The elevators were out. I have difficulty walking due the lower back injuries. But the staff did the best they could to accommodate. Also they don’t have a restaurant nor bar in the hotel.

We stayed here to attend a concert at the Moody center. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was small so that was disappointing for our kids, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and decent price, but for that price, I would expect a perfect room. Hotel was under construction, there was a lot wrong that still needed to be fixed, so they changed me to an accessible room, which included a seat in the tub that would not get out of the way. As usual in a hotel, there was hair in the shower, there was also a big clump in the sheets. Staff was exceptionally friendly. I cannot say enough good about them.

This was a good stay, but the room wasn't properly cleaned after the last guests. There was old food by the side of the bed that I had to call house keeping to clean up when I checked in. Dried Food that was spilled onto the base board by the bed wasn't cleaned. The bathroom was clean but had hairs in and around the bath tub. It was not too bad, but I expected better. The breakfast selection was good and from 6 am to 10 am, which gives people plenty of time to get breakfast. Parking was great. I would stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! Excellent hotel! The hotel is very clean, rooms and Lubby included. Our room was very spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet style breakfast was amazing with so much variety . We loved everything about the hotel and we will be back!

There was no hot water! When we called the front desk they seemed to know there was an issue and that needed to reset the hot water heater. Ridiculous to have to take a cold shower or no shower at all with little recognition that this is a major inconvenience. We will not be staying here and you can look we stayed here one night each of the last 3 months.

Stayed on the 8th floor. It was a windy night and the balcony windows were loudly creaking. It was very difficult to sleep. Tried to the mask the noise with the ceiling fan but the fan did not turn on. Also tried to mask the windows with the air conditioner but could not turn it to a setting where the fan would run constantly. They were fully booked and could not change rooms.

The hotel was nice but a few things did not work in the room. First of all the TV did not work. The picture was pixelated and messed up. We wanted to watch college football during the day and night and we couldn't. The outlet behind the bed did not work and the toilet seat looked like its been there for 15 years. The TV was a huge disappointment since college football was on.

Drapes are hideous and gives the room a dated look. heating/cooling unit made noises throughout the night — I think whenever it turned on. Made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast and staff and pool area were excellent and bed comfortable

Staff was very rude to me asking for 15 minutes for a late checkout just to gather our belongings. Let it be noted I was in line waiting for about 15 minutes behind the front desk employee small talking other customers which I have no problem with but then allowed someone else to cut in front of me so that they could check out and continued to have a conversation with them disregarding me and my time for a simple question and then go be answered rudely. I understand there’s rules and I don’t mind that but, how do you talk to everyone else that has questions in front of me with smiles, jokes, laughter and your demeanor completely changed because of me? Was it my skin tone? Was it my tattoos? I’m paying a room like everyone else here and I do well off for myself as well just to be mistreated this way. Oh well I guess it’s an Austin thing.

Absolute nightmare. I tried calling the hotel multiple times and was put on hold for over twenty minutes twice. The third time I called, I said please don’t put me on hold again and I was told “ I’m the only one here and I’m checking people in.” I hung up after being put on hold a third time. The person who answered was very stressed out. I empathize as she was clearly overextended, but I received l zero customer service. I contacted the hotel via chat and never heard back. I will never book at this hotel again and do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel near Moody Center. Room was clean and comfy. Staff at reception were friendly. They recommended restaurants and told us best route to our concert. Highly recommend this hotel.

This location on Lavaca was amazing!! We went for a concert at The Moody Center and could literally walk to the event. We also wanted to go to UT Coop and were able to walk to Guadalupe. It was clean and card is needed for entry so that gave feeling of security. Be prepared to pay $40 for parking EACH night. Definitely will stay again.

We came in town for the Band Together Texas event. The hotel and staff were amazing. Friendly and accommodating. It was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The free buffet breakfast was also wonderful. They had everything from eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fried potatoes, oatmeal with all the fixings, waffle/pancake station to make your own with a large variety of fixings, bagels, fresh fruit, muffins, a variety of coffee, tea, juices and more. I was impressed. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Wonderful staff. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was one of the most impressive spreads I've seen in quite some time and was included, which made it even more impressive. Parking was easy. Everything was fantastic. My only comment would be to maybe add seating to the balconies, but the fact that we had one was such a bonus so it's more a suggestion. Would definitely stay there again.
