Loved the esthetic of the hotel. Within walking distance to everything. I will definitely be back and highly recommend. If you influence or do social media, the inside of the hotel has so many cute areas to take pictures. Loved the concept of check-in at the bar with a free drink.

Perfect location, ideal for a short city break, the 24 hour bar was an added bonus!

Very spacious, comfy bed, nice staff and not too far from the city centre and to all the bars if u wanna go out, u can still do that in the hotel as they have a bar and hangout area with a pool table. Only minor issue is that the wifi wasnt great during my stay.

Staff very helpful and friendly, interesting hotel design. Welcome drink on arrival. Only negative is that there is no parking available at the hotel, but I was directed to the nearest NCP and the hotel staff helpfully assisted in using an app to obtain a discount on the parking cost available to hotel guests.

I’ve stopped here twice now. Great location, great price. Staff are fantastic and bar is open 24 hours. Beds are comfortable. Will definitely use again

Lovely lively hotel with a great vibe & very pleasent staff. The standard rooms are not massive more of a cosy feel but very clean with lots of Power Points. The bathroom has a great shower with nice fluffy towels & quality toiletries. An ironing room can be found on all floors. I look forward to staying here again & would recommend this Hotel.

The hotel overall was great, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The food was amazing, the service was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely… but the cleanliness really let it down. The shower / bathroom could do with a good scrub, we noticed some residue in the shower, possibly mould?… The bed wasn’t made properly either, but it was really comfortable. We were there for 2 nights and did enjoy the stay overall. Would 100% stay again.

Excellent in all ways except the shower. Not very powerful on the 3rd floor and the shower tray was dirty. Apart from that I loved Moxy.

Absolutely love staying here - it’s in a fab location, the staff are great, the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is great. Excellent value for money!

I think the location was great as it was central to the tram we needed to take into Old Trafford. The folks at the front desk were super nice and helpful with directions and navigations. The rooms were really small, and the bathroom was tiny and dirty at the corners were water seeped out when bathing. It was fine for a one night stay, but I wouldnt stay longer than that. PROS: Great customer service, cute decor, games room, and photo booth CONS: The breakfast was very limited, and the ambiance felt very teenager-ish. No phone in room.

Found box of McDonald’s box and sauce on side of bed that was clearly never cleaned (missed maybe?) which we found. Shame as rooms were ok size but definitely smaller than other Moxy family rooms we stayed in other cities. It felt like they put more focus on the bar areas and lounge than the rooms themselves. Area around was good as it was 7 mins walk to Kings street and areas around there. All in all, pleasing but not super impressed with room size and cleanliness.

Room was comfortable however was a little unclean. The barhroom hadnt been clenaed as there was still stubble/hair in the sink. The sink also blocked up which was disappointing. This was reported and reception were good but it was a little off putting. Location however was perfect you are close by everything all bars and restaurants sp really conveniently located.

This accomodation was fine. We felt it was a little unclean as the bathroom had hairs and behind curtains was previous persons toothbrush kit. We thought the facilities weren’t amazing and for the grand space of our room there could have been a cupboard for storing clothing. Our Chromecast/mirroring was also not working which was disappointing. The bed itself was comfy and accomodation was walking distance from main area.

This is a fairly basic hotel, particularly the room. The bathroom is tiny and there’s nowhere to hang your towel. However, it does the job and is well situated in Spinningfields.

Nice hotel, very close to The Ivy, Tattu and clubs along Deansgate. Great for a Stag or Hen but no so great for couple trip as rooms are very small and our room was next to another building and had little to no light. Even in the day we had to have the lights on.

Room was quite small and minimally furnished, but very clean. Ditto re bathroom. Room was a little cold when we arrived and seemed to take far to long to warm up. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was self-service for everything and was limited re: range of hot food. Was ideal for a one night stay tho'

Hotel was well located for my business trip. It was a bit noisy but the bed was comfortable and I had no issue sleeping at night. Wifi in the room wasn’t the strongest. Staff was very nice and it was great to play some pool at the end of a long day.

Solid clean well equipped property. Tries a bit too hard to be cool but hey. The staff were just first rate. Every one friendly and helpful. As usual, a nightmare to connect to WiFi. Marriott is dreadful for that. But not this property’s fault. After about six attempts on each device it eventually sort of sticks.

