I was pleased with my stay for the most part it was quite and clean but when asked about the handicap chairs to get in the pool the girl didn't know how to use it so I didn't get to play in pool or sit in hot tub which was one main reason was staying there and we went down to have breakfast the next morning and it was over they told me the weekend hrs so that was irritating to say the least and I asked for a handicap room and the room was not a handicap room and it was on the 4th floor thank God that they had just got the elevator working again!!!!!

Pictures of property still show an indoor pool. One the main reasons we booked this hotel considering temps were forecasted to be above 90°. Disappointed to find out pool was converted into a conference room about a year prior. Check in staff and the cleaning crew were all excellent. Very good at what they do.

Worst bed ever. Like sleeping on plywood with a blanket. Absolutely the worst mattress ever. The pool was down. That’s bad when I booked because of having a pool.

Small kitchen area. The bathroom was on the small side and it faced into the room. We had a small child above us that ran across the room continually until midnight. The bathroom was mostly clean. Some residual matter under the toilet seat and long black hairs on the shower wall. Breakfast was fine. Usual fare eggs, sausage and waffles. Our stay was quick and we were comfortable.

Not so good, there was dog hair on our carpet that stuck to our socks. The breakfast was not stocked and the coffee was not good. The “Bold” coffee was everything but. Would not recommend

I booked this stay over a month in advance. I don't know if Expedia or Marriott Bonvoy did this, but my card was charged for the stay IMMEDIATELY, a month in advance of my stay. This will never happen again because I will never use Expedia or Marriott again. Now I have to watch my card bill to make sure I am not double charged for my stay. I rate the stay 5 out of 10. We were there for 2 nights. It was supposed to be a king bed. It was a queen. Housekeeping did not make the room up after the first night. We reused our towels but the trash was not emptied and we could have run out of toilet paper, etc. Breakfast was better than average. The place seemed understaffed.

Just perfect. Nice part of town, near the river and huge park, clean and like new. It is by the freeway, can't fix that!! But I stayed once, and immediately booked and stayed again, and wanted it for third trip but it was booked! I'd be happy to stay there again, which the best compliment right?

Loved Julia that checked us in! She was so friendly and super understanding of us having little kids. She went out of her way to give us crayons and other little goodies to make us feel welcome, and was very kind even when our neighbors werent appreciative of our kiddos being loud. The area was super close to a great park right along the river with great views and a walking path. Also great dining (Anthony's & Lu Lu's) within walking distance and a grocery store and Starbucks just down the street. We were really pleased witn this spot overall.
