Great location, nice and quiet once inside, room and utensils were in excellent condition the only minus was television not working and window not being able to open but overall very comfortable.

Don’t stay here. Our room was not clean and the door had issues fully closing/locking. The walls were splattered and stained and many surfaces were dusty. The bathroom wall near the toilet had not been cleaned and the shower water couldn’t keep temperature. There were no mattress pad covers and the pillows were old and well beyond their life. We stayed 3 nights and would have to pay for additional towels if we wanted them. Having laundry on site was convenient, but the dryer didn’t actually dry. There was easy access to the train station, but that was the only positive.

Adagio also this time. And for a good reason. Starting with location, hotel location close to everything and only 5 min from train station. 5 min walk to Liverpool ONE shopping area. The area do have pubs nearby but don’t worry about noise at all. The main reason I chose this hotel is the rooms. I’m done with small hotel rooms and here it’s quite a lot of space. Also a kitchen area. Rooms are cleaned and maintained well. The staff are nice and very helpful. I did a wrong booking but this was solved very professionally by staff. You can do pre- check-in and at the front desk you don’t have to wait for the paperwork. Hotel and the area feels safe. If you are travelling for a match or just want to spend a few days in Liverpool I think this is the right place for you. And yes, been in Liverpool many times a year since 2012, so I’ve stayed at many places. Hopefully this will make it easier to pick a hotel. I’m not an influencer and I’m not receiving any for this review. Enjoy Liverpool , / Lars
