Our room needs some updating. Scuffs on the walls and trim work. Elevators need to be vacuumed. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were watery and they served sandwich slice Canadian bacon for the meat option. Breakfast the second day was better. Would stay again.

The facility was clean and at easily accessible. If there was a negative, it would be that the parking lot spaces (lines) need to be repainted. Some cars were parked in two spaces which caused a shortage.

The staff was by far the most pleasant part of my stay, no matter what time of day it was. The room was nice and mostly well-kept, but there were burned out lightbulbs in a couple of fixtures, the dishwasher was full of dishes, and the dog park needed some serious attention.

Just book it. The best staff I have ever experienced and we stay in a lot of hotels. Room was spotless, hotel lobby, etc was beautiful. Nice pool And hot tub and great patio space to visit and hang out on a nice day. My favorite place in Bismarck after one stay. We will be booking there again. Top notch in every way!

The property has a nice seating area outside to enjoy time outdoors... bonfire pit, grill, etc. I didn't like the dogs all over. I didn't realize it was an animal friendly hotel and I don't care for animals all around me.

This was one of our favorite hotel stays ever, and we have traveled hundreds of thousands of miles over the years. My kids (3 teens) were impressed with how well-stocked the suite's kitchenette was, and we appreciated having access to real dishes. We each slept very comfortably. The Saturday breakfast was varied and delicious. (Biscuits & sausage gravy always = fantastic, in our book!) The breakfast items were well-tended, never running out for long (not even near the end of service). Check-in was very fast, pleasant, and professional. Downstairs seating was plentiful and comfortable. I did not know some hotels offered board games and puzzles in their lobbies; that was a nice touch. The rooms and hallways were also nice and quiet. We definitely want to stay here again!

My family and I stayed in two rooms for the weekend. Our 1st room was terrible. I picked up wrappers on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor. My son slept on the couch and there were dirty sheets on it. We had to get our own sheets at the desk. We didn’t have a remote for our tv and called the desk and told sorry we would have to wait until the next day to get one. In the morning went to make coffee and there was coffee but not for our coffee maker. We have stayed at Residence inn before and never had a problem. All we were told it’s hard to find good help, do better!

Check in was great, the girl at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel overall is aged, but comfortable. My only complaint was that the kitchen was not very clean. There were crumbs all over the counter and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.

The couch was full of dog hair. When I pulled the fold out bed out for grandkids, I saw all the dog hair. stuck to Couch Cushions. I'm allergic to dogs and cats had to take meds all weekend to stay out of the hospital. I really wish they would keep certain rooms for animals as not all of us sleep with animals. It was a nice room just thought it would be clean.

We stay here all of the time. This was our first time having it be terribly dirty in the halls and rooms. My parents had a room as well and had issues with service. We had things broken in our room and my parents had a missing remote. Very unclean all around this time.

We had a wonderful stay. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed for privacy. Everything was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Location was perfect for dining and picking up needed supplies. Area was very safe.

Check in was quick and front desk attendants were pleasant and friendly. Overall a nice hotel. My only real complaint is with the room. We stayed in a pet room as we had our dog with us. I don’t expect these rooms to be perfect but when I opened the door to the room it smelled like a kennel on a hot summer day. It’s obvious previous doggy guests have left their mark. The room was also not as clean as I’d like. Hairs on the floor in bathroom and in the tub, sticky residue on the table. I’d recommend removing the carpet from pet rooms, it’s gross, unsanitary and harder for housekeeping to keep clean. Ultimately pet owners need to do better and not ruin it for the rest of us.

The room was the perfect size for what we needed. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchenette was stocked with utensils and cookware. Everything worked. We booked a one-night stay through Expedia and honestly expected more for the price we paid. The hotel itself has potential, but the room really missed the mark. The furniture was noticeably worn down—two of the dining chairs were in such bad shape they looked like they were rescued from the curb. The end tables were badly scuffed, and both TVs felt outdated, like something you'd find in a budget motel, not a Residence Inn. The overall vibe of the room just felt tired and neglected. It wouldn’t take much to bring it back up to par—a simple furniture refresh and a little attention to detail could go a long way. Other than breakfast, it was still fantastic. Finding handicapped rooms limited for my husband. The room was very roomy and easy for my husband to drive around in. His mobility scooter is smaller and it was able to get around in our suite. We definitely will be back and this will be our first start in looking for another nite in Bismarck.

The breakfast was great. Nice variety. I didn't like that the website stated breakfast started at 6 am and when the staff came out at 6 am, I was told the time was changed to 7 am. It wasn't listed anywhere so I was disappointed the staff just changed the time without announcing it anywhere.

We checked in. We were upgraded to a suite which was great! However, when we got in the room, we realized why they gave us this suite. The trash wasn’t emptied, the kitchen sink was broken and the bottom cupboard was missing. I spoke to a maid the next morning and asked if we could get clean towels and the trash emptied. She said it would be done. Nothing. We put the trash outside the room. It was still sitting there when we checked out. Disappointing

The only issue I had with the hotel is the first morning my hubby went to get some coffee at the breakfast area. It was 9:45 am. Breakfast was scheduled to be over at 10 am. He just wanted coffee. There was nothing left for breakfast including coffee. There was a staff person there speaking broken English. He was telling those coming in for breakfast, “No more. No more food.” When asked if they were going to cook anymore food or coffee, he kept saying no, no. Why is it advertised until 10 am if they aren’t serving until then?
