Property boasts free airport shuttle, but when I got there, they told me it didn’t start until 7:30am. My flight was at 6am…That negated my reason for staying in a hotel that was close to to the airport…found out that an 8 minute ride was considered PEAK and was $60

Staybridge Suites IAH: Come for the social hour Monday–Wednesday… because that’s the only good thing you’ll get. The rest? Hot lobby, cockroaches, non guests throwing pool parties, and the pool shutting down mid-stay. Enjoy!

Staff was friendly and room was large but showing its age, and satellite dish to room tv wasn’t working properly. Outdoor pool was unfortunately closed on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Falsely advertised as having an airport shuttle which was not true, and we had to find and pay for our own transportation back and forth to the Houston Airport. Very little around here and closest food is just fast food 10 minute walk away and not sure how safe it was to walk in this area. Would not recommend staying here.

The shuttle driver name Beverly didn't come over to the stay bridge suites to pick me up,she told front desk the bus was full,so two people had to walk over to the Holiday inn Express , And she passed the Stay bridge up and didn't stop there so we would of been late to airport if we wouldn't have walked over there, very bad attitude of shuttle driver for both establishments. Beverly told front desk this at the stay bridge and she told me,very rude of her.

I appreciated my stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing. We landed at 6am and was able to check-in pretty early saving us having to wait hours. I especially appreciated the free laundry, and the breakfast was more than sufficient in terms of options and duration. Really nice hotel to stay.

Decent 3 star hotel. Had a complaint about the damp carpet in the room and got changed no fuss. However this was to a higher floor with the elevator out. That got fixed the next day though.

I stayed for 2 nights the staff was friendly and helpful, unfortunately the hotel has cockroaches I told the front desk my main concern was finding they crawling around my suitcase, literally had to leave my suitcase outside my home to be sure I didn’t bring any into my home. Also they don’t tell u this off hand but they take a $50 hold on ur account before checking in. But $60 was taken off my card.

This is the worst experience we’ve had in a hotel! The room had roaches and the smell was disgusting. The water in the bathroom sink was yellow I had to buy bottled water to wash my baby’s bottles. I couldn’t find another hotel because everything was sold out for the night.

Run down, dirty, roach infested hotel. We arrived and were given a room where most items were broken. Blood/red wine stain on carpet, and the worst part was seeing cockroaches run along bathroom wall as I was in the shower. Management was not apologetic and wouldn’t change rooms. Checked out after 1 night.

The only thing wrong with room 229 is the carpet needs to be replaced, bc it leaves a musty odor in the room like it must have had water leaked on it before, and I saw a little roach in the sink. Bathroom has some wood peeling up from counter area, and 1 lamp in the corner didnt work too. Other than that, it was quiet, it was clean, had everything I needed. Luckily I bring my own sprays for these situations.

Roaches. Trash not picked up regularly. Floors in hall and near elevator not vacuumed. Roaches in hall, room, and elevator. Watery oatmeal. Exit doors left open throughout the day with a rock. Loud music outside the hotel one night. Definitely disappointed and left for another hotel.

This property is very dirty. Our room has a hole in the door of the bathroom like someone punched it. Nothing looked wiped down and cleaned. The tub had hair all over like someone had shaved and not cleaned the tub. It was not an ideal experience.

Great lodgings for a family with children-kids had their room & bathroom, parents had other room with bathroom (be careful of the tub in the king bed room-a bit slippery). Full kitchen with glass dishes & cups-dishwasher as well in the great room. Bedding was fantastic.

Old furniture. Drawers did not close in bedside drawers, The bedside table was held up up by folded paper to try and help the drawer close. Internet was down for the first 48 hours. Staff had no idea when or if it would ever come back. There were no Kleenexes, no soap in the soap dispenser. No hand soap either. I had to wash my hands with body wash once they filled it. The hotel is located in such a spot Uber drivers could not find it . Made me late for all my meetings. I would avoid this place. There are so many nicer well located hotels all around it . Not coming back.

Nicely equipped kitchen, a dining table would have been good, airport shuttle too and from was great. Staff was nice, walls are very thin and water takes a while to get warm. Overall, good for what i needed.

Front desk staff in this property is unfriendly. Access road is in poor conditions. Microwave was not operational and had to be replaced. Ironing table was in poor condition and had to be replaced. Exhaust fan in the bathroom had a rattling noise and apparently needs replacement. Room service was good.

I called inquiring about an early check in two days before our arrival and was told to call back the next night. When I called the next night they were pretty rude and told us we needed to call in the morning. When I told them that we were told the night before to call at that time they rudely said no, the morning. So again, I called the following morning. The lady I spoke with was really short with me and while asking another question, she hung up on me. Once arriving, they seemed annoyed that we were there. Once getting into the room it was very apparent that the property was very run down. The pull out didn’t have blankets, it just was not up to par. They need to do better.

Staff at front desk was not very friendly. He did not greet me or explain why he was running my credit card for a 75 dollar deposit fee. When I asked he pointed to a sign on the counter saying it was explained there. When I asked if I would get it back he hesitantly said yes. As he gave me my cards I said thank you and heard nothing from him. As we got off the elevator to our floor there was a smell of vinegar or strong detergent so I figured we were near the laundry. Our room was warm and lights were not bright enough or switches not working. The couch had stains on it and the end of it looked as if a cat had scratched it, torn. We slept well as the room cooled off by evening and floor was quiet. We were on the third floor so the outside lights were pointing directly at our windows which for some reason had plastic on the outside as if they were under construction or brand new. Either way we were able to close the curtains to prevent the bright light on us as we slept. Check out staff was friendly. Overall I would not return to this hotel or recommended it to anyone. Not for the price I paid. 👎

The check in took forever. They asked for my card I’m not sure why but the following day I had to cancel the card because I had two fraudulent charges. The elevator was broken. We had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor. The carpet was filthy. The clientele was shady. There was no safe restaurant nearby.

Did not receive a friendly welcome at front desk when checking in after a long drive to get there. But other than that, room was great, buffet breakfast better than other airport hotels we've booked in the past. We were very comfortable for a one-night stay. The highlight was the airport shuttle driver Demyron. He was on time and the most courteous shuttle driver I have ever met. Gave us helpful hints to navigate the airport check-in process. 5 stars for Demyron!

Really enjoyed my stay at this property. They have a decent breakfast each morning, and on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings they offer dinner. They also have free laundry onsite (3 washers, 2 driers) for guests which was a huge plus while traveling with my 3 children! The pool was open (it was pretty chilly) but my kids really enjoyed it. Convenient to lots of fast food restaurants (Wendy’s, whataburger, Popeyes, Burger King), and a gas station close by. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Houston!

We got in very late and just needed a few hours to sleep. Our room was very hot and the AC didn't seem to work, opening the window wasn't really an option as the road noise was pretty loud. Breakfast was ok
