Vi hade två fantastiska dygn på Nala. Bodde i rummen som ansluter till innergården. Väldigt mysigt och praktiskt. Perfekt att man kan köpa med pizza eller annat och äta på takterassen eller innergården. Vi var två vuxna och två tonåringar. Alla nöjda!

Pleasant common backyard around a little pond and fountain; self service drinks (including beer and a couple other spirits, plus non-alco); common terrace over the backyard, simple spa underground with a small infra red cabin (doesn’t work nearly as strong as sauna but serves for chill time at late hours), good smiley staff, parking solution, good location. Originelles Hotel, Zen-Zimmer ist ausreichend groß für 2 Leute und einen kurzen Städtetrip. Zimmer mit vielen guten Ideen (Schiebetür Bad, Perlenschnurvorhang zum abtrennen, offene Garderobe statt Schrank, Verdunkelungsjalousie, tolle Lampen/Lichtkonzept, Kaffeemaschine,...) Angenehm das bodentiefe Fenster zum frz. Balkon, die Gebäude-Klimaanlage, die das Zimmer auch bei über 30 Grad kühl hielt, ohne auch nur einen Hauch von Zugluft. Nettes Konzept mit romantischem Garten und super Dachterrasse, beides schön möbliert und per SB-Kühlschrank bewirtet. Deko überall im Hotel ganz detailverliebt und geschmackvoll, gab überall etwas zu entdecken, Statuen, Sprüche, etc. Lage super, ruhig, aber nur 10 Gehminuten in die Stadt, viele Restaurants auch direkt um die Ecke. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, um die Ecke gibt es auch ein Bäckerei-Café mit Frühstücksangebot. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Fantastic location, about 10min walk from the city center but so quiet! The on-site parking (for a fee) and rooftop terrace were a plus. Great beds, interesting room design, but I guess this is the hotels style. The staff was fantastic! Thank you for a great stay, we definitely recommend this hotel!

We felt very welcome. Staff was very efficient, kind and helped us with all of our questions. We were welcomed with a choice of drink and bus pass valid during our stay. Breakfast was great. We did appreciate the third floor snack bar for late night munchies and availability of drinks without going out. The room was very clean and unique. We loved how the balcony overlooked the garden and we could get a breeze when we wanted.

Lovely boutique hotel very clean, comfy bed, pleasant staff and walkable everywhere. Only small complaint if room is at front can be a bit noisy from traffic and deliveries so do not leave window open but overall we enjoyed our stay there.

It was indeed a great experience our stay at NALA... Attentive service with some courtesies during our stay there, Comfortable and functional room, in addition to having a safe. We didn't have breakfast. But it was our choice, but they offer it. Room services grade 10. Very clean and airy environment. The view from the window of our room overlooks the Alps, which were incredibly beautiful because of the snow. Overall, the hotel staff is very efficient and helpful. I loved having chosen the NALA HOTEL to have this incredible experience in Austria.

A little too many "smart" solutions that are not functional. Toilet bin where you have to remove a lid to use it, lamp by the sink which looks smart but gives poor light, toilet and bath with sliding door so either one or the other is open in the room, would have preferred a toilet with both bath and toilet in one room where you could lock the door. Very small room, but cosy, nice terrace. It would be nice if you got new coffee capsules and milk every day for the Nespresso machine, and not just the first day.

Very eclectic and unique hotel. The decor is interesting, kind of a mash of different cultures. The room set up is very weird. Our bed looked directly at the bathtub which is elevated up a few stairs and has a mirror behind it. Lots of cabinetry that looks kind of cool and is very modern but in reality is kind of awkward to use. The garden and terrace are nice, and it’s a good location on a quiet street but still in the heart of Innsbruck.

Vi havde et skønt ophold på Nala, personalet er så overvældende servicemindet og selve opholdet blev bare ved med at overraske med inkluderende tiltag som vi ikke har oplevet nogen andre steder - jeg nævner det ikke her da det vil ødelægge overraskelserne. Morgenmaden så virkelig lækker ud, vi valgte dog at spise ude i byen som også havde mange lækre muligheder meget tæt på. Sengene var super komfortable og alle værelser var forskellige hvilket også gør dette hotel helt unikt. Dette er et hotel hvor man virkelig får value for money.

