Good reception and amenities. Nice pool and workout areas. Fast elevators. Nice clean and tidy room. Subpar breakfast. These pillows are anti-pillows. When you set your head down all the pillow material just goes on vacation.

Floors were dirty. Staff hid in an office behind front desk and had a hard time getting help at desk. Nowhere for groups to congregate. Couldn’t sit in lounge area or cafe area after 10, would be nice to leave someplace open for people to sit and visit. Also got kicked out of the cafe in the middle of the day so they could clean

Amazing hotel! Friendly staff! Room was nice and bed was comfortable! The pool was chilly but my kiddo didn't care! Close to Cincinnati children's hospital which is why we were there!

The staff at the front desk were wonderful, but the rooms were not cleaned well. There were stains on the mattress cover on the sleeper sofa, and also on a comforter and pillowcase. There was also mold and hair in the shower.

The sheets were stained and hair on them I had to get new sheets. I left my AirPods on the bed called the front desk to report immediately. I was told when house keeping cleans room they will give me a call. Never received a call I am tracking my AirPods the whole time watching as they are moving from place to place.

We had a suite which was very nice and spacious. The first complaint is that they need to a scrub the bottoms of the glass doors outside the shower as they were gross. The biggest complaint is the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was a platform bed with only one mattress and we woke up with severe back discomfort. The hotel was in a hood and central location.

Stay was great EXCEPT for one thing... at night trying to sleep the RRRRRing sound of the air conditioner AND the refrigerator rrrrring... drove me nuts. I turned the A/C off then it got warm, and tried to pull the refrigerator out to unplug it, to no avail... everything else was excellent.

Ended up having to stop here due to the major snowmageddon yesterday while traveling home from a vacation. Beds were comfortable Shawna at the front desk was super sweet. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. The kids enjoyed the waffles. They also had scrambled eggs, McMuffins, and sausage and yogurt and bagels. Breakfast attendant was a bit grumpy, but I saw people being quite rude to her so it may have been warranted. We didn’t use any other amenities. We just slept and ate breakfast then traveled slowly the rest of the way home.

First of all let me start by saying I booked 2 queens and got 2 full/double beds AT BEST. 2nd checkout fine is 12:00pm and it’s currently 10:50am and the housekeeping lady just can’t into our room while 2 of us were still sleeping and my significant other was getting out the shower! I’m sure the desk has a list of rooms that were vacated and we just AREN’T on that list yet! Terrible!

The hotel was very well maintained. I tip my hat to the staff for being very courteous and professional. I had a situation where the room above had young kids that constantly made stomping noises throughout our stay. The staff lowered our rate for the room and made every attempt to accommodate us. I will continue to use this hotel when needed! There awesome!

The breakfast has lots of options - it wasn't great but it was free and filling. I didn't like the coffee, I wished they had creamer that wasn't 50/50. The bacon was microwaved.
