We had a great stay. Tobin checked us in and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom looked like it had never been used before, it was so clean. The beds were very soft and included both firm and soft pillows. We didnt use the pool since it was a holiday weekend and was very busy with other families. The breakfast was very good- omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. It was very quiet despite the full parking lot and breakfast room. The neighborhood made us a little nervous, right next to truck stops and low budget motels, but we felt very safe here. Lots of lights in the parking lot.

Trust me this property is absolutely stunning. The staff is super courteous. You cannot compare any hotel with this one, they are treating guests like beyond expectations. Pool was good, so many dining options close by. I love it and recommend for anyone who wants to stay here.

For our family of 5 the stay was above Par. Even with renovations they still kept the Hotel very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice for anything you need. The breakfast was convenient and great even the little pancake machine. The pool for my family was a plus loved it, clean, and warm. Thank you Holiday Inn ill be coming back again.

There was construction going on and the indoor pool was nasty, which is sad because my granddaughter loves to swim. The food was just okay and the guy behind the counter was unpleasant.

Nice room with a comfortable bed, TV, fridge, microwave. Shower water pressure was great and the shower hot, Really nice shampoo and soap dispensers. Nice, thick walls. There was some construction work being done in the hotel, but we did not hear it all all. Just the elevator and hallways were a bit dusty. Good breakfast with several hot options (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy) and a nice spread of other food (yogurt, etc), however the juice machine was not working the two mornings that we stayed here, and there was not alternative offered (a sign stated that there were juice boxes in the fridge, but they were out, both mornings), and no water available at all. Limited selection of tea bags (there was only one caffeinated tea bag left both mornings). Pool was warm but there was no hot tub. There were plenty of towels in the pool room. We didn't end up using the fitness center but it looked nice.

The staff for checking in and out was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good that I actually filled up. The room was very clean and new looking. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. I didnt want to stay inside of city limits and this hotel was in the perfect location to get into and out of town.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was ok. But unfortunately we found a bug (Cockroach) and the shower had dirty towels (2) hanging from the courtain rod full of hairs. The courtain of the shower was disgusting and full of the same hairs as well. The room had a certain odor when we came in. We had a long drive so we just went to bed. The breakfast was good, but it was empty and people had to request refill on the eggs and other items, staff was slow in getting things out. Overall I am surprised it had the rating it had here, and im disappointed and not satisfied. Then, since we prepaid through expedia, they could not do anything for us. Which i wasn't expecting anything to be done anyways since we were checking out, we were only there for one night.

The hotel staff made us wait for a room and would not print out a reciept for our stay. Pool was dirty. The air conditioner had exposed wires under the unit. The staff at this located was the best hotel staff we’ve ever had! The room was nice and cold and the bed and bedding was 100%! Loved that they had dove shampoo, condition, lotion, body wash and gel hand soap in large refillable containers. Water pressure was great and even being right by the elevator, It was still so quiet. Great location to get in and out of. Can’t wait to plan a trip back!

Everything was very nice, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The only thing it needs is more lighting. The bathroom lighting is only the light over the tub. There is no lighting to see by for the bathroom mirror. The only light is behind you over the tub.

Great experience as usual here. The only thing that was odd was how squeaky the beds were. We’ve stayed here many times and never had that issue. Just turning over in bed was squeaky. Also there needs to be a vent in the bathroom. But other than that, perfect.

Overall, I'm only going to give it an "okay". The facility itself was extremely clean, including the room. Breakfast was good as long as you got there while it was fresh. Some of the best biscuits and sausage gravy I've ever had. Again, when it's fresh. The problem was the bed. A broken down, sagging in the middle horror. After the first night, we advised the gentleman on duty. Our complaint was acknowledged, but no offer of action or correction made. The second night, me and my wife tried sleeping crosswise - she at the head of the bed, and me at the foot. No good. After breakfast on the second day, we packed up and checked out, losing the third day of our stay. Neither of us thought we could survive a third night. At checkout, we advised the person on duty that we were leaving because of the bed. They again acknowledged our complaint, but offered no accomodation. On second thought, I take back the "okay". No amount of biscuits and gravy can replace two lost nights of sleep. I hope Hotels.com does something about this.