Convenient to train station and old town. We had room with upgraded views and soaker tub. Fantastic to wake up to mountains and then sit on back balcony in evening with a drink looking at a 2nd set of mountains and the Olympic ski jump. Soaker tub accommodates two on the 2nd level. Gave us a complimentary public transport pass at check-in and chocolate at check-out. Favorite room on our 17 day European adventure. Would only stay here when visiting Innsbruck again.

It was a pleasant stay although the rooms were quite compact and there was not enough space to move around inside the room. There was no telephone in the room to contact the reception. Bathroom was also small. But we had enough facility for making tea or coffee.

Camera piccola e ridicola, giusto lo spazio di un letto. Priva di ogni confort, al posto dei comodini c'erano dei sgabelli e un bastone con alcune cuccette al posto dell'armadio. Mancava una scrivania e non c'era posto neanche per le valigie. Bagno piccolissimo ricavato dietro una porta scorrevole sulla quale era posizionato un tv. Il lavandino non entrava nel bagno così ne hanno messo uno piccolissimo vicino alla porta di ingresso. Veramente allucinante, è alla fine oltre alla tassa di soggiorno mi hanno chiesto pure 20 euro al giorno per una piccola cagnolina (una maltesina di 3,5 kg che portavo in una borsetta e per la quale non mi hanno dato assolutamente nulla, ne un posticino dove farla dormire e nemmeno una ciotolina d'acqua. Vergognoso.

We had to be in Innsbruck for a conference at the technical university so we stayed in Nala for 6 nights and it exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The decoration all throughout the hotel is lovely. The weather was nice and having a delicious breakfast in the beautiful garden was a great start of the day. There is absolutely nothing we would improve.

The hotel was perfect. Excellent staff, a great location just a little away from the tourist bustle with a wonderful garden and roof terrace for peaceful relaxation, and lovely extras like a free drink on arrival and chocolate when you left. The room was well appointed, very quiet and with great air con and shutters for the hot weather. The breakfast was totally worth the cost: a great spread you could enjoy in the garden to the sound of the birds and the trickling fountain. There were lovely quirky decorative touches throughout too. We hope to be back again.

The staff was amazing, especially the girl who checked me in - super friendly, warm, hospitable and helpful, made me feel very welcome as a solo traveler at the hotel. I received a room upgrade to a nice room by the terrace with a view of the lovely garden and can even see the Bergisel ski jump in the distance. While many commented on the smaller size of the room, it is built in a very smart way that provides everything you would need in your stay. They make good use of things like built-in shelves, sliding panels etc. Even the housekeeping lady (the one with short hair) was super friendly and sweet. The price point was great, walking distance to train station, old town, dining options etc. Internet was stable for remote work. Overall, i highly recommend and will not hesitate to stay again.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around and is walkable to everywhere! On arrival the welcome drinks were great addition along with the guest cards that provide free transport and chocolate on departure!! Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a double room, 405. The bed is quite high and against the wall which is quite annoying with moving around. The mattress was a little firm however the two separate duvets was a good touch. The main issue with this hotel is that the room was boiling. It was around -1 outside but as there is no air con the room was so humid and hot we had to sleep with the window wide open which I didn’t feel particularly comfortable with. We also lost electricity a couple of times of two of the nights we were there, causing the electric to come on and off during the night waking us which is quite annoying. However on telling staff at 7am when there was soon to be reflection staff the issue was fixed promptly.

Soms kom je voor de eerste keer in een hotel en denk je: hier wil ik de volgende keer weer heen. Nala is zo’n hotel. Op 8 minuten lopen van het station van Innsbruck, prettige sfeer, design inrichting en vriendelijke mensen. We hadden maar 1 nacht op doorreis maar hebben genoten. This is one of the most unique and wonderful hotel stays I've had. The staff were wonderful and the garden was beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend the breakfast; the quality of the food exceeded all expectations and the variety of options was extensive. We will definitely return to NALA if we have the opportunity to return to Innsbruck.

Es was leider nur eine Nacht, das Hotel liegt super zentral und der Brunch am Sonntag war mehr als perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestalltet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wieder vorbei kommen.

This was a last minute booking, but what a delightful small hotel ! Very innovative room styling, and I had my room in the first floor, so I even had a small patio ! And the breakfast … now that exceeding all my expectations ! So sumptuous; and a lot of local produce. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. This hotel is truly a hidden gem, a real treasure.
