Hampton Inn & Suites Harrisburg/North

Checked in around 8:30PM on a Saturday night. There were some guests in the lobby and a few at the small bar area right off the lobby. First impression was that the property had a cheery, lively atmosphere! Front desk agent was very friendly and helpful. My room was fresh and well appointed. Bed was comfy and had nice, normal sized pillows! This was a perfect ending to my long day! Woke early the next day and was at the breakfast at 6AM. Nice group of guests were also there ready to hit the road. There was a nice spread of food. The little scones were delicious! Thanks, Hampton Inn! I will definitely be back. Also, my dog Tywyn really enjoyed his stay, too!! Thank you for being a great, pet friendly accommodation!!

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean & welcoming. Breakfast was good. Our room was on the back side & the interstate traffic kept me awake most of the night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaints I had were the absence of a vending machine where directed on the third floor, the inability to schedule a wake-up call (kept directing me to the message center....I tried several times to assure that I was hitting the correct button). and the TV hung crooked on the wall, so that you had to turn your had to watch what was on it. All in all, I thought it was priced reasonably but was just a tick down from what I've experienced at other Hilton facilities.

Staff was nice but should be excellent due to competition. Nice does’t do it anymore. Eye contact with customer, no talking to coworker while checking in customer. Especially the younger generation, please train them strictly, there’s another hotel right next to yours.
