Staff were amazing, hotel vibe was spot on for us!

I was shocked when I watched housekeeping wipe the inside of our drinking glasses with the same cloth she used to wipe the bathroom counter and desk with. That is not sanitary. Needless to say, we washed our drinking glasses ourselves after that. Also, most mornings, the caraf the coffee arrived in was splotched with splashes and the handle was sticky and grimmy….not exactly appealing. Staff in general were lovely and helpful. Better English would be helpful.

It’s an older hotel and nothing fancy. The rooms could use updating but it is extremely clean and the staff are so nice. The food was ok and could be better. The morning cook is amazing and makes great omelettes. The clientele are mainly 50 plus that have been returning to this hotel for many years.

The staff at the Binni are helpful, friendly, attentive, caring and good people.

Rooms were regularly and meticulously cleaned. All the staff, from cleaning to front desk to food service were helpful and polite. English is spoken at the front desk quite well. The rest of the staff will always try to speak English with varying levels of success. If you choose to stay here book all your activities through Oscar Garcia! He was delightful to work with, and personally helped us out of a tight spot. He is often cheaper than booking online.
