There is a nightclub in the 9th floor of this property and at night all you can hear is the music from your room. I was on 3rd floor and can still hear it. Plus at night there is no parking given the club upstairs. No dedicated space for hotel guest parking.

Several of the door latches to several rooms were completely off of the doors & I had to go looking with staff for a secure door that has a door latch on the securely lock the door so I would feel safe & secure & my belongings protected. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I had a terrible experience with this property. I am very frequent traveler and sometime even the most expert can also get into traps. The room did not look at all similar to what's shown in the pictures. As Oct 15, 2024, that property was under construction/renovations and, you can clearly see that they are not caring for customers about noise and quality of sleep. My room had a view to the neighbor building alley and the window was as dirty as you cannot even imagine. Bed sheets look dirty, room looked very old and some stains on the walls. The bathroom was the only thing decent. The matress is very thin, please prepare for that. As I did not check in at 3am, I did not complained for my 2 nights stay. The day after in the morning I requested a check out and the refund for the remaining night. I was denied the refund even though the complains above for which I have pictures. Expedia Customer Service has been trying to work this out but to the day of this review Oct 21, 2024 I have not received any update. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

The first room they assigned to us had semen stains on the sheets and a strong humidity; second room had black hair on the pillows (very old and uncomfortable pillows). Breakfast wasnt a buffet but an a la carte menu, not bad, not good. Guest service was polite and responsive. For us wasnt worth the price.

Reception lady that assisted during my check in was not very helpful except for the guy at the night shift forgot to get his name that was very helpful and accommodating trying to switch my room. I didn’t go to the hotel ! They had open a club there in the roof too! And the security guards that are in the entrance are really disrespectful and don’t want you to come inside the hotel if they don’t like you or the way u look ! And that guy at the front desk ! Name Evan Castillo! Is another animal when it comes to treat the guest ! He said my card didn’t go true and that I didn’t had a reservation but he didn’t even had the decency of allow me to come inside the hotel to talk with him! I been a costumer of that hotel for years !this people that work at night at the club most treat people better ! I won’t recommend this hotel to people

Estaba en construcción, por lo tanto había ruido casi todo el tiempo. Esto debería notificarse con anticipación, pues uno va a relajarse, no a pagar para pasarse el día escuchando ruido. Lo otro es que el elevador me golpeó un brazo fuertemente, pues se cerró cuando estaba pasando y prácticamente me aplastó el brazo. Di la queja en el lobby y solo me dijeron “lamentamos los inconvenientes”, cosa que no me resuelve nada porque tuve que si a comprar medicina para el dolor que me ocasionó. Lo que más me preocupa de esto es que andaba con una niña de 2 años, y si el elevador la hubiese aplastado a ella, pues tremendo lío. No quedé nada contenta. Llamas a recepción (más de 15 veces) y no contestan, tienes que bajar a pedir cualquier cosa. Fue una estadía horrible para mi. Tanto así que me gustaría hasta pedir reembolso por la mala experiencia vivida.

When we arrived the front desk clerk (a lady)was very dry and careless. I was one hour before check in time but she had some attitude letting me know the check in is at 3. We spent 7 nights and our bed sheets were changed once because I asked. We were 3 in the room and they charged some extra for the 3rd guess but every night I have to call to request a 3 rd bath towel. Microwave turned on but no heat and stove never worked and I reported but they did not resolved the issues. I have to mention and recognized front desk clerk Francesco was very kind and courteous.

Very convenient hotel if your plan is to be in the city center for a short term or for business, the location of the hotel is good within a walking distance to shops, banks, restaurants and supermarkets. Rooms are clean and big enough, breakfast was okay for the price but during the weekend the noise of the club upstairs is loud and will continued until almost 5 am. Their personnel are very kind and attentive, overall it was good for the price just loud.
