We have stayed at the hotel several times before and have always been satisfied, which is why we always choose this place whenever we’re in the area. However, during our recent two-night stay, we had such a negative experience that we will definitely be looking for a different hotel next time. We always book the same type of room, but unlike previous occasions, we were given a room on the back side of the hotel instead of the front. The room looked the same on the surface... BUT * It was extremely noisy, we hardly slept at all... the glass made loud cracking noises during the night, waking us up repeatedly! * The fridge wasn’t working – it was most likely unplugged, and we couldn’t plug it back in because the socket wasn’t accessible. * There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and the extractor fan didn’t work either.

Beautiful, easily accessible hotel! We have been there several times, but if we are in the area, we will stay here again next time! Spacious, clean, comfortable room, with a perfect bathroom! The staff is very kind and helpful! The breakfast is excellent! I recommend it to everyone!
