They could definitely dust the lounge in front of the check in desk.

The room was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. The continual was O.K.

Neighborhood seemed sketchy. Had to walk through smokers to get to entry door. Hallway and room was dark. No cups in room. I did not open the bed to sleep on sheets because the room looked like a host to bedbugs.

The breakfast was not what we where told on the phone and they charged us for our medical service animal. No parking due to construction workers and the fam and friends partying.

Lots of signs in the lobby warning you not to be rude. Kinda funny. Room was good. Bed was amazing. Shower was average. Breakfast was terrible. Cereal, toast or waffles. No fruit. No orange juice. The bed earned the 4 stars.
