The hotel is nice but does not sell hygienic pads in the store which is ridiculous and the pool is so often without towels and even when you ask the desk it takes like 45 min before someone shows up with towels for the pool.

Newish hotel, comfortable beds, quiet. Nice gym facilities and a small indoor pool. Breakfast had lots of options to choose from. Parking was convenient and underground for those days. Would stay again.

I liked the secure elevator, also the breakfast was great. Nice clean, modern hotel. I did not like all the broken machines in the guest laundry. There was 4 washers and 4 dryers. 2 washers and only 1 dryer worked. The dryer sounded like a gravel truck. Also, no Canadian wine available in the restaurant. I like to buy Canadian.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Overall, the property is maintained well, but the following are some of my recent observations: 1. The washrooms lack ventilation (and this was the case last year). Therefore, there's always an unpleasant odour when you enter the washroom. 2. The breakfast is terrible, and to make it worse, there's always a long line up to get in. Some days, we would simply skip the breakfast due to extremely long lineups. 3. The rooms don't get cleaned or made everyday. Guests would take out and place their trash in the hallway, making each floor look like a garbage dump. 4. Due to ongojng construction in nearby buildings, you would wake up by the pleasant noise of heavy construction machines as early as 6:00 am! Though this is not the fault of the hotel, still knowing this serious inconvenience, they should offer the guests some sort of price reduction. At $350 per night plus parking, it is hardly a relaxing stay. On the plus side, the hotel is safe and its amenities (gym and pool) are always clean and well-maintained.

Nice hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff. Quiet room, everything in working order, very happy about that. Nice pool, can get a « bit » noisy when kids are present though! Super underground parking, easy acces, reasonable rates. Not much to do around the hotel, must use the car. But many shops closeby. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at Homewood Suites Montreal Midtown. The location was convenient for traveling throughout the island but far enough away from the city center that noise wasn't bad. They have 12 plugs for EVs which I appreciated as an EV driver. Breakfast was good. I recommend getting there early because the dining room is small and later in the morning you'll have to wait to be seated. All staff I encountered at this hotel were bilingual in French and English.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Montreal. We had a nice suite, so comfortable and peaceful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant, great Italian food and PePe makes the best drinks!!

The cleaning service was terrible; they only made our room 2 out of 7 nights, and when they did clean, it left much to be desired. The carpet looks dirty and old, and we even found a ball under the bed and a bottle in the kitchen, that’s how well they clean!!

The hotel overall was ok, however, the cleaning crew refused to clean our room because we had clothes on the floor. We were a party of 6 with 4 small children, I don't know what were they expecting, in my opinion, it is ridiculous that they refused to clean just because there were clothes on the floor. We have 4 children and we were on vacation. We were not the only people complaining about this other couples with children were also complaining about this. There are rooms in which you won't have to clean at all, but there are other rooms in which there is going to be more heavy cleaning. That's work! You don't pick and choose.

Hotel was clean and nice. Service could be better. We requested more towels at the pool but after 20 mins of waiting, they hadn’t arrived. Our room was also never tidied during our 2 night, 3 day stay, so we had to ask for fresh towels.

Room was not clean. The carpet was not vacuumed at least during the 4 days we were there. Some of the "new" towels had stains on them. The coffee machine did not work and we advised the front desk three mornings, every time we were told that they fixed it, but they didn't.

Very spacious and comfortable. Although hair dryer and bathroom fan was broken and the bathroom had a lot of water damage, we still enjoyed our stay. The pool was smaller than expected so it was always crowded.

The room and the hotel were clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous in all of our interactions. The bathroom was a toilet closet with the sink separate and within the sleeping space, making it noisy to use when people were sleeping. Additionally, there was no fan for the shower and the entire suite was very quickly humid and moist. The breakfast was mediocre and often running out when we attended half way through.

