The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not everyone speaks English, but with a little help from Google Translate, it wasn’t a big issue. There are some good restaurants, and the pool was well maintained. However, there was no refrigerator in the room, which was a bit inconvenient, especially in such hot weather.

Everything was going great! Beautiful room and very clean and then the power and water went out for 7hrs. Rooms were hot and humid. No water in the toilets. And staff said there was nothing to accommodate. Wouldn’t stay here again

I FELT ECSTATICALLY RELAXED HERE. FOOD FANTASTIC. BEACH WONDERFUL. HOSPITALITY GREAT. SWEET ROOM WITH IT'S OWN POOL AND PATIO. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK

Very nice place . We come here every year and we noticed a big improvement in the staff’s attitude. Much better than in previous years.