The bed was comfortable and that was the most important thing. Breakfast had many options. The guy at the desk last night at check-in was efficient but not friendly. The photos of the room we thought we were getting were not correct on the website. The photos showed the room with an extra bedroom attached. That was not the room we got, so that was definitely disappointing.

We booked this on the fly after a bad experience at a different hotel. Hands down the best customer service (Tobin deserves a raise) , clean, quiet and beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was hot and plenty of options. Will be staying again the next time we’re in OKC!

Great hotel, very convenient for frontier city and the zoo. I’m terrible with names but the man at the front desk was amazing. Remembered our names and was very kind.

The staff had a horrible attitude even though i showed the receipt of proof for my payment full via Expedia online. He was demanding me to pay $ to receive the key to go to the room. U already paid fully and why did i pay extra $? I didnt have a choice by paying $ because He gave me awful looks and attitude while i was so exhausted from trip from the memorial service. I didnt appreciate it.

Checking in was a miserable and inconvenient experience. The hotel did not have my reservation. After about an hour of texting and phone conversation with Expedia, the reservation was finally completed.

Check in was terrible as they couldn’t find my reservation and then said my reservation was for September despite the fact that my confirmation showed the accurate dates in June. They then told me they could rebook it but it would be a different room type and they finally said it would be at a higher rate. With tired and hungry kids as well as tornado warnings for the surrounding area I continued to go with whatever they said. Once we were in a room, we were pleased. Clean and comfortable overall.

The staff for checking in and out was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good that I actually filled up. The room was very clean and new looking. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. I didnt want to stay inside of city limits and this hotel was in the perfect location to get into and out of town.

This hotel definitely caters to truck drivers as it's right off highway 35 and near a truck stop but it's pretty quiet for the most part. I did hear someone walking around above me at 4:30am but once they left it was quiet again. Breakfast was ok and the lobby was clean. Great water pressure in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was ok. But unfortunately we found a bug (Cockroach) and the shower had dirty towels (2) hanging from the courtain rod full of hairs. The courtain of the shower was disgusting and full of the same hairs as well. The room had a certain odor when we came in. We had a long drive so we just went to bed. The breakfast was good, but it was empty and people had to request refill on the eggs and other items, staff was slow in getting things out. Overall I am surprised it had the rating it had here, and im disappointed and not satisfied. Then, since we prepaid through expedia, they could not do anything for us. Which i wasn't expecting anything to be done anyways since we were checking out, we were only there for one night.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The toilet had some issue where it flushed very loudly… I’m sure neighbors loved being woken up with that in the middle of the night. We didn’t get in to the hotel until 1am, do we didn’t get to breakfast until 9am. It wasn't busy, but the breakfast was pretty much gone. 2 pieces of sausage left, the gravy was curdled and like warm, I don’t know if oatmeal/omelets has even been made or were just gone. I pick hotels based on their breakfast options because half my family has to have gluten free and can’t do those pastry breakfast options. This definitely did not meet expectations. We usually booked only Hilton hotels, we might have to just stick with them if IHG hotels are inconsistent with their breakfast options.

Nice room with a comfortable bed, TV, fridge, microwave. Shower water pressure was great and the shower hot, Really nice shampoo and soap dispensers. Nice, thick walls. There was some construction work being done in the hotel, but we did not hear it all all. Just the elevator and hallways were a bit dusty. Good breakfast with several hot options (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy) and a nice spread of other food (yogurt, etc), however the juice machine was not working the two mornings that we stayed here, and there was not alternative offered (a sign stated that there were juice boxes in the fridge, but they were out, both mornings), and no water available at all. Limited selection of tea bags (there was only one caffeinated tea bag left both mornings). Pool was warm but there was no hot tub. There were plenty of towels in the pool room. We didn't end up using the fitness center but it looked nice.
