The room was clean and comfortable, there's a mini fridge as well. The complementary breakfast was decent, but could be better. The community kitchen space is great to use. Overall a pleasant stay

I was really nervous because I had never stayed in a hostel before, but it was so nice! The room was very clean and nice and all of my fellow roommates were nice as well! Very respectful. And the staff is so kind! And it’s walking distance to everything, super convenient location. Amazing price! Will be staying here whenever I come to Montreal. Merci!

I loved every moment of my week-long stay in the hostel. The Monday night karaoke was the cherry on the cake! The staff, the roommates, everybody was courteous and friendly. The free breakfast was great, too, with good variety! I wish my stay was longer!
