This property was nice, but hard to get to and sometimes noisy because room was on highway side. The breakfast was good and they had a full bar for nighttime. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very nice.

Nice facility. The pool was cold and held a lot of water at the door so it was slippery leaving that area. Our bathroom shampoo was not refilled. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The facility was nice and quiet. There was just some minor things. The breakfast was very nice. We would stay again.

Our rooms were clean and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast was great- lots of options and the pumpkin spice waffles were a nice touch. Mark, the manager, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Tasha, the bartender, was amazing. We had a time and she made us feel super welcome and like we've known her for years. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in town.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there were construction materials all over. The room was fine, but the noise from the interstate made sleeping difficult. It was LOUD. The breakfast was very good and I enjoyed it. The hotel staff was very nice and considerate. The pool and fitness areas were closed for renovation, so I couldn't use those.

There was dirt and grime on the rim of the shower. There was hair and what looked to be bodily fluids. Other than that, the room was okay and the experience was good. I was just off put by the grime around the bathroom

The breakfast was terrible. There was very limited food and amount (the 2 bananas they had were completely green). The coffee pot was dirty so I couldn't use it. The bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor that was not mine. The comforter had stains on it. Not all of the usb ports worked.

The Room Assigned #136. Was Found Dirty , Messy , The Smell Was Bad. The Front Desk Lady Advised Me, Last Room On 1st Floor. Which For Some?? Reason Was Left Off Of Housekeeping Schedule For 7/22. So We Had To Move Up OR Out.

We were given a room facing the freeway. We have stayed in hotel rooms that were next to loud roadways, but the noise suppression or soundproofing made it surprisingly quiet. Not here. This was the noisiest hotel room we’ve had in a very long time, and we did not sleep well. Other aspects of a hotel facility can be weak, but visitors unable to get a comfortable night’s sleep is absolutely unacceptable. Hampton Inn needs to fix this property.

We were in room #427…The odd numbered rooms back onto Interstate 81 which is popular for truckers. Let’s just say we didn’t get a restful sleep despite the comfortable bed!

The property itself was fine. We brought a small dog (for an additional $75 total deposit) and there was a nice, clean area to walk him along a small river adjacent to the property. Unfortunately, our room was located near the highway. Although, they provided ear plugs at checkin, and I am fortunately a heavy sleeper, I imagine this may be an issue for others.

I booked a King Suite. When I got there I was told I had a standard 2 queen room. I specifically booked a King to have more bed space as I am pregnant. When I told them this they apologized and said there was a leak in one of the king rooms and they were completely booked so they couldn’t give me another room. Then said they could comp me a beer. I again said I’m pregnant. So they said they’d give my fiancé 2 beers when the bar opens. We had plans to attend a concert so we wouldn’t be there the whole time the bar was open. The man behind the counter said he’d give him one beer now. That was it, that was the only compensation they would offer us. Once we got to our non suite queen room, it was like they didn’t finish cleaning. There were drinking left in the fridge from the previous people and there was hair and dirt in the bottom of the tub. When I went back down to talk to someone at the desk all I got was a “we can’t really do anything about it.” Definitely not the Hilton stay I’m used to.

Staff was kind, and courteous. Breakfast was yummy, and well attended. We stayed 4 nights, room was never cleaned, towels piled up as we had to request more. They then ran out of clean towels. I’d guess cause no rooms were cleaned and the entire place was packed. At no time did we or any of our friends in different rooms on different floors have HOT WATER of any kind. Every night, and morning we were lucky to have Luke warm water at best. Which would then only last 2-3 mins tops. After spending long days with animals at farmshow, EVERYONE needed a bath, very disappointed. 🙁

Awesome guest service, very welcoming and knowledgeable of the services in the local area. The room was spacious and quiet. Would not hesitate to use again, however i will book directly through the hotel as opposed to using a third party , Expedia.

Two major issues here. 1) I am a Hilton Honors member and virtually checked in only to find someone about to enter my hotel room who was also assigned the same room after me. Thank god I opened my hotel room door in time to see this man and have the conversation outside my door rather than inside our hotel room. 2) water was cold in the shower. We traveled with another family whose shower temperature was just fine. After mentioning this to the front desk, my husband was told there’s nothing they can do for our shower. Even in the morning they told us we had to wait till 10 am for maintenance but no one ever showed up. Absolute worst stay I’ve ever had at a Hilton. I expect some sort of refund from Expedia for this debacle.

Very nice room, and freshly cleaned. The only improvement would be to offer better pillows. The ones we had were not very comfortable. We had a very nice breakfast as well, and the coffee was excellent.
