Rigtig fin velkomst - personalet tog endda tid til at vise vej til den reserverede P-plads. Indtjekning problemløs og meget hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmad rigtig fin til prisen. Værelse (værelserne - der var 2) perfekte til familie på 4, inkl. 2 teenagere.. The køkken med velkomst gaver øl, vin og vand fra hotellet var en dejlig overraskelse. Vi boede i værelse imod gaden men var ikke genert af støj - der var ikke larm eller støj i opgangen. Everything was perfect for my stay, I really enjoyed it! The location was just a few minutes walk from the train station. The bar at the hotel was opened 24 hours which was mended by the reception, so if you need anything, its convenient. I really love iced drinks so I went to request a cup of ice daily, and the same receptionist (a male on night shift) always attended to me and even remembered 😂 Rooms were huge and clean with almost everything you need. Probably the thing which I didnt like was the pillows. They were really soft.. but that is not a show stopper for a 5 star review :)

Hotel in excellent situation. Only 20 minute walk to old town. The only downside with the hotel is they only seem to have one member of staff on reception who is expected to work the bar as well!! If busy is almost impossible to get drinks at the bar

We stayed due to closeness to hlavná station. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice and spoke good English. They have a bar for snacks and drinks, good if you arrive late or depart early.

Overall experience was great with our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location was good , just a few mins walk to main train station / subway. The only thing is the cleanliness was not great as the stains on the bathroom door was there since day 1 and it was not being cleaned up till we checked out. It was a bit hot at night in Aug summer time , glad that it has AC installed and can control temperature.

Bad smell in bathroom, not sure if the housekeeping clean it everyday during my stay 3. Sometimes they do not change the clean towels even i followed the hotel instructions and put the towels down 4. A bit dirty and more dust in the rooms compare to the other hotels in this level or this price

Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden. Einzig, dass um 16 Uhr die Zimmerreinigung noch nicht abgeschlossen ist (zumindest an einem Tag), hat mich etwas gestört, das kannte ich von anderen Hotels bisher nicht, war aber nicht weiter tragisch.

The room was quite spacious and the interior was comfortable to my liking. I was grateful to receive a letter welcoming me. I stayed for 2 nights, and the person cleaning my room came after 5pm when I was relaxing in my room after returning from sightseeing. It was difficult to leave the room at that time, so I wish the room had been cleaned earlier if possible. If I ever come to Prague again, I would like to stay here.

Stayed in the room with 2 floors- so spacious and lovely, the pictures do not even do it justice! Big bed, thoughtful welcome note and snacks, sink in the living room with a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. Will definitely come back again soon.

Miss Sophie’s Downtown was a perfect place for us to stay in Prague. It is just across the park from the train station and we had an easy walk with our bags. The room was stylish, very clean, and well-appointed with refrigerator, kettle, and coffee. The bathroom has nice eco-friendly toiletries. The bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable. Reception desk staff were fabulous — thank you, Adrianna and Yazdan! Breakfast was very good!

Mycket bra boende i centrala Prag alldeles vid tågstationen. Rummet var fräscht och rymligt, dock inte med mycket förvaring. Personalen var trevlig och mycket hjälpsam. Frukostbuffen var bland det bästa jag har ätit på hotell, inte den största men det som serverades var av mycket god kvalitet. Enda invändningen till hotellet var att vårt rum inte hade AC och vi var i Prag några varma julidagar...det funkade med öppet fönster men det hade varit behagligare med AC. Hotellet ligger nära cebtrum och ca 15 minuters promenad till gamla stan.

Miss Soohie’s downtown is an excellent hotel. We had booked a family room that was big enough for our family of four. All rooms had air conditioning that was big plus since it was very hot during our stay. We had minibar in the room and it was complimentary. I would highly recommend this hotel. Only Improvment they need is the breakfast had very limited choices and quality was also not very good.

Family room was best value we stayed in on our entire European trip. Room was excellent, breakfast wast delicious. Literally a 1 minute walk from main train station. Shower was within a fairly deep stepover tub, and like most European showers we encountered, tub floor more slippery than a US hotel. Likely only concerning to old people with fragile hips :)

Right across street from train station and Metro. 10 minute walk to old town. Room was spacious with balcony and on a courtyard so no city noise. Nice perk was a complimentary fridge with candy, water, beer and soda to go with the complimentary coffee. Didnt expect that. Would absolutely stay there again due to the convenience of location and included amenities.

The property was a great location. The room was not what we expected. Very hard beds and shower was horrible. Very not user friendly. No shower head, per say, just a hand held fixture that sprayed water everywhere! Had more of a hostile feel than a hotel.

Miss Sophie’s Downtown was a perfect place for us to stay in Prague. It is just across the park from the train station and we had an easy walk with our bags. The room was stylish, very clean, and well-appointed with refrigerator, kettle, and coffee. The bathroom has nice eco-friendly toiletries. The bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable. Reception desk staff were fabulous — thank you, Adrianna and Yazdan! Breakfast was very good!

Everything was perfect and everyone was very polite and well-coming. But what i didnt like was that first of all i went me and my husband with my 1 year old son, i booked double room and i inform them thAt i will bring my son and if its ok or if i need to pay extra and everything went well, but when we arrive to the hotel i saw 2 towels in the room and from day 2 until day 7 i was going to the reception to ask for extra towel in order to shower my son and it was anoying. They told me that they will inform the cleaning ladies but obviously nothing changed.

Right across from the main train station, our room had an amazing view of the old station. Staff were extremely helpful, pulling out a map without being asked, and giving lots of helpful information. Took.our baggage both before and after checkout, really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel in excellent situation. Only 20 minute walk to old town. The only downside with the hotel is they only seem to have one member of staff on reception who is expected to work the bar as well!! If busy is almost impossible to get drinks at the bar

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Bahnhof und die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß als auch mit der Bahn innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt, selbst eine Pentryküche war vorhanden. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir ebenfalls sehr zufrieden.

This is a wonderful hotel and a great value for the price. My only complaint was about the breakfast. Don't get it and go elsewhere. The eggs were cold and stale and the selection of foods was not very good. Other than that, great stay!

Booked a family room, providing a cosy room with my wife and a separate room for our kids, with cleverly and convenient separated beds and a dividing section providing them privacy. Miss Soohie’s downtown is an excellent hotel. We had booked a family room that was big enough for our family of four.