Great location. No storage at all in bedrooms which was a bit odd. Very noisy outside on a Saturday night but would stay here again.

My only remarks would be that the rooms are very small. I would say it is not designed for stays. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and you can always sit in the lobby, which is very inviting and comfortable. The staff is amazing; very friendly, polite and helpful!

Property was in a great location despite construction going on. Within walking distance to everything you might need. Nightly rate was reasonable. Not really equipped to be a hotel for more than a nights stay. No drawers or closet, no mini fridge, no phone to call down to the lobby staff which is also the bar staff. We had issues with our room and had to be moved after the first night.

Friendly welcome along with a free drink voucher, so that was a good start. We really liked our corner room (710) as it had a comfy bed & soft pillows and was so quiet. Breakfast was good quality and set us up for the day.

Given the price of the hotel stay the quality of the food was very poor. Service was slow at the bar as they are also checking in guests, card reader wasn't working and they wouldn't take cash.

I booked a stay at Moxy Manchester as a surprise trip for my partner’s birthday and had high hopes for a special experience. Before our arrival, I paid an extra £15 for the “Guaranteed Hook-Up” package, which was supposed to include balloons, a mirror message, confetti, and sweet treats. Unfortunately, this was a huge letdown. There was no confetti at all, the balloons were cheap and underwhelming, and the overall presentation didn’t feel worth the additional cost. It really took away from the excitement of our arrival. Beyond this, while the hotel’s location was great, our experience was far from restful. Every morning at 7 AM, we were woken up by the sound of glass bins being emptied and dragged down the alley outside our room. This went on for a while each day, making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep and leaving us exhausted for the days ahead. Given that we spent over £300 for our stay, this was incredibly frustrating. To add to the disappointment, my partner used the milk at the coffee station on our first morning, and despite making it clear we needed more, it was never replenished during our entire three-night stay. For a hotel at this price point, such a basic housekeeping task should have been easily met. Overall, I’m really disappointed with Moxy. I booked this trip to make my partner’s birthday special, but the service, attention to detail, and quality weren't there. It didn’t feel like good value for money, and I wouldn’t come for a special occasion.

Fantastic stay but it was a shame that at 3pm check in they weren’t ready that resulted in a huge queue and not being able to check in until 3.30pm which left us in a rush.

Good location in Central Manchester close to shopping and nightlife, about 20 minutes walk from Manchester Picadilly. Hotel is quite modern with quick and efficient check-in in bar area. Room itself was a good size, quiet, clean and comfortable. Nice but busy bar area but you could take your drinks to the quieter lobby/lounge area which was quite spacious. Over a short but pleasant stay.

Kind of hard to find and checkin was strange. Checking in at a bar.

Recommended! Everything is at 10 to 15 minutes walk including restaurants, main attractions and the station which is a plus if you’re coming from the airport

Don’t stay here on a Saturday if you plan on getting any sleep. It’s like being in a club. The noise from outside is horrific. 345am and it’s so loud I can hear it through headphones. Absolutely awful placement for a hotel.

Great location within walking distance of resturants, coffee shops etc. Lots of construction around the area so was woken at early by construction sound.

Quirky but comfortable, staff friendly and efficient, very comfy bed, good shower, good breakfast. Location great (so close to the Opera House) easy walk to the train station, loads of restaurants and the shops.

Very modern woth lots of amenities, in a great location woth lots of bars and attractions close by. Very freidnly staff. Hotel is clean, rooms spacious and complimentary wifi. Buffet breakfast is great value for money with good quality food and lots to choose from.

Room great, finishing a little poor in places. Little odd fir me having no wardrobe etc but I understand. Staff, especially Chris, warm, welcoming, helpful, couldn't ask for better, well done. Breakfasts poor, well below expected. Cold, poor selections, tv on but music playing, would like to see the news, make your mind up. Really let down for the price paid.

A fantastic hotel with lots of personality. Ample helpful staff on hand, great breakfast options in buffet format. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We will certainly return to Moxy next time we are staying over in Manchester.

Sadly signposted from outside. Says its a bar not a hotel. Reception location unclear inside. Full of hip notices with puns which aren't helpful. Room was cold - looked for & couldn't find a thermostat. Bed comfortable. Good night's sleep. Breakfast OK but some of the food was cold. Suspect would fail food inspection. Good priced happy hour cocktails
