We ask about a late checkout and were told it was $10 an hour extra. No problem. Our credit card was charged for one hour.... almost $35. Apparently, we were misinformed, due to a new hire at the desk,and it's just our problem. Not great business ethics. That's called the growing pains of training and the guest should not be held responsible.

I paid in advance for 2 rooms for my daughter and a friend and they were only given one room. When I called and questioned it they were not at all helpful. I would never recommend them.

It looks like this hotel has seen better days. The sheets and towels are thin. The bed acceptable, but not great. At midnight, people were hanging out in the parking lot. I was expected Expedia/ hotels.com to have higher standards. (Breakfast was dry cereal or white bread with jelly. We passed)
