We had a great stay at Homewood Suites Montreal Midtown and truly enjoyed our time there. The location is very convenient about 15 minutes from downtown Montreal with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The area felt safe and walkable, which was especially important for us as we were traveling with two young children. The staff we interacted with were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated that there was some variety from day to day. That said, we would have loved to see a few more options like waffles, a wider selection of fruits, and some no-sugar yogurt choices. There was one staff member in the breakfast area who really stood out she went above and beyond, and we were very grateful for her kindness and support. Our room was clean and comfortable. As a family, we always make sure to book a full-size room, and we were happy with what we received. The only downside was that our room faced the highway, which made it quite noisy both during the day and at night. Next time, we would definitely request a room facing a quieter side. Overall, based on our experience, this will be our new favorite place to stay in Montreal. We usually stay with another hotel brand, but this stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return and recommend it to others.

We were confused when we booked this and probably should have booked the downtown location. Our room was big and everything was clean, but it was just not near anything that we wanted to see. Also, there were significant construction around, so the streets are pretty dirty.

Spacious. Parking available. Buffet breakfast. Starbucks next door if needed.

Overall everything is perfect, clean, quiet, modern, etc… though I cannot comprehend or accept that there is no suitable suitcase « rack » or specific built in furniture made for this purpose. My spouse and I each have a suitcase, we were thus resigned to use a table for me and part of the sofa for her. Come on, it’s ’s 2026, I think this issue should be addressed, and this goes for all the rooms, as we stayed at this hotel a few months ago and this situation was also the case. Let’s be realistic, guests are not going to empty their luggage and store everything in a dresser for a one night stay or neither for a couple of days. Anyway, that’s my 2 cents worth!!
