This Springhill Suites is exceptional. Not only do they provide all of the comforts and services you would expect from a Marriott property, but they go above in many ways. These extras include water, cold towels and earbuds in the fitness center; fresh baked cookies in the evening; a full breakfast with many to go items for those in a rush; and even a complementary paper bag with a to go breakfast that you can grab and go. Perhaps the best is friendly staff, that always greet you with a smile and kind words. It was truly a pleasure to stay there.

All of the staff I interacted with were super nice. The conference room set was great, appreciated the copies. The Hot Chocolate Bar was a fantastic touch! Had at least one a day! Even took a pic to send my mom 😂

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was small but still very fun for the kids. There was comfortable chairs outdoors as well. The breakfast was delicious with many offerings. Our only complaint was the room is on the smaller side. The staff were very friendly. I recommend it. Plus, within walking of good places to eat.

This trip was booked to break up the long drive on our vacation. I could not have been happier. The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the village, felt new, was so clean, everything was in great condition. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was the best I have seen in quite a while. Things you want to eat and they were delicious. We travel alot for sports and this was a great hotel! The only disappointment was the pool wasn't open for the season yet and the kids really wanted to swim, 80° to a Michigander means it's time to open the pool!

This was my first time visiting the Huntsville area. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, free parking and a five minute drive to Target, Walmart, and additional restaurants. Free continental breakfast which wasn’t bad and they also offered free cookies at night. There is a lot of construction happening in the area and the hotel offered white noise machines and earplugs but I didn’t need either, the noise was at a minimum and seemed to start after 8:00am which didn’t bother me. I am interested in returning to see how the improvements in the infrastructure turn out.

Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and up to date, breakfast was very good. Great location, walking distance to restaurants. Pool is kind of small but it wasn't crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean. Extremely comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was super nice. The pool nicely treated with crystal clear water. The breakfast had a lot of offerings, including grab and go items. Definitely will be staying again.

We only stayed one night and left promptly in the morning, but the area around the hotel is very nice- lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Rooms were big- plenty of room for our family of 5, large closet for our luggage. The hotel breakfast was very good too. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick stay headed to the PanHandle. Great mid-way destination. Super clean, friendly staff, great location. If it wasn’t for the rain we could have walked to dinner and out and bout. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Destin! Possibly add a day or two in Huntsville.

From the moment you step into the building, everyone was friendly, helpful and providing a great customer experience. The hotel was very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and room temperature was perfect. The breakfast was great and provided a variety that the whole family left full. The staff went over and above to help us get comfortable. The best hotel I have ever stayed at!!

The stay of this location is always amazing! The rooms are always extremely clean. It always smells nice, and the front desk staff is always very welcoming. I've never had any issues at this location, and I stay here frequently when I get snowed in at work. I just needed a few days away from home this time. Always comfortable. Beds are nice and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Great stay as usual.

This was an amazing property. It had the modernized feel we like as well as an amazing staff. I typically bring my laptop on trips to connect to the TV for streaming but forgot to grab it. This hotel had multiple streaming options built into the TV so there was no need for my personal laptop. This was really cool. We will definitely be back.

I travel quite a bit, and this is one of the nicest Marriott properties I have stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The common space and rooms were clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. My only complaint is the beautiful, frosted bathroom door allows light to shine through to the bed when turned on in middle of night - so my husband and I woke each other up when we turned on the light even though door was shut. Great amenities and breakfast service.

SpringHill came to the rescue after a mishap with VRBO. After a fake listing fiasco, our reservation was re-booked at SpringHill and I’m so glad it was. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room and amenities were on point and the general feel of the whole property was that they cared. I’ll definitely seek out this chain when I travel again.

First off, let me say that overall, I was pretty happy with my stay at this property. I would like to list the pros and cons of my visit. To be fair, some of the cons were out of the hotel's control, but minor flaws that would otherwise not even been mentioned, tend to be magnified when a major incident becomes the most memorable portion of the stay. Pros: Check in was smooth and pleasant. Computer was a little slow at check in, but otherwise it was great. Tom was very friendly and courteous. Housekeeping services were great. They were also friendly. GREAT location. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Front desk provided a list of nearby establishments at check in. Cons: Unsupervised kids running around knocking on random doors after 1030 PM. They banged on my door 3 times, before I caught them on the fourth. I informed front desk. No more problems for the night. Also, during this time, children's dirty socks, shoes, and soccer ball cluttered the elevator vestibule. Sink in bathroom was slow to drain. One of the elevators was broken, resulting in slow traffic flow during peak hours. Tried the stairs, but the odor in stairwell was unpleasant and unbearable. Construction in parking lot. Waited for a front desk person for over 5 minutes for check out. She was in back office, I guess. Breakfast was okay. I've had better at smaller, less prestigious hotels, such as Comfort Inn.

I checked in late one night and the manager, Tom, was working the desk and could not have been kinder. He asked me what brought me to town, I said it was complicated, but that my fiancé was in the hospital here. He wound up comping me a bottle of wine, and made sure I had everything I needed to be at ease. This hotel is beautiful and clean and in a great area but what I’ll remember most was Tom’s kindness.

What a great hidden gem in Huntsville. The room was spotless, breakfast selection excellent, the facility well maintained and the staff couldn’t be better. The hotel is in a walkable, developed area that has a park and several restaurants. Super easy to navigate to the interstate. I won’t stay anywhere else.

My family had a great stay at the property. The hotel smells nice and the continental breakfast was great with many options. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative that there is construction going on across the street and it was a little loud in the morning.

Quick stay headed to the PanHandle. Great mid-way destination. Super clean, friendly staff, great location. If it wasn’t for the rain we could have walked to dinner and out and bout. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Destin! Possibly add a day or two in Huntsville.

We keep coming back because it is clean, spacious and reasonably priced. As a bonus last night we walked the neighborhood. In addition to shops and restaurants, there was an arts fair going on.

This Springhill Suites is exceptional. Not only do they provide all of the comforts and services you would expect from a Marriott property, but they go above in many ways. These extras include water, cold towels and earbuds in the fitness center; fresh baked cookies in the evening; a full breakfast with many to go items for those in a rush; and even a complementary paper bag with a to go breakfast that you can grab and go. Perhaps the best is friendly staff, that always greet you with a smile and kind words. It was truly a pleasure to stay there.

All of the staff I interacted with were super nice. The conference room set was great, appreciated the copies. The Hot Chocolate Bar was a fantastic touch! Had at least one a day! Even took a pic to send my mom 😂

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was small but still very fun for the kids. There was comfortable chairs outdoors as well. The breakfast was delicious with many offerings. Our only complaint was the room is on the smaller side. The staff were very friendly. I recommend it. Plus, within walking of good places to eat.

The woman who checked us in was EXTREMELY friendly. The lady who checked us out was as well. She even wished us a blessed day! Room was immaculate. :) Oh yeah, the breakfast was HUGE!!!!!

This was my first time visiting the Huntsville area. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, free parking and a five minute drive to Target, Walmart, and additional restaurants. Free continental breakfast which wasn’t bad and they also offered free cookies at night. There is a lot of construction happening in the area and the hotel offered white noise machines and earplugs but I didn’t need either, the noise was at a minimum and seemed to start after 8:00am which didn’t bother me. I am interested in returning to see how the improvements in the infrastructure turn out.

Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and up to date, breakfast was very good. Great location, walking distance to restaurants. Pool is kind of small but it wasn't crowded. Would definitely stay here again.