Overall good stay. There was little to no ventilation in the washroom or bedroom, in the room we stayed. The temp will not go below 18.5C. Was warm at night, didn’t seem like there was A/C. The restaurant on the main floor was excellent.

If you want to sleep - do not book here. This is by far the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at as the hotel is right beside an insanely busy highway. We were put in suite 222 - second floor, facing the front of the hotel and my husband said it was like our bed was in the middle of the highway when the decibel level woke us up at 6am. Other guests we spoke to had the same experience. These rooms should not be assigned to guests - and especially not without a noise warning. The hotel itself is nice and new, but only book if you call first to ensure they’re not putting you at front of building/in crazy noise zone.

Water refills were not working at the fountains and bedrooms were not protected of sunlight which awoke us up every mornings. Other than that excellent, especially the staff, very friendly and very efficient.

The hotel is new and luxurious. The room was large with a kitchen and desk area if work needed to be done. The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is because my room faced the highway and it was quite noisy starting at 4:30AM when cars zoomed up it. Later in the morning traffic slowed down so it wasn't as noisy. If you're a heavy sleeper or have a different room then this wouldn't be an issue.

The hotel was good and convenient for our family since the reservation services took long time and they weren’t match with the services we got from hotel.com . We booked something else and the reception told it was wrong and they don’t have such room . It was so overwhelming for me with 2 kids at midnight and wait about 40 minutes to get the room we purchased. After that long time they said we did mistake and we have the room you booked.

The front desk staff were great. Kindly upgraded us to a larger suite. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The beds and linens were very nice. Parking was good. Breakfast was tasty and a nice variety.

Wedding until 2 am with the loudest music. We left at 6am so sleep was important. Front desk was not concerned and told me to speak to the manager today. Which I of course did not have time for or did that help. Why put families with you g children 2 floors above your loud ballroom. Seems very unfair. Wedding guests should be put on all lower floors. You should warn people about the noise. Hand out ear plugs, offer refunds etc. This is disgraceful.

Very clean and quiet. Service was very poor. Issues when checking in, wrong reservation, double charge. Fire alarm was activated on a Saturday night and no one from the hotel notified it was a false alarm.

Services and staff should be improved a bit: 20 minutes for the check-in, apparently no way to re-fill my water bottle for the night (they had me buying a plastic bottle at the shop) and no adapter for plugs to be borrowed.. which is weird in a hotel. All in all the room was nice and clean, but service-wise you need improvement.

The front desk staff are not professional. You are not feel welcomed here. The front desk did not tell me breakfast time and WiFi connection instruction ( there is special code for connection, if I do not ask, they do not tell you at first). I feel the front desk staff need more trainings and need some spirit of service.

Clean and spacious rooms, nice staff and helpful as we checked in at midnight. Close to the airport, just a 7 mins walk to the subway which is very convenient for me with my teenage kids. Lots of restaurant options, grocery store is just a 3 mine walk. Would recommend and would stay here again when I am in Montreal.

This was my first time to Montreal, and I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be "close to the city." It's about a $20 Uber ride away from the "downtown" area. The property itself is very modern and clean. The room was above average and the kitchenette had a dishwasher and full size refrigerator. There was also a laundry area with washers and dryers. The fitness center was bright, clean, and well maintained. The staff were helpful when asked, not very friendly.

Good hotel in a not so great location. Very heavy traffic and not close enough to walk to anything, so had to either drive or take the subway. Breakfast was good but overcrowded and often had to queue and wait for people to leave before being able to enter. Friendly staff and modern facilities with a spacious room. Pool was nice but strange that there are no changing facilities adjoining the pool area.

Breakfast was good however unless there was a guaranteed seating for all in the group together, we’ere not allowed to get food - this made it quite inconvenient and sometimes didn’t have time to wait; housekeeping brought a much better mattress cover the next day for the sofa bed.

The room was tidy and clean, well ventilated and cozy. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was soo elegant and organized upon entering the hall. It's different from the other Homewood Suites I stayed. It's 10 out of 10. Merci!
