From the front desk agent to the experience .... it was beyond description

Room was small, but nice. Shower dripped non stop and could hear noise from others.

I hate to give it such a great review because I don't want others to find this hidden gem. It was GREAT! Sarah was the check in person and the bartender and did a great job at both. if I had to complain about anything it would be that the coffee wasn't ready in the downstairs area until after 7. It would had been nice to have it a little earlier. There was a water pot in our room but no coffee.

The hotel is super convenient to Dickies arena and walkable to the cultural district. The parking and the room access isn’t very convenient. Room access is outside. The lobby and coffee area are separate and accessed from outside. The staff was lovely but minimal and understanding the set up of the hotel was confusing. Overall feels more like an apartment airbnb than a hotel.

Everything was really great! I will be back.
